Abstract

Education is something that someone must have and get, but the best education is the target of every parent and child in realizing their dreams. Education is a learning process so that students continue to develop abilities and strengths to be able to have a useful level of knowledge. There are many criminal and immoral cases in adolescents such as pregnancy outside marriage, the use of narcotics, promiscuity in adolescents and others due to the lack of religious education given and instilled by an educator or school to their students. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of perceptions of quality, image and motivation in increasing Guardian interest in choosing Islamic elementary schools in madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Gandu Mlarak Ponorogo. Interest can be interpreted as a form of desire with the behavior and actions given by consumers in this case is the guardian of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif. With the existence of different perceptions in each person indicates that they have a good view of the object in this case is Madrasah ibtidaiyah Ma'arif. The population in the study was the Guardian of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif with a sample of 60 respondents. Withdrawal of the sample by means of probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique, data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Simultaneously: Perception of Quality, Image, Motivation had a positive effect on Guardian Interest Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Gandu Mlarak Ponorogo. And partially (X1) Perception of quality has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest of Guardian Ma'arif Gandu Mlarak Ponorogo Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, with the results obtained a significant value of 0,247 ≥ 0,05 and a calculated t value of 1.171 ≤ t table 2,000, (X2) Image has a positive and significant effect on the interest of Guardian Ma'arif Gandu Mlarak Ponorogo Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, with the results of the study obtained a significant value of 0,019 ≤ 0,05 and t count 2.420 ≥ t table 2,000 (X3) Motivation has a Positive and Significant influence on the interest of Guardian Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Gandu Mlarak Ponorogo, with the results of the study obtained a significant value of 0,005 ≤ 0,05  and the t value of 2.915 ≥ t table 2,000. Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggested that the relevant institutions further improve the perception of Guardian the of school quality, although sometimes the views of someone with others are different. As well as prioritizing the image and motivation of the institution towards the interest of the Guardian of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif to be superior brand.

Abstract

Some companies in Indonesia apply Islamic values to the organization, one of them is PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera which has Islamic values and products. There are problems at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera in understanding among employees challenges the form of Islamic values that are applied in the organizational culture of this company because the form of these values has not been fully documented visually so that the employee does not yet know the form of Islamic values applied by the company so far. In applying Islamic values in organizational culture researchers also want to know what strategies are applied to organizational culture at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera. From this research, it can be concluded that employees at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera has the answer that they apply and develop Islamic values in organizational culture that has the form of Al-Itqan, At-Tanafus, Ta'awun, Jama'ah and halal. From the results of interviews conducted to employees at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera the author has a conclusion on the strategies used by this company. Of the four strategies of engagement, namely aggressiveness, peace, corrosiveness, and indoctrinative the employees of this company answered that the peaceful strategy was the strategy used in this company. We can see this peaceful strategy in the answers of the employees who revealed that the peaceful strategy is a strategy that is effective and superior in dealing with employees because employees at this company still have close family relationships so that the company director does not set rules flexibly and can be accepted by employee. From the employee reaction to organizational culture, three out of five respondents answered that Selective Reinterpretation is a form of employee reaction to the organizational culture of this company, because the employees of the company obey suitable regulations and do not comply with inappropriate regulations, if there are new regulations used Employee companies prefer the old rules to be more suited to them than running new regulations that are not suitable.

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated science and technology, hospitals as one of the providers of health services have a very important role in efforts to improve health services, both from the facilities they provide and the quality of services by creating excellence in terms of service quality, facilities, innovation and speed in responding to patient needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and facilities on consumer decisions using the health services of PKU Muhammadiyah Tegal Islamic Hospital. This type of research is quantitative and sampling uses Non-probability sampling with Purposive Sampling techniques with the number of respondents determined as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data obtained through respondents with surveys in the form of questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that brand image did not have a positive and significant effect on decision making. While facilities have a positive and significant effect on decision making. Suggestions that can be conveyed related to the results of this study are as follows (1) to PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Kab. Tegal should always maintain and enhance factors that have a positive effect on decision making. (2) Evaluating factors that do not have a positive effect on decision making.

Abstract

The retail business competition in East Java is currently very competitive. The actors are competing to win the hearts of consumers by creating a company that has its own characteristics. One way to create a distinctive company characteristic is brand strategy, because at this time the product strategy will be easily demonstrated by competitors. By contrast, the brand strategy will strengthen the image of the product to the costumer’s choices. Several cases that often occur in consumers are consumers manifest themselves in the form of product purchases, with changes in these properties, consumers who previously only bought because of need, at present satisfied consumers will buy the preferred brand even though the needs have been. In the formation of consumer traits as it is today, it is not wrong if the company establishes brand advocates, with brand advocates that companies can form consumers who recommend, love, and even defend companies from detractors and attackers. Basmalah mart is a retail store owned by the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School which no person or group has criticized and attacked Basmalah mart. The purpose of this research is to find out how Basmalah mart applies brand strategy and brand advocates. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data retrieval is conducted by using observation, interview, documentation and triangulation data. From this study, it can be concluded that Basmalah mart has succeeded in carrying out a brand strategy and brand advocates. The implementation and practice carried out by Basmalah mart has been done well, because Basmalah mart does and has products that are in accordance with all indications of the proprietary brand strategy, namely: new brand strategies, multi-brand strategies, brand extension strategies, brand line expansion strategies. The application of the Basmalah mart in carrying out and forming brand advocates is by creating unique products, providing exellent services, providing benefits to consumers, forming consumer trust, social responsibility. From these results, it is expected that the managerial Basmalah mart can maximize its strength and optimize its performance. In addition the reseacher suggest tje menegement to update the SOP in creating new products immediately.

Abstract

Management functions are the basic elements that always exist and inherent in the management process that will be used as a reference by managers in carrying out activities to achieve the objectives of the world. Most management uses management functions (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling). This management principle is very widely used by small and large organizations, one of which is the University of Darussalam Business Unit which aims to further develop and manage their companies, thus almost all companies currently implementing and using management functions but, not a few also in each company that is truly competent in paying attention to management functions, as well as understanding in each individual in a company that does not understand the management functions especially for subordinates such as employees who work in the operational section. There are problems with the University of Darussalam Business Unit that the implementation of management functions in the system here is not well implemented because there are several factors that inhibit, for example employees and staff who are here usually carry out their duties according to what they see and according to them beneficial and does not cause harm to the company. Because, in addition to this company implementing management functions, this company also instills in each employee the values of five souls namely, sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance and brotherhood. The results of this study the company has implemented other companies in general, namely implementing management functions including planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring, in addition to the company implementing it all, the company has also embedded in each individual the values of the five souls that are not much even a few companies are out there that instill in each of their employees about the values of the five souls namely, sincerity, simplicity, implementation of self-reliance and brotherhood of fellow living beings..

Abstract

Penyusunan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Hasby Collection menerapkan Nilai-nilai Islam dan Islamic Marketing Mix, penerapan Nilai-nilai Islam dan Islamic Marketing Mix mulai ramai diterapkan oleh pelaku bisnis muslim, karena umat muslim mulai menyadari akan tetap menjaga norma-norma agama dalam berbisnis dan menetapkan strategi bisnis yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Hasby Collection merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang bernuansa Islami milik Al-ustadz Hasby yang merupakan alumni Gontor yang bertujuan membangun bisnis dengan menggapai ridha Allah serta berkualitas Internasional. Selain itu, berdirinya Hasby Collection sebagai bentuk usaha yang menerapkan Nilai-nilai Islam dan sebagai sarana dakwah bagi para karyawan dan masyarakat. Penyusunan ini mengangkat rumusan permasalahan: apakah Hasby Collection telah menerapkan Nilai-nilai Islam dan Islamic Marketing Mix dalam menjalankan usahanya? Dengan pendekatan penyusunan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasby Collection telah menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam dan campuran pemasaran Islam, Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada Nilai-nilai Tauhid, Kekhalifahan, ibadah dan iman, diikuti oleh bauran pemasaran yang mencakup Islamic Place, Islamic price, Islamic Promotion Islamic produk oleh karena itu Hasby Collection harus mempertahankan nilai ini agar bertahan dan bersifat jangka panjang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan data-data yang penyusun kumpulkan tentang Penerapan Nilai-nilai Islam dan Islamic Marketing Mix di Hasby Collection.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a perception made jointly by members of the organization and must be obeyed by members of the organization or it is called a system created for togetherness. This is used as a culture or culture that guides members of the organization in every day. Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit is one of the business fields owned by Darussalam Gontor University which has employees with different backgrounds. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and spiritual leadership on the performance of employees of the Business Unit of Darussalam Gontor University. This type of research is quantitative research with a total of 49 respondents. The population of this study were all employees of the Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit which included managers, staff and operational employees. The technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Data obtained through respondents with a survey in the form of a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The results show that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be conveyed from this study are (1) Darussalam Gontor University Business Units should always maintain and improve the factors that influence employee performance. (2) Evaluating factors that do not affect employee performance.

Abstract

Pasar modal merupakan salah satu elemen penting dan tolak ukur kemajuan perekonomian suatu negara. Pengumuman penerbitan sukuk menjadi informasi menarik bagi investor (good news), karena dipersepsikan bahwa prospek perusahaan dimasa yang akan datang bagus. Adanya penerbitan sukuk menunjukan bahwa perusahaan akan melakukan ekspansi yang akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Jika investor benar-benar memanfaatkan informasi tersebut dalam pengambilan keputusan investasinya, maka pengumuman tersebut akan berdampak pada perubahan harga saham dan aktivitas volume perdagangan saham(trading volume activity). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai penerbitan, rating penerbitan, dan minat investor sukuk terhadap reaksi pasar modal yang diukur dengan cumulative abnormal return. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang menerbitkan sukuk dan tercatat dalam Daftar Efek Syariah tahun 2016-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh 104 sukuk dari 18 perusahaan yang menerbitkan sukuk yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai penerbitan dan minat investor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Cumulative abnormal return. Akan tetapi, rating penerbitan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cumulative abnormal return. Hal ini dibuktikan nilai rating penerbitan  Sig < α (0,03 < 0,05). Sedangkan nilai penerbitan      berada pada angka Sig > α 0,125 dan minat investor berada pada angka Sig > α 0,206.

Abstract

      Abstract: This study aims to analyze how the implementation of good corporate governance in regional bank of islamic banking windows in Indonesia based on Financial Service Authority, and the implementation of sharia governance in regional bank of islamic banking windows in Indonesia in according to the standard of sharia governance issued by IFSB. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual report of good corporate governance of regional bank of islamic banking windows which has published in 2017. The method used in this study is qualitative with the type research using content analysis from the annual good corporate governance report of regional bank of islamic banking windows in Indonesia. The result of this study indicates that the implementation of good corporate governance at regional bank of islamic banking windows in general have done good corporate governance which is marked with the result of self-assessment of every regional bank of islamic banking windows which on average gets a good predicate. The result of research on the implementation of IFSB standard of sharia governance in general have applied some of the IFSB standards, but there is 1 (one) standard are not implemented by several banks and several standards are not applied to all banks. For futher research it is expected to re-analyze the implementation of sharia governane based on IFSB standardby using other analysis data teqnique to be able to examine the other result of analysis of sharia governance with the new prespectiveKeywords: Islamic Banking; Regional Bank; Sharia Governance; IFSB.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan pondasi utama dalam membangun peradaban bangsa. Pentingnya pendidikan akan menentukan kualitas kesejahteraan dan juga masa depan suatu bangsa. Pentingnya pendidikan menjadikan pemerintah ikut serta dalam memajukan dan mengembangkan pendidikan. Hal ini dipertegas dalam UUD pasal 31 ayat 1 dan 2 yaitu setiap warga negara berhak mendapatkan pendidikan, wajib mengikuti pendidikan dasar dan pemerintah wajib membiayainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh citra merek dan motivasi konsumen terhadap keputusan konsumen. keputusan dapat diartikan suatu kegiatan individu yang secara langsung terlibat dalam mendapatkan dan mempergunakan barang yang ditawarkan. Populasi dalam penelitan adalah wali murid dengan sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Penarikan sample dengan cara probability sampling dengan tehnik simple random sampling, analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Secara Simultan Citra merek dan Motivasi konsumen berpengaruh Positif terhadap Keputusan Konsumen. Dan secara parsial (X1) Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Konsumen, (X2) Motivasi Konsumen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak Signifikan terhadap Keputusan Konsumen.
