Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and organizational support on the performance of instructors at the Vocational Training Center (BLK) of the Ministry of Manpower in Semarang, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 130 active instructors. Data analysis was conducted through validity and reliability testing, as well as regression analysis using SPSS software. The results indicate that training has a positive effect on both job satisfaction and instructor performance. Organizational support also significantly influences job satisfaction, although its direct effect on performance is relatively moderate. Job satisfaction was found to mediate the relationship between training and organizational support on instructor performance. These findings highlight the importance of relevant training design and consistent organizational support to enhance instructor performance in the context of online learning. The current research has theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of empowering leadership and artificial intelligence on innovative behavior with employee engagement as a mediating variable among state-owned banks employees in Central Jakarta. The research design refers to prior studies and employs a descriptive quantitative approach using hypothesis testing. Data were collected cross-sectionally from October to November 2025 through an online questionnaire, generating both primary and secondary data. Purposive sampling was applied with criteria targeting millennial employees working in the banking sector, resulting in a total sample of 150 respondents. The findings indicate that empowering leadership, artificial intelligence, employee engagement, and innovative behavior are all perceived at a moderately high level. The results further reveal that empowering leadership positively influences both innovative behavior and employee engagement, whereas artificial intelligence does not positively influence innovative behavior but does positively influence employee engagement. Additionally, employee engagement has a positive effect on innovative behavior and fully mediates the relationship between empowering leadership and artificial intelligence toward innovative behavior. These findings highlight the critical role of employee engagement in enhancing the impact of leadership and technological adoption on employees’ innovative behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to gain insight into the influence of environmental, social, and governance on dividend payout, assuming that the environmental, social, and governance factors of an organization are the most important criteria that drive dividend payout. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the annual reports of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2023 - 2024. The research sample consists of 17 banks with a total of 34 data that met the criteria. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis on panel data to evaluate the relationship between independent and dependent variables using E-Views 9 software. The results of this study indicate that Environmental Social and Governance Performance (ESG) is not significant to Dividend Payout, Leverage is significantly positive to Dividend Payout, Cash Ratio is significantly negative to Dividend Payout, and Return On Asset is significantly positive to Dividend Payout. The implications of this research can be useful for managers to evaluate performance and financial strategies that affect Dividend Payout and also for investors to consider external factors such as economic conditions. Keywords : Environmental Social and Governance Performance, Leverage, Cash Ratio, Return On Asset, Dividend Payout, Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance with work commitment as a mediating variable at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Sumenep Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SmartPLS analysis based on questionnaire data collected from employees. The findings indicate that competence does not significantly affect employee performance, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect. Work commitment also influences performance, but the negative relationship suggests that some employees work out of obligation rather than emotional attachment to the organization. Furthermore, competence and work environment affect work commitment, which acts as a mediating variable. The study concludes that improving employee performance requires not only strengthening technical competence but also fostering a supportive work environment and affective commitment. Therefore, the Secretariat of DPRD Sumenep is recommended to develop a more open work system, provide performance-based recognition, and create a comfortable and collaborative work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, digital payment, and digital accounting on the financial performance of MSMEs in Gebang District. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The population in this study were MSMEs in Gebang District with a sample size of 122 MSME players. The analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 27. The results showed that financial literacy and digital accounting had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, with digital accounting being the most dominant factor through recording efficiency. Conversely, digital payment had a significant but negative effect. This was due to the administrative costs of transactions, which reduced profit margins, and liquidity constraints due to the settlement time lag, which hampered daily capital turnover. This study suggests that MSMEs optimize their digital accounting systems and be more careful in managing digital payment service costs.

Abstract

In the Industry 4.0 era, the sudden growth of financial technologies, especially cryptocurrencies, has revolutionized financial transactions across the globe by providing decentralized, transparent, and efficient platforms. However, these new technologies have complex implications for existing legal and ethical standards, including Islamic law. The existing Shari'ah rules on cryptocurrencies are mostly responsive and disjointed, leaving the increasing number of Muslims, especially the younger generation, vulnerable to legal ambiguities and potential conflicts with the values of Islamic law. The volatility, speculation, and intangible nature of cryptocurrencies raise fundamental questions about their compatibility with Shari'ah values of banning riba, gharar, and maisir, while promoting values of justice, prudence, and transparency. This research work suggests an original halal cryptocurrency governance framework that is compatible with Shari'ah goals, covering product development, governance, risk management, and transaction mechanisms, thus integrating ethical Islamic values with financial technological innovation. By closing the gap between technological innovation and Shari'ah compliance, this framework is expected to promote a more inclusive, stable, and sustainable Islamic digital financial environment.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of TikTok advertising on repurchase intention by analyzing the mediating role of brand perception within the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) framework. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 233 Indonesian TikTok users with prior purchasing experience and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Maximum Likelihood Estimation method. The findings show that content quality and engagement in TikTok advertising have a positive and significant effect on brand perception. However, these advertising attributes do not directly influence repurchase intention. Further analysis indicates that brand perception fully mediates the relationship between TikTok advertising and repurchase intention, suggesting that repeat purchase behavior is formed through consumers’ internal evaluation processes rather than direct advertising exposure. This study extends the application of the S-O-R framework to short video–based digital marketing and provides practical insights for firms seeking to strengthen long-term consumer retention through effective brand-building strategies.

The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS software. The research findings indicate that Good Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. In contrast, Corporate Social Responsibility does not have a significant effect on Firm Value. The moderating test results show that Financial Performance can moderate the effect of GCG on Firm Value in a weakening direction, but Financial Performance cannot moderate the effect of CSR on Firm Value.
