Abstract

Ikan yang bagus untuk kesehatan ialah ikan yang tidak mengalami proses pengawetan dan masih segar serta tidak adanya campuran bahan kimiawi didalamnya. Ikan sangat mudah mengalami kerusakan mutu karena terdapat banyak kandungan air yang cukup tinggi didalam tubuh ikan, hal inilah yang menyebabkan ikan mudah mengalami kebusukan dan mengalami penurunan kualitas kesegaran dan nilai gizinya. Kualitas ikan dengan mengalami penurunan zat yang terkadung dalam kandungan ikan yang disebabkan oleh zat kimia serta bakteri yang terdapat pada ikan yang menyebabkan perubahan pada ikan contohnya pada ingsang, mata ikan, tekstur dan daging ikan. Oleh karena itu dibuat sistem pengenalan kualitas ikan berdasarkan citra mata menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor untuk mengenali kualitas ikan yang bagus. Sistem untuk Pengenalan kualitas ikan berdasarkan warna mata ikan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) memperoleh hasil rata-rata akurasi seluruh pengujian sebesar 90 % dengan nilai k yang digunakan yaitu 5.

Abstract

Tanaman adalah tumbuhan yang dibudidayakan agar bisa di ambil manfaatnya. Dalam hal melakukan perawatan serta penyiraman tanaman, sangat membutuhkan waktu serta proses yang lama sehingga kemajuan teknologi di bidang pertanian sangatlah diperlukan untuk meminimalisir waktu sehingga waktu yang diperlukan lebih efisien Tentunya, hal ini sangat membutuhkan suatu sistem teknologi yang mampu mengakomodir semua hal yang berhubungan dengan penyiraman tanaman secara otomatis. Sistem penyiraman tanaman ini merupakan sistem untuk penyiraman tananan yang dapat diatur waktu penyiraman sesuai jadwal ataupun kapan saja yang diinginkan yang terintegrasi ke smartphone atau android dengan menggunakan nodeMCU ESP 8266. Pada penelitian ini sistem penyiram tanaman berbasis android pada bibit terong, cabai dan tomat berjalan dengan baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan 88,05%.

Abstract

Daging merupakan salah satu produk pangan berasal dari hewani yang mempunyai gizi tinggi karena mengandung karbohidrat, protein, lemak, vitamin dan mineral. Daging sapi Aceh merupakan kekayaan sumber daya genetik (SDG) dan daging sapi Aceh mempunyai keseragaman bentuk, fisik dan komposisi genetic serta kemampuan adaptasi dengan baik pada keterbatasan lingkungan, sehingga perlu dilindungi. Masyarakat umum masih sering kesusahan dalam pemilihan kualitas daging. Sehingga seringkali pedagang atau penjual daging sapi meraup banyak keuntungan dengan mengesampingkan kualitas daging yang layak untuk dikonsumsi, sehingga menyebabkan banyak pedagang daging sapi curang yang mencoba mencampurkan daging sapi segar dengan daging sapi yang sudah rusak (busuk). Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar pengguna dapat mengetahui kualitas daging sapi Aceh oleh sistem klasifikasi kualitas daging sapi Aceh. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 120 data citra daging, dimana daging di kelompokkan menjadi daging sapi bagus dan daging sapi tidak bagus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil klasifikasi diambil dari nilai HSV terdekat untuk mendapatkan hasil klasifikasi citra daging sapi Aceh dan memperoleh hasil rata-rata akurasi seluruh pengujian sebesar 88,33%.

Abstract

Bakaran Batu Village is one of the districts in Lubuk Pakam that chilli-producing. In separating chili seeds, the farmers still use the design tools that are already available, but it is not effective if the separation is worked in large quantities. In this research, a chilli seed separator was designed with a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method and used to get the voice of consumers and the technical characteristics that needed in designing chilli seeds separator, so that it can fulfill the need of the farmers and consumers. Voice of the customer, the design is based on eleven consumer voice attributes which are then developed into ten technical characteristics that are weighted with the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix to the stage of weighting technical characteristics, and more emphasis on work safety and user’s comfort factors.

Abstract

Partikel yang terkontaminasi di rumah sakit dapat menyebar dari pasien yang terinfeksi ke mereka yang dirawat di rumah sakit karena alasan yang tidak terkait penyakit. Rumah sakit daerah terutama kabupaten/kota yang tidak memiliki fasilitas isolasi yang baik, memerlukan strategi desain yang berfokus pada menghentikan atau mengendalikan penyebaran penyakit di antara pasien. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilakukan analisis kerja ventilasi udara alamiah, ayang ada di Rumah Sakit Daerah Kota Langsa. Adapun besaran yang di ukur meliputi sudu udara dalam dan luar ruangan, kecepatan udara, dan kelembaban. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan jendela harus ditempatkan di zona tekanan yang berlawanan. Dua bukaan di sisi berlawanan dari suatu ruang meningkatkan aliran ventilasi. Bukaan di sisi yang berdekatan memaksa udara untuk mengubah arah, memberikan ventilasi ke area yang lebih luas.

Abstract

One cause of damage to electronic equipment is frequent blackouts. The reason is not because of the outage, but when the electricity is restored. This often happens because when the electricity is turned back on by the PLN, the voltage will be higher when it starts and after a while, it returns to normal. To overcome this problem a safety system can be made with a time delay. Based on an Arduino controller and voltage sensor, the system works to delay the time when the electricity starts. During the delay, the controller will read the PLN voltage. If the PLN voltage is still high then the delay will be extended until the voltage returns to normal. The voltage height limit is set at 235V through programming. The program was created in C language with the help of Avr 3.27 code vision software. The relay will be active if the voltage is normal so that the current can be channeled to the load. In addition to reading the voltage, the controller will also display the voltage read on an LCD display. Test results show the tool works with a fairly good response. A time delay of 5 seconds starts after the normal voltage which is below 235V. In addition to safety during blackouts, the system also works and protects if the voltage experiences fluctuations and exceeds 235V.

Abstract

A thermoelectric generator is an electrical generator device that converts heat energy into electricity directly based on the Seebeck effect method, namely if two different metals are connected at one end, then given a different temperature at the connection, there will be a voltage difference at the other end. with the other end, this study uses peltier tec-12706, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the temperature difference between the cold side and the hot side of the varied heatsink/fin designs. This thermoelectric component is coated by a thin ceramic that contains a bismuth telluride rod inside. When in supply the dc voltage is 12volt-15volt and the current is 2-5a. The cooling box material is covered with styrofoam, with a heat sink in the form of a heat sink fan. Variations are made on the amount of thermoelectric used. Data retrieval is done by installing a voltmeter, ammeter and thermocouple in a predetermined position then each measuring instrument will display the data. The data is then processed using the Microsoft Excel program which can produce graphs. With the form of a graph, discussion and conclusion can be done easily

Abstract

The cooler is one of the necessities for humans to store food, drinks, vegetables, fruit, meat and so on. Refrigeration systems that are commonly used today use refrigerants or freon/CFC (Chlor Fluoro Carbon) which are less environmentally friendly and expensive. To meet the need for cheap and environmentally friendly refrigerators, an alternative cooler is needed. One alternative refrigerant that has been widely used today is thermoelectric. The power source is from an adapter with an output voltage of 12V – 36V DC6A. Peltier Is a Thermo-Electric Module. This component is coated by a thin ceramic that contains Bismuth Telluride rods in it. When the DC supply voltage is 12volt-15volt and current is 2-5A. The cooling room material is Styrofoam, with a heat sink in the form of a heat sink fan. Variations are made on the amount of thermoelectric used. Abstract

Solar power is an environmentally friendly renewable energy source. Solar power is utilized by solar power plants to generate electricity. The electrical energy produced is light energy which is converted by solar cells. A collection of solar cells arranged in such a way as to produce solar panels. The electrical energy produced will be stored in a medium called a battery. In the storage and use of this electrical energy, care must be taken to avoid overcharging/overcharging and over-using/over-discharging. Therefore, a battery charge controller is used which will regulate charging or energy consumption, besides that it also functions as a protection device. For the use of AC loads, an inverter is used to adjust the output voltage to VAC.

Abstract

Webinars are inseparable activities from the world of education in higher education. However, there are still many webinars that hold conventionally starting from the announcement of the event, registration of participants, to the process of implementing the event. So that it feels less effective. Therefore, this application was created to make it easier to provide information to all students about the latest webinar in the University so that publications can be effective and efficient, this design can help solve problems that occur when webinars are held, such as attendance, information about presenters and others. The research method used in designing this web-based application is a field study, namely by direct observation, interviews with related parties, and also by conducting documentation to obtain the required information. In addition, the author also conducted various discussions as well as from various media containing the information needed, analyzing needs, and designing. The second stage is to build the system using the Waterfall type SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The Waterfall Model provides a sequential or sequential software lifecycle approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
