The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of brand trust and perceived quality on the purchasing decisions of consumers who choose Toyota cars. This research uses a population consist-ing of all customers who purchased Toyota cars from official deal-ers located in Kudus, Jepara and Pati Regencies. Researchers took a sample of 97 people from this population. There are two types of data sources used in this research, namely secondary and primary data. By distributing closed questionnaires to respondents, re-searchers will obtain primary data in this research. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from relevant sources. The data un-derwent analysis employing the multiple linear regression tech-nique facilitated by the SPSS software. To test the hypothesis, researchers used simultaneous tests, partial tests, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that brand trust and per-ceived quality together have significant and a positive influence on the purchasing decisions of consumers who choose Toyota cars. Separately, the trustworthiness of a brand and the perceived quality of its products play a significant role in shaping choices when making a purchase.

This research is intended to analyze and evaluate the public service quality as perceived by the hotel and restaurant’s taxpayers at the tax office in Malang City. We compare the perceived public service quality of tax officials to the expected public service quality of taxpayers. The data was gathered from 88 hotels' and 80 restaurant’s taxpayers at the tax's services office in Malang City. The gap analysis was conducted to assess the difference between the perceived and expected public service quality of the respondents, which represents the quality of public service. The results of the research show that the users of public services are very satisfied with all services obtained from the Malang Regional Tax Service Agency. This is evidenced by 21 service’s indicators, the average of the obtained values is categorized as good or very good. On the other hand, public service providers are also required to be more creative and innovative in providing services to the public. The current dynamics of society that tend to be more critical must be addressed positively so that the expectations of services and the degree of importance of services can be simultaneously fulfilled and create reliable and quality public services.

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the role of social media, especially Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram, which are used as a means to promote the implementation of the Bogorfest investment exhibition by the Regional Government of Bogor Regency with the Leading Sector of the Bogor Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) in collaboration with government organizations. other areas. Bogor Regency has economic resources and natural resources that are potential for investment activities. It is very important for the community and related parties, especially the business world, to know complete and complete information on investment potential in Bogor Regency. As one of the strategies to promote Bogor, Bogor Regency uses events as strategic promotional media packaged in Bogorfest activities to showcase investment potential so that regional advantages can be known by the public, especially the business world from all sectors such as trade, agriculture, animal husbandry, industry, as well as various service. It is hoped that the participation of the business world in this event or exhibition will attract potential investors from domestic and foreign investors to invest in Bogor Regency. The increasing investment graph in Bogor Regency is influenced by the image of Bogor Regency which is good and ready to open itself to investors.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi alokasi dana hibah dalam pengadaan alat musik seni kebudayaan oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Kebudayaan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (DISPARBUDPORA) Kabupaten Bondowoso. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang proses alokasi dan penggunaan dana hibah. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kabupaten Bondowoso, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, dengan subjek penelitian meliputi pihak DISPARBUDPORA, kelompok seni, dan penerima manfaat langsung dari alokasi dana hibah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alokasi dana hibah bertujuan utama untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan seni kebudayaan, khususnya melalui pengadaan alat musik bagi kelompok seni yang sudah memiliki sejarah yang cukup. Dana hibah berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Bondowoso, dengan pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan yang diserahkan kepada DISPARBUDPORA. Proses pengajuan dana hibah melibatkan berbagai tahapan, termasuk penyusunan proposal dan evaluasi oleh pihak berwenang. Alokasi dana hibah diarahkan untuk mendukung pemeliharaan, pengembangan, dan promosi alat musik tradisional, dengan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan dan penatausahaan yang terdefinisi dengan baik. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan oleh SKPD terkait untuk memastikan penggunaan dana hibah sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran alokasi dana hibah dalam mendukung keberlanjutan seni kebudayaan di Kabupaten Bondowoso, serta implikasinya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan daerah untuk mendukung sektor-sektor budaya.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine marketing management in increasing customer satisfaction at Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok through a qualitative approach descriptive method with documentation, interviews, and observations as techniques in collecting data. The results show that marketing management through a marketing mix or marketing mix strategy in educational services as a tactical tool for promoting school excellence products with 7Ps (process, pshycal evidence, people, promotion, place, price, and product) has run quite well in increasing customer satisfaction at Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok. The increasing number of learners every year is proof of this statement. There are three elements that dominate the marketing mix in influencing customer satisfaction such as excellent academic and non-academic programs. But the output results have not been as expected. The costs that must be incurred are community participation or donations of education costs from the results of meetings between parents, guardians and the school and some free fees provided by the government. Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok is a school located in the city of Depok.Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok carries out learning programs based on the Independent Curriculum for Grade VII and the 2013 Curriculum applies to grades VIII and IX.

Abstrak Pendidikan yang berkualitas memerlukan kontribusi maksimal dari guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi, sebagai dorongan internal dan eksternal, diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci yang dapat memotivasi guru untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Sementara itu, disiplin kerja dianggap sebagai faktor yang mendukung efisiensi dan tanggung jawab guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas mengajar. Metode penelitian melibatkan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah guru di SMP Holy Faithful Obedient Depok sebagai responden, dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi guru memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan dengan kinerja mereka, menyoroti peran penting motivasi dalam meningkatkan dedikasi dan hasil kerja. Selain itu, disiplin kerja yang baik juga memberikan kontribusi positif dengan memastikan bahwa guru menjalankan tugas-tugasnya dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan. Rekomendasi termasuk pengembangan program pelatihan yang bertujuan meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja guru, untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan untuk pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru, dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Holy Faithful Obedient Depok.

ABSTRAK Pentingnya peran koordinator memberikan pengawasan guna peningkatan disiplin kerja untuk menjaga soliditas anggota dan memastikan sumberdaya manusia dapat menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawab dengan baik sebagai petugas AVSEC di Bandara Abdulrachman Saleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran koordinator AVSEC di Bandara Abdulrahman Saleh dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja anggotanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen CV Sehati Indo Dua Cabang Djoeloeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder melalui pelanggan yang berbelanja di CV Sehati Indo Dua Cabang Djoeloeng berjumlah 68 orang dan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan di CV Sehati Indo Dua Cabang Djoeloeng, ini terlihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 6,869 yang lebih besar dari t tabel 1,671. Adapun nilai koefisien korelasi kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,630 yang berada diinterval 0,600-0,799 dan menghasilkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 64,6%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggam adalah sebesar 64,6% dan sisanya sebesar 35,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

ABSTRACT Different regions across Indonesia play crucial roles in advancing the national economy. The regional governments, with their in-depth understanding of local conditions, are best positioned to create policies that align with community needs and foster regional economic development. This research aims to analyze the impact of working capital distribution, investment credit, labor force size, and agricultural land area on economic growth within the agricultural sector in Karanganyar Regency. This study employs an empirical method combined with quantitative research techniques. To meet the data requirements, the researcher used secondary data from Karanganyar Regency for the years 2011–2021. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were utilized for data analysis. The findings indicate that the distribution of working capital credit and the amount of arable land significantly impact the economic growth of Karanganyar Regency's agricultural sector. In contrast, the distribution of investment credit and the number of productive workers do not have a significant impact. ABSTRACT Investment is a key indication of a country's economy. Western nations with advanced economies have a high level of investment from their populations, while Eastern countries with emerging economies continue to have relatively little investment. Many factors impact investing decisions, including income and predicted profit margins. However, research indicates that raising the wages of permanent employees has little direct impact on investment decisions. Investment decisions are determined by psychological motivation rather than merely financial competence. This study intends to investigate the characteristics that motivate people to invest, particularly in developing nations. Qualitative research conducted through in-depth interviews with workers in several institutions in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia, reveals that government sector workers demand different motives for pension security than the public and private sectors. Understanding the investment motivation of workers on fixed incomes can assist institutions in developing policies that encourage the allocation of income for investment, so boosting the micro and macro economy.
