JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL STUDIES is a journal that uses a double-blind peer review model that can be accessed online. The purpose of HUMAS JOURNAL is to publish a journal containing quality articles that will be able to contribute thoughts from a theoretical and empirical perspective in society and humanities at a regional, national, and global scale. The writings at JOURNAL OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL STUDIES will significantly contribute to critical thinking in the area of society and humanities. Abstract

In an educational institution, of course, requires the management of the education system in order to achieve the educational goals that have been set. As for what will become a problem in the management of education, namely unclear and ineffective planning, lack of transparency and accountability in education management, the availability of facilities and infrastructure that is less supportive and the absence of developing educational programs that are in accordance with community needs. This type of article writing method is qualitative, while the approach used is library research or library research. The author seeks and collects information about education management and administration from library sources including journal articles and books. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the Samarinda City DPRD for the 2014-2019 period in drafting regional regulations. The research method uses a qualitative approach through data collection instruments of interviews, observation, and documentation while the informant selection technique is snow ball sampling. The data analysis techniques in this study used the stages of reduction, verification and conclusion. The research analysis was carried out based on the dimensions of responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. The results of the study show that the performance of members of the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD for the 2014-2019 period in drafting regional regulations is still not fully effective, especially the dimensions of responsiveness and accountability, while the dimensions of responsibility have been running effectively. This has had an impact on the delays in various local government programs and the not yet optimal handling of public complaints. The recommendation of this research is to encourage public participation, especially in drafting regional regulations so that they can improve the performance of DPRD members, especially in the dimensions of responsiveness and accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Electronic Licensing and Investment Information System Application Management (OSS) at the One Stop Integrated Service Investment and Manpower Office of Barru Regency. And To find out the factors that influence the Implementation of Electronic licensing and Investment Imformation System Application Manangement (OSS) at the On Stop Service Investment Office and Barru Regency Manpower. This Research uses descriptive qualitative research type, data sources cousist of primary and secondary data, data colection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of OSS application management has been implemented in order to improve the quality of licensing better with research indicators according to Edwards, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic sructure. While the factors that affect the implementation of OSS application management are divided into two. Namely the inhibiting factors which include facilities and infrastructuer, and problematic internet networks and the driving factors which include the ease of issuing business licenses, services is near and can be accessed everywhere.

Abstract

El-café Bengkulu is a company engaged in the culinary field, which so far sells its products using manual recording, which has the potential for huge errors, such as errors in recording sales transactions. The purpose of this research is to be able to maximize the sales transaction revenue process for Bengkulu E-Cafe products, so that the losses experienced can be minimized. This research succeeded in designing and building the El-Café Bengkulu Sales Data Processing System, so that the transaction process for food and beverage sales can be well controlled. Checking data on the results of food and beverage sales can be done easily and does not require much time. calculated automatically, so the calculation process will not be wrong. Suggestions and recommendations that can be given are that the El-Café Bengkulu Sales Data Processing System needs to be developed and can be accessed on-line so that the sales process can be carried out at home or other places so that it can be controlled regularly. This can be done using other programming languages

Abstract

Education functions as assistance given to children in their physical and mental growth to reach maturity and takes place in an educational institution. Along with the changing times, schools have emerged that have their own characteristics in achieving excellent school programs. The results showed that the purpose of education at Sekolah Alam Junudurahman is to achieve students who have faith and devotion, and there are special programs such as Outbound, farming, entrepreneurship, literacy, art performances, and student work. SD Alam Islam Junudurahman is an alternative school created to meet the expectations of parents who want to send their children to an Islamic-based school and a good environment, with a learning concept that is realized in the right vision and mission, a representative school profile as a superior school, an academic curriculum combined with a non-academic curriculum in shaping the characteristics of students, as well as learning methods and models that make children more familiar with nature and the environment. The learning evaluation shows that the activities are in accordance with the standards in achieving the target in completing the learning.

Abstract

Contains Basically service can not be separated from people's lives. The community always demands quality services from the government, even though these demands often do not meet expectations because people tend to think that government services are difficult, time-consuming and paid for. From this statement the author can formulate the problem as follows: What is the role of the village government in improving public services to the community at the Balung Lor Village Office? The method used in this analysis uses a descriptive method, which is carried out directly to the object of the problem, namely the Quality of Public Service to the Community at the Balung Lor Village Office. In general it can be explained that the quality of public services can be measured through 5 dimensions namely: 1) The Tangiable dimension is quite good because for the convenience of the place, the appearance of the employees, the ease of managing files, only in the disciplinary indicators there needs to be an evaluation. 2) The Reliability Dimension, in terms of accuracy, clarity, ability and expertise of employees is very good, has no problems or complaints from the public. 3) The Responsiveness dimension is still quite low because there are employees who are less responsive to community need. 4) The Assurance dimension, the quality of service is very good because it provides timely guarantees while providing services to the community. 5) The Emphaty dimension, excellent service quality, employee friendliness and non-discrimination in service proves that employees really appreciate all of society and employees prioritize the interests of customers or the community rather than personal interests and this is recognized and felt by the community.

Abstract

The study of man, God, and nature is part of the concept of unity of being that is an interesting object and never finished to be discussed. Various scientific disciplines talk about this, but what is still being discussed in the scientific discipline of Sufism. Sufism scholars have their own concept to discuss it. To find out more about the concept of unity of form, researchers use qualitative literature research. So this problem was raised again, because he wanted to know how the concept of unity of form according to two figures with a focus: 1. What is the meaning of unity of form according to Ibn 'Arab>i and Ibn Sab'>in. 2. How are the similarities and differences in the perspectives of Ibn 'Arab>i and Ibn Sab'>in. The methods used are descriptive, interpretive, and comparative methods. From this method, then the researcher processes and analyzes to obtain data. The primary data that the researcher took from the works written by these two figures. Based on the results of the research obtained is the concept of unity of form according to Ibn 'Arab>i, one form is God alone that exists, the being that he has created is simply to be his shadow. Meanwhile, according to Ibn Sab'>in, it is the form of God to be the principle of everything that exists both in the past, present, and future. All clear forms he returns to an absolute (spiritual) form. These two figures have similarities and differences in defining this concept. The equation in question, both of them place the form of God as the highest being and the other is only a shadow of Him. And the difference is, Ibn 'Arab>i says that God revealed everything from a form of science to a material form . However, Ibn Sab'>in says that God puts things in a spiritual rather than material complexion.

Abstract

The stock price is the most important thing. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance as reflected in financial ratios on the company's stock price. The results of this study indicate that the line of business of a company can influence investor behavior which has an impact on its stock price. profitability has a significant negative effect on stock prices of the main sectors, and no significant negative effect on the manufacturing sector and the service sector (non-banking). Leverage has a significant positive effect on company stock prices in the main sectors, the manufacturing sector and the service sector (non-banking). Market Ratio has no significant positive effect on stock prices of main sector companies, significant positive on stock prices of manufacturing sector companies and a significant negative effect on stock prices of service sector companies (non-banking) and activities have no significant positive effect on stock prices of main sector companies, and negatively significant in the manufacturing and services (non-banking) sectors.

Abstract

The influence of alcoholic beverages on crime is very dominant. The effects of alcoholic beverages are often one of the triggers for someone to commit a crime. The influence of alcoholic beverages is the beginning of the crime. When it is out of control, it can cause a person to commit a crime. This type of research is doctoral in which this research departs from existing rules and then examines it. The approach in this study uses a comparative approach, namely research based on comparing the laws of one country with the laws of other countries. The collection uses secondary legal material, namely looking for legal ideas that exist in certain concepts. based on the principles of the research that the authors conducted, results were found in comparing the laws of the two countries, namely Indonesia and Russia. In the criminal provisions according to Law No. 1 of 2023, there is no prison confinement for drunks who threaten the safety of others and disturb public order, while in Russia sanctions are regulated in the form of imprisonment. So it can be concluded that the existing arrangements in Law no. 1 of 2023, regulates that drunks who threaten the safety of other people or cause trouble are only subject to fines which are light sanctions, unlike the provisions in the Russian Federal Criminal Code which apply criminal witnesses for drunks who commit crimes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the marketing strategy of PT. Hisana Fried Chicken, one of the fast food franchises in West Java. This study uses a qualitative case study methodology using Marketing Mix and SWOT Analysis. Data for cases was collected in various ways including narrative and personal interviews. This study expands the new packaging of marketing strategy and SWOT analysis for PT Hisana Fried Chicken to increase its competitive advantage. We only analyze the marketing strategy for the Margahayu Permai Branch, Bandung. The results of the research and discussion show that the Margahayu Hisana branch of fried chicken uses several processes in marketing strategy and product development such as conducting observations and interviews, observation results, alternative suggestions for improvement. In addition, a subsidiary of Margahayu Permai Hisana Fried Chicken implements its marketing strategy through STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis. This study can provide more theoretical aspects to enrich knowledge in the field of management, especially in the field of marketing strategy. . This study examines Marketing Strategy Analysis combined with SWOT analysis in the Indonesian fast food franchise industry.
