Abstract

The development of a business institution or company is inseparable from the role of labor (employees). Employees as a unit of human resources (HR) are so important in companies or agencies and as assets that determine the success of an organization when meeting increasingly fierce competitors. Basically, a company is a form of cooperation between two or more individuals, both organizations and groups, which aims to achieve certain goals. In order for the company to be able to continue operating, the company needs to be able to carry out optimization of the resources it has in order to achieve these goals. Therefore, companies must pay attention to and elevate employee performance in order to achieve their goals.

Abstract

The work environment, discipline and teamwork of a company greatly determines the company's performance, as does the Jakarta Convention Center where human resources have a very big role because it is humans who carry out activities within the company so that the company is able to achieve its goals. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and teamwork on employee performance at the Jakarta Convention Center. Respondents in this research were employees of the Jakarta Convention Center. Based on random sampling techniques, the type of sample used in the research was saturated sampling so that the respondents in this study were all 150 employees of the Jakarta Convention Center. This research uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that simultaneously or partially, work environment variables, work discipline and teamwork have a positive effect on the performance variables of Jakarta Convention Center employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much Leadership and Work Environment affect Employee Job Satisfaction at the Babelan District Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Babelan District Office. This study uses a quantitative method. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents. This sampling technique uses the census technique method. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a partial effect (t-test) with the results showing that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results obtained t count of 5.092> t table 2.01063, the work environment variable has a partial effect (t-test) with the results showing that the work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results obtained t count of -2.261 <t table 2.01063. Based on the results of the simultaneous F Test, the calculated F value is 14.765 > 2.79 with a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 or a significant value less than 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted, which indicates that the variables of leadership and work environment have a high influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. In this study, several employees of the Jambi Provincial Education Office were selected as samples using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis or Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is processed using Smart PLS. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Jambi Province Education Office employees. At the hypothesis testing stage it was also found that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jambi Province Education Office employees. Besides that, in testing the indirect effect, it can be proven that motivation is able to mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with the performance of Jambi Provincial Education Office employees.

Abstract

This investigation intends to conclude the effect of thing quality, cost and brand picture on revenue in purchasing Scarlett's pervasive things in the Jabodetabek district. The dependent variable is Buy Interest, while the free factors are item quality, cost, and brand image. Individuals who have utilized Scarlett Lighting up items and are keen on buying them in the Jabodetabek region make up the number of inhabitants in this review. This study chooses an example of 129 respondents utilizing a non-likelihood examining strategy in light of deliberate testing. Using a 4-point Likert Scale, assessments of public sentiment were disseminated to complete the data collection process. Information assessment systems use different direct break faith evaluations. At Scarlett Lighting up things in the Jabodetabek region, the findings of this investigation demonstrate that the nature of the product has a significant impact on buy revenue, that the cost of the product has an impact on buy revenue, and that the brand image has an impact on buy revenue. Furthermore, the quality of the product, the cost of the product, and the brand image all have a positive impact on buy revenue.

Abstract

The problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of work discipline, compensation and motivation on employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of work discipline, compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The type of data used is quantitative. The data source used is primary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 30. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, questionnaires and literature study. The research results show that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the compensation and work motivation variables have an insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is all of PT's financial reports. Indo Tambang Raya Mega Tbk. Since being listed on the IDX from 2007 to 2023, which is 17 years. The sample used in this research uses financial report data from PT. Indo Tambang Raya Mega Tbk. in the form of reports of net income, dividends and share prices, for 12 years from 2010 to 2021, the technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) does not have a partially significant effect on share prices at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. (2) Dividend Per Share (DPS) has a partially significant effect on share prices at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product availability, price and location on the decision to purchase a HONDA motorbike at the PT Astra Motor dealer. The sample that will be used in this research is determined using the Ferninand formula (2014), namely sample = number of indicators x 5 to 10 because in this study there are 17 indicators, the number of samples used is a minimum sample of 17 x 5 = 85 respondents. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression T tests and f tests. The results of this research state that: (1) Product availability has a partially significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda motorbike at the PT dealer. Astra Motor Bima City. (2) Price has a partially significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda motorbike at the PT dealer. Astra Motor Bima City. (3) Location does not have a partially significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda motorbike at the PT dealer. Astra Motor Bima City. Abstract

The Indonesian Banking Industry chooses a significant influence on the country's finances and economic growth when compared to other economic entities that are in deficit. In addition to running a business, the banking industry It also seeks to support national growth to improve the economy. The company's ability to meet its financial obligations and generate profits indicates that the company's condition is good. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposi Ratio on Return On Assets. This study uses descriptive quantitative data design and type. Researchers collect, classify, and analyze sample data using purposive sampling techniques. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of research and hypothesis testing partially Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount value of 4.076> ttable 2.00030 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount value of 3,676> ttable 2,00030 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. The results of research and hypothesis testing with an Fcount value of 12,062> Ftable 3.15 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 from the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets in private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Aroma Building Store, which is one of the MSMEs in West Jakarta City. This research aims to find out the application of preparing financial reports based on the Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting System (SAK EMKM) at the Aroma Building Store and how to apply the financial reports. aware of SAK EMKM at the Aroma Building Store. The type of research used in the research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this research show that the Aroma Building Shop business owner's understanding of SAK EMKM is still low, and recording and preparing financial reports is still simple based on the business owner's understanding. The owner does not carry out accounting records based on SAK ElMKM (Financial Accounting Standards for Small and Medium Enterprises) because the business owner does not understand, so the recording and preparation of financial reports is still carried out only and manually based on the understanding of the owner of the MSME business, which lacks knowledge and lack of manpower to make financial reports. The implementation of preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM at the Aroma Building Store has had a positive impact on the company, where by implementing the preparation of financial reports based on the Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting System (SAK EMKM) so that business owners understand and know that there are standards that serve as guidelines in carrying out recording financial reports for business development.
