Abstract

Determining item combinations and item layout based on consumer purchasing tendencies is one of the solutions for Jihan Stores in developing marketing strategies so as to increase sales at the store. The algorithm that can be used to find any combination of items that are often purchased together at a time is the Apriori Algorithm, this Apriori Algorithm includes the type of rules in data mining, namely to determine associative rules between a combination of items, the results of associative rules from consumer purchasing analysis Thus, the shop owner can adjust the placement of his goods or design a marketing campaign by giving a discount on the combination of these items. Based on sales transaction data within 3 months and processed using WEKA at Jihan Stores, an analysis is carried out using an a priori algorithm with a minimum support parameter of 50% and a minimum confidence of 80%. The results of data processing with WEKA that meet the support value and the highest confidence value are that if you buy noodles, then you are likely to buy eggs.

Abstract

Zinc is a commonly used roofing material in Indonesia, alongside roof tiles and similar products. In the production of red sand zinc, two types of raw materials are used: **base coat** (base layer) and **top coat** (top layer). This study aims to analyze and process data on excess raw material usage in the production line, warehouse requests, and production reports to predict raw material needs before production begins. The study applies the **Linear Regression Algorithm** in data mining, as it can generate predictions according to existing patterns and integrate raw material usage with production reports. Testing with RapidMiner produced an RMSE of 0.500, categorized as good. The accuracy, calculated using the MAPE formula, was 0.50%, equivalent to 99.5% accuracy. These results indicate that Linear Regression is effective for predicting raw material usage quickly, accurately, and reliably, enabling companies to plan material requirements efficiently and improve production management.

Abstract

The student code of ethics is a set of rules that regulate students' attitudes, words, actions, appearance, and clothing while they are students. Pelita Bangsa University students also follow the development of fashion trends from fashion developments every year, which will have an impact on the dress code of ethics for students of the Pelita Bangsa University Faculty of Engineering. Dressing neatly and politely means wearing formal clothes when participating in campus activities. Several lecturers require wearing formal (collared) clothing when participating in learning activities. Research has been proposed to detect clothing using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification. 130 images were used with a composition of 70 images of t-shirts and 60 images of shirts. This system is used to detect t-shirts and shirts. A system will be designed to detect shirts that focus on Pelita Bangsa University students using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) methods as classifiers. It is hoped that the results of testing this research can get better accuracy than previous research. This accuracy was obtained from testing 130 images using the Lbp extraction method with values of R=1 and P=8, in addition to the KNN classification with values of K=1 and Euclidean distance parameters.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a Vue.js-based online attendance application for PT. PPILN. The main objective is to enhance the efficiency of field technicians in recording their attendance. The application replaces the traditional method of using pen and paper, which is time-consuming and requires administrative resources. The research includes the analysis of requirements and the design of a responsive and user-friendly online attendance application. The implementation results demonstrate improved efficiency in attendance recording for field technicians, allowing them to record their attendance directly in the field. The application also minimizes the risk of errors and enables real-time tracking of the technicians' whereabouts by the management of PT. PPILN. The RAD research method will be utilized in this study. The data used will be internal data from PT. PPILN concerning the technical staff and the attendance process.

Abstract

Precipitation forecasting has been one of the most challenging scientific and technological problems worldwide in the last century. Rain is an event where water drops fall from the sky to the surface of the earth. Rain is also the water cycle on planet earth. Another definition of rain is an event of precipitation (the fall of liquid originating from the atmosphere that is liquid or frozen to the earth's surface) in the form of liquid. Rain requires the presence of a thick layer of the atmosphere in order to meet temperatures above the melting point of ice near and above the surface of the Earth. Throughout the year, rainfall has an erratic pattern making it difficult to predict manually. The amount of rainfall that is large enough cannot be determined with certainty, but this can be estimated. Thus, data mining allows machines to recognize and study complex data patterns. Therefore machine learning can study patterns of rainfall data to make predictions, so a rainfall prediction study was carried out using the Naïve Bayes method and the data used in this study is data taken from the official BMKG Indonesia website which can be accessed by all groups, both among children, adolescents, adults and even parents.

Abstract

Attendance is a very important process, one of which is in the world of education, of course not only for students, teachers are also required to carry out the attendance process in order to determine the quality of their work as teachers at school. The Attendance System for Honorary Teachers is still very simple at SDN Karang Asih 06. Where the system still uses paper containing signatures. of course this system is still very manual for an educational institution because of the lack of discipline so that there are often obstacles such as data recapitulation, or can be misused by irresponsible parties. System research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which has 3 main stages, namely: (1) Requirment Planning, (2) Design Process (Design Workshop), (3) Implementation. And the choice of a desktop-based attendance system using this QR Code is because it is more efficient and practical in inputting attendance and conveying information from the results of attendance data. Of course, this system is a new standard in the school environment of SDN Karang Asih 06, which previously took attendance manually using paper. In the early stages of system implementation, users must input their attendance using the C# programming language (Sharp), and the system stores attendance data in the MySQL database which can be used as attendance information. And it is hoped that this attendance system can be better and can improve the shortcomings in the attendance system that has been implemented previously.

Abstract

There are more and more information systems for school needs, including attendance systems. The attendance system is important in the ongoing teaching and learning activities in schools, especially for students. Security is very important for someone, everyone needs security and comfort in their life. Thus developments in the field of technology are designed to provide security and protect one's assets. In addition to this, of course, the application of a security system that will be designed can reduce the number of fraud that occurs in students, especially absenteeism fraud. The login process is part of the system that authenticates users. The login process still uses the same password every time it logs into a system. This is still not safe enough to protect users from irresponsible parties. Therefore, to minimize the use of the system by unauthorized persons, it is necessary to use the One-Time Password method in a login system. One-Time Password is a password that is only valid for a single login session or single transaction. It is hoped that the designed student attendance system will help shorten time, make it easier for teachers to recapitulate attendance data. Researchers used the Agile Software Development method in designing the proposed system. This research was conducted using the Secure Hash Algorithm method to implement One-Time Password (OTP). OTP can be a fairly appropriate solution for securing data in a student attendance system. One of the cryptographic methods, namely the hash function is used to be able to create an OTP password and the character selection is chosen randomly with the Pseudo Random Number Generator.

Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of car body units using data mining classification with the Naive Bayes algorithm. The problem addressed is the high potential for defects in production processes, which requires an effective analytical method to classify body unit quality accurately. The objective of this research is to determine whether the Naive Bayes classification technique can be applied to assess car body unit quality and to evaluate its performance through accuracy, precision, and recall metrics. The research follows standard data mining stages, including data preparation, processing, and classification. Data processing and model testing were conducted using the RapidMiner tool. Several data split scenarios were applied to measure performance improvements based on the amount of data used. The results show that model performance increases as more data is processed. For data proportions of 70%, 80%, and 90%, the accuracy levels achieved were 99.62%, 99.66%, and 99.70%, respectively. Similarly, precision and recall values also improved with larger datasets. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Naive Bayes algorithm is effective for classifying car body unit quality and can support quality control processes in automotive manufacturing.

Abstract

This research aims to implement a WhatsApp chatbot within the Laundryku information system to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. The system is developed using the Waterfall method, which includes structured stages such as requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This method ensures that the development process is systematic, organized, and well-documented. The chatbot is built using the TypeScript programming language along with several libraries from Baileys to enable integration with the WhatsApp platform. TypeScript is chosen for its strong support in web application and API development, as well as its ability to reduce errors through structured typing. By leveraging WhatsApp, a platform widely used and familiar to customers, the system ensures accessibility and ease of communication. The implemented chatbot is designed to facilitate customer interactions, including service booking, order status tracking, and access to additional information about laundry services. Through automation, the system minimizes manual communication, improves response time, and enhances service efficiency. Overall, the implementation of this WhatsApp chatbot is expected to improve customer experience while supporting Laundryku in optimizing its digital-based business operations.

Abstract

The development of information system requirements is crucial in all activities, especially in business operations, where efficient management is essential to achieve company goals. PT Indonesia Epson Industry, a printer manufacturing company, currently handles warehouse part reception manually. This manual process makes it time-consuming to locate missing parts and can potentially cause production line stoppages, affecting overall productivity. To address these issues, a part reception information system has been developed. The system is built using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database to manage and monitor warehouse data effectively. With this system, all part information, including location, delivery status, and related details, can be accessed digitally. When a part is missing or needs verification, warehouse admins can quickly check the system to obtain accurate and up-to-date information, eliminating delays caused by manual tracking. This approach streamlines warehouse operations, reduces the risk of part loss, and ensures smoother production processes. By implementing this computerized system, PT Indonesia Epson Industry can enhance operational efficiency, improve monitoring capabilities, and maintain production continuity while minimizing disruptions in the warehouse workflow.
