APPLICATION OF EDUCATIONAL GAMES TO CRITICAL THINKING ABILITY IN 21st CENTURY LEARNING. This study aims to analyze the increase in students' abilities through the application of educational games. This type of research is a classroom action research until two cycles. The research design uses the Kemmis and Taggart models which consist of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection using observation, test, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of research on students' critical thinking skills experienced a significant increase. In cycle I, the average percentage of critical thinking skills is 73% in the good category, and in cycle II it becomes 91% in the very good category. Based on these results indicate that using educational games can improve critical thinking skills of elementary school students. This study suggests that teachers can use educational games that can motivate students to learn. The game is accompanied by HOTS questions to improve critical thinking skills.

School-based management is a way of managing educational institutions in terms of planning, implementing and evaluating education. MBS stands for , a policy approach that aims to shape school leadership by empowering school leaders and increasing community participation in efforts to improve school performance, including teachers, students, parents and the community. In this case, education management according to MBS is different from previous education management which is centralized in nature, while MBS provides broad autonomy to the school unit itself and involves the community to participate in advancing education in schools. In other words, all school policies and programs are determined by the school committee based on deliberations from members consisting of regional education officials, school principals, teachers, parents' representatives, community leaders, and regional officials where the school is located. The democratization of education is carried out by involving elements of the local government, community and parents in a partnership relationship and fostering positive support for madrasah education. At this level, the decentralization of education as a result of autode includes three important points, namely school-based management, delegation of authority, and educational innovation. The new paradigm in the field of education has pushed towards more humane educational goals. Educational autonomy has provided an opportunity for regions to be able to spur education in their respective regions. While in decentralized management, a lot of central, regional, and regional offices authority is handed over to schools. With this approach, schools will be more empowered and the decisions they make will be more effective and efficient. In the context of implementing SBM, school functions that were originally carried out by the government were partially decentralized to schools to run professionally. For this reason, schools need to build good relations with the community. Schools have programs that need to be introduced to the community, schools also accept criticism and suggestions from the community.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan penggunaan pendekatan CTL dalam pembelajaran PKn materi sisitem pemerintahan pusat. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV MI Muhammadiyah Karangrayung - Grobogan Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 sebanyak 32 orang siswa. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes (observasi dan dokumentasi). Teknik validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif.Peningkatan aktivitas belajar melalui penerapan metode diskusi dengan pendekatan kontekstual (CTL) dalam pembelajaran PKn Kelas IV pada kompetensi dasar mengenal lembaga-lembaga negara dalam susunan pemerintahan tingkat pusat seperti MPR, DPR. Presiden, MA, BPK dll. semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 MI Muhammadiyah Karangrayung - Grobogan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan semakin meningkatnya ketuntasan belajar siswa. Pada siklus I yang tuntas belajar sebanyak 25 siswa (67,57%), dan pada siklus II sebanyak 29 siswa (78,38%). Disamping ketuntasan belajar juga diperkuat dengan nilai rata-rata hasil tes yang meningkat darai siklus I 80,00 pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,97. Walaupun belum tuntas 100% namun bisa dikatakan pelaksanaan tindakan ini berhasil

The Indonesian government seeks to improve education with policies and curriculum changes that support the times. One of the policies implemented is a centralized school-based management system (SBM). MBS gives schools the freedom and responsibility to develop their potential creatively and innovatively. The headmaster has a role as a manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, entrepreneur and motivator. The headmaster in the Kaliyitno Group, Kudus Regency, have carried out these various central roles in the implementation of SBM. This study used a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations, and document observation. The results of the study show that headmaster in the Kaliyitno Cluster have succeeded in carrying out central roles in implementing SBM, such as effective management, good administrative services, teacher supervision, good leadership, entrepreneurship, motivation, and creating a conducive climate. It is recommended that headmaster be more intensive in socializing SBM, develop the competence of headmaster on an ongoing basis, and get greater support to increase the success of SBM implementation.

In order to promote the enhancement of educational quality, this study examines the role that school principal performance evaluations play as educational supervisors. In order to establish ideal standards for school leaders as educational supervisors and to raise teacher professionalism, the goal of this study is to describe the performance appraisal role of educational supervisors. In order to gather information for this work, observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used in conjunction with descriptive qualitative research methods. to do an interactive analysis of the data using Miles and Huberman's model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion-making. employing the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests to determine whether the data is accurate. employing the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests to determine whether the data is accurate. According to the study's findings, school principals' performance appraisal activities are very helpful at raising their standards of excellence and professionalism. The principal, who serves as an educational supervisor, is crucial in elevating the professionalism of teachers and the standard of instruction in classrooms. From the foregoing description, it can be inferred that the principle, acting in the capacity of a supervisor, is in charge of the school's education planning program. The principal's own performance, including teacher coaching, also falls under his or her purview as a leader.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) Bagaimana hasil belajar Akidah Akhlak peserta didik pada materi Akhlak Terpuji pada Diri Sendiri di kelas VIII-A MTsN 2 Grobogan, (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan metode Role Playing di kelas VIII-A MTsN 2 Grobogan (3) Apakah penggunaan metode Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Akidah Akhlak peserta didik pada materi Akhlak Terpuji pada Diri Sendiri di kelas VIII-A MTsN 2 Grobogan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap tindakan/pelaksanaan, tahap pengamatan, tahap analisis dan refleksi. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 32 siswa kelas VIII-A MTsN 2 Grobogan. Melalui metode Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII-A MTsN 2 Grobogan tahun pelajaran 2017 –,2018. Hal tersebut diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata hasil observasi terhadap aktivitas peserta didik pada tes awal 57.17 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 33.33%, nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 62.00 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 46.66% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 75.50 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 80%

APPLICATION OF A REALISTIC MATHEMATICAL APPROACH TO IMPROVENUMERACY SKILLS IN THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM. Lack of numeracy skills results in low learning outcomes so that learning must be done with a real approach. The Realistic Mathematical Approach can be used as a solution in learning mathematics. This study aims to improve numeracy skills IV at SD 3 Adiwarno regarding the material of cheerful fractions using a realistic mathematical approach. The method used is qualitative and quantitative methods with a sample of 21 students. The research instruments are observation, interviews, documentation and tests. Data were analyzed with statistical data techniques. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, it showed that there was an effect of a realistic mathematical approach on students' numeracy skills, with an increase in pre-cycle 38.09% in cycle I by 66.67% to 85.71%. The suggestion of this research is that educators can apply a realistic mathematical approach by adjusting the material and characteristics of students

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru menggunakan profil siswa pancasila untuk membangun karakter siswa berdasarkan nilai kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD 2 Jojo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan implementasi profil pelajar pancasila dan strategi yang digunakan guru dalam mewujudkannya. Subjek yang diteliti adalah peserta didik kelas 4 yang terdiri dari 22 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menemukan bahwa guru menggunakan strategi seperti pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pembelajaran dengan proyek, dan pembiasaan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti Guru sudah menjalankan strategi dengan baik. Ada data nilai mata pelajaran dan rekaman aktivitas siswa yang menunjukkan hal ini. Guru harus kreatif dalam mengatur pembelajaran agar strategi ini berhasil digunakan. Selain peran guru, keluarga dan lingkungan sosial juga memengaruhi karakter siswa.Kata kunci: Karakter, profil pelajar Pancasila, kearifan lokal

Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes (observasi dan dokumentasi). Teknik validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD telah dapat meningkatkan tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa kelas IV MI Al - Ittihadiyah Mlayut,Godong - Grobogan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan nilai hasil tes Sebelum diadakan perbaikan dari 32 siswa yang memperoleh nilai kurang dari 75 sebanyak 29 siswa atau tingkat ketuntasan 19,44 %. Setelah diadakan perbaikan siklus I siswa yang memperoleh nilai 75 atau lebih sebanyak 18 siswa atau mencapai ketuntasan 48,65 %. Ketuntasan yang belum seberapa meningkat ini terkait dengan kerjasama dan aktifitas siswa dalam tim (kelompok) yang belum berlangsung dengan baik dan presentasi siswa dari hasil kerja tim tentang energi belum bisa diterima dengan baik, karena belum menggunakan aturan tata bahasa yang baik dan benar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes and student learning activities in the application of e-learning to improve learning outcomes in students of class VI SD 2 Jepang. This research was contucted at SD 2 Jepang, Mejobo, Kudus in class VI with a total of 29 students. This study used classroom action research consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Data collection techniques used are test and observation sheets. Data analusis techniques using quantitative data analysis and qualitatitve data analysis. The result showed that the student learning outcomes in pre-cycle showed the number 70 then became 74 in cycle I and became 86 in cycle II. While student learning activities in the pre-cycle show a number of 70 rising to 73 in cycle I and to 74 in cycle II
