Abstract

Efforts to Improve the Competence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers in Pucakwangi District in Designing Make a Match Learning Models Through Workshops. The purpose of this study was to describe the response of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in the Pucakwangi District in designing the Make a Match learning model through a workshop. From the results of the analysis, information was obtained that there was an increase in the ability of Islamic elementary school teachers in the Pucakwangi sub-district, Pati district in designing the Make a Match (MM) Learning Model. This increase was shown by (1) the competence of primary school teachers in Pucakwangi sub-district, Pati district in compiling the characteristics of the Make a Match (MM) Learning Model, from 13% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (2) the competence of primary school teachers in the Pucakwangi sub-district, Pati district in formulating the elements of the Make a Match (MM) Learning Model, from 13% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (3) the competency of primary school teachers in Pucakwangi sub-district, Pati district in compiling characteristics in the Make a Match (MM) Learning Model, from 20% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (4) the competence of primary school teachers in the Pucakwangi sub-district, Pati district in developing the principles of the Make A Match (MM) Learning Model, from 13% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II; (5) the competency of primary school teachers in Pucakwangi sub-district, Pati district in compiling steps in the Make A Match (MM) Learning Model, from 13% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan metode mind mapping dalam pembelajaran sejarah kebudayaan islam kelas VIII di Madrasah Tsanawiah Negeri Wirosari. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah penerapan metode  mind mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islamkelas VI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Grobogan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dengan metode Mind Mapping. Hasil penelitian memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil observasi aktifitas belajar siswa yang dilakukan pada silus I mencapai 51,25% dan pada siklus II lebih meningkat menjadi 92%. dan sejalan dengan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I 48,53% dan siklus II lebih meningkat menjadi 82,3% dengan kategori baik. Peningkatan yang terjadi menunjukkan adanya ketercapaian indikator keberhasilan.

Abstract

This modern world, active learning in the classroom is very important for students' creativity. Creativity clearly must be taught with an interesting educational experience to provide satisfactory learning outcomes. The aim of the research is to distinguish between students whose learning outcomes increase when a scientific approach is used and those who do not. Quantitative approach to the experimental method in this study with the conclusions are; 1) Learning outcomes increased with a scientific approach obtained from the gain test results which were 0.52, meaning the success rate was moderate because the gain test results were 0.3 g 0.7. While the control class gain test results of 0.37 means the success rate is moderate, but lower than the experimental class; 2) The results of the calculation show that there is an effect of the scientific approach in the experimental class and those who do not use it in the control class. This can be seen from the results of the hypothesis testing showing that tcount (2.60) ttable (2.01) dk 25 and a significant level of 5% is 2.01. Ha reads "There is an influence on the learning outcomes of class VIII students after using a scientific approach in PAI subjects" is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Based on actual observations, there has not been much research explaining the role of school principals in improving the management and quality of education.Meanwhile, research on the role of school principals in improving the management and quality of education is important. Based on these observations, research will be carried out on the role of school principals in improving the quality of education. This research method applies qualitative methods and types of literature studies.. The role of the principal in improving the quality of education is that the principal acts as a manager, the principal acts as an administrator, the principal acts as a supervisorr, the principal acts as an educator, and the principal acts as anentrepreneur.

Abstract

PTK  ini membahas tentang penggunaan metode Problem solving dalam pembelajaran Fiqih kelas VI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Grobogan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah penerapan metode  Problem Solving dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Fiqih kelas VI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Grobogan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih dengan metode Problem Solving. Hasil penelitian memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil observasi aktifitas belajar siswa yang dilakukan pada silus I mencapai 60,25% dan pada siklus II lebih meningkat menjadi 990%. dan sejalan dengan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I 58,53% dan siklus II lebih meningkat menjadi 92,3% dengan kategori baik. Peningkatan yang terjadi menunjukkan adanya ketercapaian indikator keberhasilan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the habituation of fifth grade infak Friday activities can shape the religious character of SD Negeri Wonosari as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is Field Research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods through interviews, observation, documentation. The results showed that Friday infaq activities can foster religious character, namely (1) the value of worship (2) the religious character of caring for others (3) sincerity. Supporters of the implementation of Friday Infaq habituation activities for class V in forming religious character factors at Wonosari Elementary School come from: 1) parents, who play a role by giving money, (2) the school, namely by understanding children's understanding of infaq and its use (3) student self-awareness . The inhibiting factors were: (1) students' self-consciousness, such as students preferring their money to buy snacks, (2) parents of students, such as those who do not agree if their children do infak Friday activities, (3) teachers, such as when the teacher forgot to give a box infaq and when the teacher has assignments outside of school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the religious character of class VII students at SMP 1 Kudus, the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in class VII at SMP 1 Kudus, as well as strategies for strengthening religious character education through the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in class VII at SMP 1 Kudus. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique in this research uses data triangulation. The results of the research show that the religious character of class VII students at SMP 1 Kudus can be seen from the indicators: (a) religious tolerance and the absence of bullying, (b) helping each other in difficulties, giving and loving, (c) carrying out habitual activities as support religion, namely midday prayers in congregation. The implementation of P5 at SMP 1 Kudus is going well in accordance with the guidelines for developing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila from the Ministry of Education and Culture. The strategy for strengthening religious character education through the implementation of P5 in class VII SMP 1 Kudus is derived from dimensions that are able to strengthen students' religious character; (a) mutual cooperation, (b) global diversity, and (c) devout faith and noble character.

Abstract

Parents and teachers play a crucial role in shaping a quality generation. Both must complement each other in guiding and nurturing the potential of children. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding to teachers and parents in educating children using a more appropriate alternative method, namely reward and punishment. The reward and punishment method aims to discipline and educate children with love and not to scare them. Appreciation and punishment will greatly influence the way children think and behave in achieving educational goals with character. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and literature review approaches. Data collected from both approaches are then systematically analyzed and conclusions are drawn based on the results obtained, supplemented by literature studies obtained from relevant sources according to our research topic. The results of the study indicate that there are deficiencies in understanding the concepts of reward and punishment from both kindergarten teachers and parents. Some findings include low awareness, lack of knowledge, and gaps in understanding, thus requiring understanding and implementation of positive reward and punishment strategies in the kindergarten environment, both through training and education attended by teachers and parents.

Abstract

Learning mathematics using conventional learning models results in students being less interested in learning so that students' interest in learning mathematics is low. Low interest in learning can also result in unsatisfactory learning results. This research aims to determine the TGT learning in increasing student interest and learning outcomes. The type of research used is field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XI MA NU Raudlatut Tholibin while the sample was taken from 1 class using the Simple Random Sampling technique. collection techniques use questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed using statistical data techniques. The research results show that there are differences in student interest and learning outcomes between before and after learning TGT  with an interest pretest average score of 45.05 and an interest posttest score of 62.55. Meanwhile, for the N-gain test, there were 3 students in the low category with increased interest in learning, 11 students in the medium category, and 8 students in the high category. In the mathematics learning outcomes test, the average pretest score was 30.45 and the posttest score was 64.27, while for the N-gain test, there were 4 students with improved learning outcomes in the low category, 12 students in the medium category, and 6 students in the high category.

Abstract

Teaching methods as tools to create an effective teaching and learning process are very important. Based on observations at SMPN 2 Ngadirojo, it was found that the teaching of Islamic Religious Education does not significantly improve students' learning outcomes, due to the dominant use of the lecture method, which causes students to become passive in the learning process. The assessment of the learning outcomes achieved by the students is still below the criteria for achieving the learning objectives. This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes in Islamic Education and Character Education using the Mind Mapping method. The research method used is classroom action research. Based on the data analysis from Cycle I and Cycle II, it can be stated that the learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education show a positive response to the application of the Mind Mapping method on the material of Islamic ethics in social interactions and communication, which increased to 83%, on behalf of the school, the results of this research can be used as input to implement variations in teaching methods to improve the quality of education and learning activities. For educators, the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education, the Mind Mapping method can be used as an alternative to enhance the quality of learning by aligning the designed learning with variations in teaching and the selection of teaching methods. This aims to anticipate the boredom experienced by the students.
