Abstract

Science and knowledge are sourced from the almighty knowledge, God provides knowledge and knowledge that is useful to his people based on the correct adaptation, Humans must definitely give you, humans give you much, certainly not necessarily. Teachers are only the facilitators in suing you, hoping that they will provide a glimpse of your knowledge on you’re sharing, teachers are required to develop themselves with learning methods. Classroom Action Research using Project Based Learning Method with Portable Monopoly Application in Accounting Cycle learning implemented at SMK Josua Jakarta provides improved results in terms of skills, knowledge, and attitudes in class XI learners compared to conventional methods, where there is an increase in knowledge, brush, and work ethic of 14.79% It is hoped that in the future this method can be continued and improved again by developing the use of the adroid application so that it is more updated with the development of the millennial era or 4.0

Abstract

AbstractLeadership style is a factor that influences employee work motivation, with a good leadership style the level of employee work motivation will increase. Giving motivation is the most important thing in one's leadership, a good leader will always provide encouragement that motivates employees to increase employee motivation.This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee motivation at PT Bersama Makmur Raharja. This study used a population of 28 employees with a sample of 26 respondents, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are product moment correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and regression equation test with SPSS v20 data processing. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, a value of 0.656 shows that the level of a strong relationship between leadership style and motivation, the coefficient of determination shows a value of 43%, indicating that the influence of leadership style on motivation is 43% and the remaining 57% is influenced by other factors that require research. Furthermore. Based on SPSS, the regression value of constant (a) is 64.357, while the value of leadership style (b) is 0.174, so the regression equation can be written as Y = 64.357 + 0.174X, a constant of 64.357 states that if the leadership style is 0, then the motivation level is 64.357. While the X regression coefficient of 0.174 states that each additional value of leadership style is 1, the motivation value will increase by 0.174. Based on the hypothesis test, the t value is 2.181> 2.055, where the t value> from the t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, there is an influence of leadership style on employee motivation. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel Kompetensi (X₁), Budaya Organisasi (X₂) dan Motivasi Kerja (X₃)terhadapKinerja (X₄). Sampel penelitian 100 orang CCE (Call Centre Executive) yang diambil secara acak sederhana dari populasi terjangkau dan berkarakter sama, dengan pengundian nomor responden, yaitu pemasar asuransi jiwa PT Indolife Pensiontama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan metode survei, pada Agustus s/d September 2016.  Teknik analisis data penelitian, menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis).Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian: 1)    Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁)  terhadap variabel Kinerja (X₄), secara parsial sebesar 27,82%. 2)    Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya Organisasi (X₂) terhadap variabel Kinerja (X₄), secara parsial sebesar 15,19%.3)    Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁)  terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 23,60%. 4)    Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya Organisasi (X₂) terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 17,91%.5)    Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X₃)  terhadap variabel Kinerja (X₄), secara parsial sebesar 14,95%. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja

Abstract

Arus kas operasi merupakan penghasil utama dalam menentukan apakah kegiatan operasional perusahaan cukup dalam menghasilkan arus kas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh laba bersih, perubahan piutang usaha, perubahan persediaan, dan perubahan hutang usaha dalam memprediksi arus kas operasi masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2019. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh 14 perusahaan. Pengolahan data menggunakan program perangkat lunak EViews dan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Uji t, laba bersih tidak berpengaruh dalam memprediksi arus kas operasi masa depan; 2) Uji t, perubahan piutang usaha berpengaruh signifikan dalam memprediksi arus kas operasi masa depan; 3) Uji t, perubahan persediaan tidak berpengaruh dalam memprediksi arus kas operasi masa depan; 4) Uji t, perubahan hutang usaha tidak berpengaruh dalam memprediksi arus kas operasi masa depan;  5) Uji F, variabel laba bersih, perubahan piutang usaha, perubahan persediaan, dan perubahan hutang usaha berpengaruh positif signfikan secara bersama-sama dalam memprediksi arus kas operasi masa depan. Kata kunci: laba bersih, perubahan piutang usaha, perubahan persediaan, perubahan hutang usaha, arus kas operasi masa depan, sektor Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate.

Abstract

AbstrakSPSS adalah sebuah program aplikasi yang memiliki kemampuan analisis statistik cukup tinggi serta sistem manajemen data pada lingkungan grafis dengan menggunakan menumenudeskriptif dan kotak-kotak dialog yang sederhana sehingga mudah untuk dipahamicara pengoperasiannya. Beberapa aktivitas dapat dilakukan dengan mudah denganmenggunakan pointing dan clicking mouse. Program olah data SPSS ini telah digunakan di berbagai bidang persoalan seperti risetpasar, pengendalian dan perbaikan mutu, serta riset-riset sains. Program SPSS ini sangatpopuler karena sering kali dijadikan sebagai alat untuk mempermudah proses pengolahandata. Sampai saat ini, program SPSS masih tetap dipakai dalam berbagai bidang sepertiilmu keuangan, telekomunikasi, retail, farmasi, militer, broadcasting, riset pemasaran,database marketing, penilaian kredit, peramalan bisnis, penilaian kepuasan konsumen, danlain sebagainya. Program olah data SPSS ini sangat membantu dalam proses pengolahandata, sehingga hasil olah data yang dicapai juga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan danterpercaya.Salah satu fungsi dari SPSS adalah untuk mengolah data dari beberapa variabel bebasdan terikat yang diolah menjadi persamaan regresi. Kemudian dari hasil output SPSS,dilakukan analisis regresi. Analisis Regresi adalah analisis yang mengukur pengaruhvariabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Pengukuran pengaruh ini melibatkan satu variabelbebas (X) dan variabel terikat (Y), yang dinamakan analisis regresi linier sederhana denganrumus Y= a+bX. Nilai “a” adalah konstanta dan nilai “b” adalah koefisien regresi untukvariabel X.Kata kunci : SPSS, regresi, regresi linear berganda

The emergence of online transportation makes it easy for consumers to order without having to wait long to wait, in just a few minutes transportation comes to pick up. This transformation caused chaos in various countries, the organizers of online transportation are required to understand the characteristics of the public transport service industry, by managing the business carefully and innovatively.This is where the role of the Government applies specifically to online transportation. For some countries, special rules need to be applied to online transportation. The government must sit together to formulate how public transport operators and individual businesses are partnering with transportation application companies

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe obyective of this research is to study the effect of emotional intelligence, job attitudeson individual decision making. The research was conducted at the Suryadarma University inJakarta. It was using causal study method. The samples of this research were 90 personel of theSuryadarma University that selected randomly.The research findings are: (1) there is a direct effect of emotional on individual decisionmaking (2) there is a direct effect of job attitudes on individual decision making.Based on these findings, could be concluded that individual decision making is affected byemotional intelligence and job attitudes. And the emotional intelligence is the most dominant thateffect the decision making. On the other word, the higher emotional intelligence effects moredirectly on the individual decision makin.gTherefore, the emotional intelligence and job attitudes should be taken into consideration indetermining individual decision making.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much the relationship between service, image, and the location of the XYZ workshop and customer loyalty, using quantitative descriptive methods and the entire population is made sample = 59. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. Statistical analysis used SPSS version 20.0. Service regression results Ŷ = 19.625 + 0.586, image regression results Ŷ = 39.920 + 0.861, location regression results Ŷ = 17.628 + 0.712, indicating the magnitude of the relationship between service, image, and location to customer loyalty (Y). The result of multiple regression 7, = 7,886 + 0,685X1 + 0,712X2 + 0,879X3, shows that the magnitude of the relationship between Service X1 is 0.689, Image X2 is 0.712, and Location X2 is 0.879 with a constant value of 7.886. From the results of the T test, it was obtained that the tcount was 17.948 greater than the ttable 2.769. This shows that service, image, and workshop location are simultaneously related to customer loyalty. The result of Multiple Determination shows the coefficient of determination 0.507 means that 50.70% is the contribution of service, image, and service variables, the remaining 49.30% is the contribution of other variables. Keywords: Motorcycle repair shop, service, image, location, customer loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRAKSebuah quadcopter dapat melakukan take-off dan landing secara vertikal. Empat brushless  motor yang terdapat pada quadcopter mempunyai gerakan searah dan berlawanan arah jarum jam. Sinkronisasi dari brushles motor pada quadcopter diperlukan ketika salah satu brushless motor bermasalah. Sinkronisasi tersebut dilakukan oleh ESC (Electronic Speed Controller). ESC bertugas sebagai pengendali kecepatan dan arah putar dari brushless motor. Pemilihan ESC didasarkan pada besarnya arus maksimal dari brushless motor.  Pengujian terhadap quadmotor didapat bahwa gaya yang dibutuhkan untuk terbang 3.185 kg m/s2, untuk dapat bergerak keatas gaya harus lebih dari 1.5925 kg m/s2 dan gaya tidak boleh lebih dari 6.37 kg m/s2 untuk dapat bergerak turun, dengan lama terbang 10,207 menit, efisiensi motor 91,1%, torsi 0.089 Nm dan kecepatan sinkron motor 428.57 rpm.
