Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the influence of recruitment, selection and training of PT QES Indonesia employees. The number of samples was 32 people. This research uses quantitative methods with probability sampling techniques (random samples), and data analysis tools using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the partial analysis of recruitment on employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because tcount 0.174 is smaller than ttable 2.037 and the significance is >0.05. The results of the partial selection analysis of employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because tcount 0.496 is smaller than ttable 2.037 and the significance is >0.05. The results of the partial analysis of training on employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because tcount 0.205 is smaller than ttable¬ 2.037 and the significance is >0.05. The results of simultaneous analysis of recruitment, selection and training on employee performance show that there is no significant relationship because the fcount of 0.151 is smaller than the ftable of 2.947, with significance >0.05 Keyword: Recruitment, Selection, Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

bstrakPemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) merupakan sesuatu yang menakutkan bagipekerja, karena ketika terjadi Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja, si pekerja akankehilangan mata pencariannya serta tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan hidupkeluarganya. Pengusaha dan pekerja/buruh sedapat mungkin menghindari terjadinyaPemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK). Bila terjadi Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK),maka pekerja akan mendapatkan hak-haknya yang berupa uang pesangon, uangmasa kerja, uang ganti kerugian dan uang pisah. Hak-hak untuk pekerja ini diatur didalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan khususnya dipasal 156 ayat 2,3,4. Jika ada perselisihan antara pekerja/buruh dengan pengusahamengenai hak-hak yang harus diterima oleh pekerja setelah terjadinya PemutusanHubungan Kerja (PHK) maka akan diselesaikan menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 2Tahun 2004.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper argues for polices and practices to create higher education environmentsthat will faster broad-based development of human talent and potentials to our society inthe twenty first century. We believe that this orientation and resulting changes willrestore public confidence and political investment. Education and identity offer aframework for human development seven “vectors” such as developing competence,managing emotions, moving through autonomy toward interdependence, and othercritical to the needs of every college student. The college can strengthen developmentalong these vectors. They examine such as institutional objectives, size, curriculum,student programs and service, and student faculty relationship that contribute toeducationally powerful environments.

Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK IN AVIATOR. GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Leaders are required to understand the behavior of individuals. The difference is reflected in the individual goals must be considered by the company to be met in order to align with corporate goals. Characteristics are taken in the work environment will have an effect on performance, purpose of this study to determine the effect of individual characteristics on the performance of aviators at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero). To determine the effect of job characteristics on aviator performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero). To determine the effect of individual characteristics and the characteristics of the work jointly on the performance of aviators at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero). There is the influence of individual characteristics on the performance of aviators. Proven tcount obtained for variable X1 (individual characteristics) amounted to 5,001, while the value for n = 47 ttable amounted to 2,010. So 5,001 > 2,010, it can be concluded that in partial Individual characteristics (X1) does have a positive effect on the performance of aviators (Y). There is the influence of job characteristics on the performance of aviators. Proven tcount obtained for variable X2 (job characteristics) amounted to 4,476, while the value for n = 47 ttable amounted to 2,010. So 4,476 > 2,010, it can be concluded that in partial job characteristics (X2) does have a positive effect on the performance of aviators (Y). There is the influence of individual characteristics and job characteristics jointly on the performance of aviators. ANOVA or F value of these calculations in to a value of 26,674 which is greater than 2.80 Ftable Thus it is clear that the calculation of F > F or 26,674 > 2.80 with a significant level of 0.000 for 0.000 < 0.05, it can be said variable characteristic individual (X1) and job characteristics variables (X2) jointly affect the aviators performance variable (Y). While the value of R Square of 0.740 means that the characteristics of the individual and job characteristics have an influence on the performance by 74 % while the remaining pilots by 26% with the effect of other factors that were not studied by the authors in this study. Keywords : individual characteristics, job characteristics and performance of aviators

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much influence the size of the organization and user involvement on the performance of the accounting information system at PT XYZ. By using this type of research causal research. With qualitative analysis, data obtained by questionnaire, Likert scale, population of research 392 employees. The sample collection method is saturated sampling, and with an error rate of 5% using SPSS 26.0, the results of the hypothesis test of Organizational Size (X1) have a positive effect on Accounting Information System Performance (Y). where the t-count value is 2.333 > t-table 1.960. This shows that the higher the level of Organizational Size, the System Performance Hypothesis test results of User Involvement in System Development (X2) have a positive effect on Accounting Information System Performance (Y). Where the t-count value is 2.297 > t-table 1.960. Abstract

ABSTRAKLaba bersih merupakan keuntungan yang di dapat setelah dikurangi harga pokok dan berbagai pajak/beban, maka tinggi rendahnya laba bersih dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya penjualan dan beban. Penjualan adalah suatu kegiatan yang terpadu untuk mengembangkan rencana-rencana strategis yang diarahkan pada usaha pemuasan kebutuhan dan keinginan pembeli, guna mendapatkan penjualan yang menghasilkan laba. Laba bersih yang tinggi bukan ukuran yang mutlak untuk mengukur baik atau tidaknya sebuah entitas dalam menjalankan usahanya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta perbandingan penjualan terhadap laba bersih pada SMM Swalayan Kopontren Daarut Tauhiid Kota Bandung.Teknik dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penggunaan teknik analisa trend dan metode horizontal untuk menggambarkan kecenderungan naik atau turunnya penjualan dan laba bersih dari satu tahun ke tahun lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penjualan pada SMM Swalayan Kopontren Daarut Tauhiid Kota Bandung pada dasarnya mengalami fluktuasi sebagaimana hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pengaruh perubahan penjualan terhadap laba bersih setiap tahunnya dipengaruhi oleh HPP dan biaya operasional perusahaan. Kata kunci :    Penjualan dan Laba bersih

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of liquidity variables on profit growth, to know and analyze the influence of solvability variables on profit growth, to know and analyze the influence of profitability variables on profit growth and to know and analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability variables on profit growth. The research method used is the quantitative method and is in the form of secondary data, where the data in this study were obtained based on the financial reports contained on the IDX. Abstract

AbstractLegal protection of children is rights that must be owned by children. This has been confirmed in UnitedNations conference on children’s rights in 1989, that the child has a right to be protected by their families,communities and even by nations. In reality, children don’t get protection, the opposite happens isviolence against the children. Ironically, the violence was committed by their parents. Indonesia hasmany regulations to provide the legal protection of children. Law number 23 in 2002 about the protectionof children and the Law number 23 in 2004 about the elimination of domestic violence has been set uplegal protection for children who are have experience violencing. Both laws can not be run due to manyfactors because children abuse happens at home. Among them is a factor in family poverty, socialpressures in society, the wrong meaning in understanding ownership of children, children’s obedience totheir parents, low parental education, lacl of awareness of the legal parent to provide legal protection fortheir children, so the children can not grow up with develop properly and reasonable.Key Words: Children, Rights of Child, Domestic Violence , Legal Protection of Children.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAtik Budi Paryanti, Suryadarma University, November 2013, Influence Pattern Against EmotionalIntelligence Work and Organizational Culture, (Case study In STIKOM CKI Jakarta).The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work pattern and emotional intelligence onorganization culture at STIKOM CKI JAKARTA. The influence of emotional intelligence as an element of humanresources within an organization need to be reviewed and developed. Good working attitude needed to improveorganizational performance. A very significant in improving the performance of the organization to face thechallenges of global competition is through work pattern and emotional intelligence, the end goal is to makecontinuous improvements in order to focus on customer pattern. With the above background, the researcher isinterested in doing research on human resources in STIKOM CKI JAKARTA, it is known that the organization hasimplemented government management standards. There are three variables studied influence, namely: 1) workpattern (X1), 2) emotional intelligence (X2), to 3) the organization culture (Y).The method used in this study is a survey method with causal approach. Meanwhile, to analyze data aboutwhether or not the effect of one variable with another variable using path analysis (path analysis). Samplecollection technique is to use the technique of "probability sampling", ie the "simple random sampling", obtained40 samples from all populations were available. Validity and reliability data for each variable using the MicrosoftExcel software, then performed the normality test, homogeneity and linearity test that analyzes the requirementsare met. The hypothesis was tested with SPSS Statistics software covering correlation test and regression test,so it can perform comparison t test and F test on all variables studied.From the analysis of X1 on Y obtained path coefficient (ρyx1) = 0.715 with t = 13.805 and the real level α = 0.05 isobtained t table = 1.6849. Since the value of t count > t table, then reject Ho, hence path coefficient is significant,it is evident that a positive work pattern directly influences the organization culture. X2 analysis of the Y valuesobtained path coefficients (ρyx2) = 0.621 at t = 3.738 and the real level α = 0.05 is obtained t table = 1.6849. Sincethe value of t count > t table, then reject Ho is thus very significant path coefficients, it is evident that theemotional intelligence in a positive direct influence on organization culture. Analysis of X1 and X2 on Y obtainedcoefficient of determination (rx1x2) = 0.933 with F = 184.361 count and the real level α = 0.05 and obtained F table= 3.23. Since the value of F count > F table, then reject Ho is thus very significant path coefficients, it is evidentthat the work pattern and culture in a positive direct influence on organization culture.Keywords: influence, work pattern, emotional intelligence, organization culture

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji  pengaruh  kurs Rp/USD dan suku bunga kredit bank umum terhadap inflasi di Indonesia  tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka dilakukan  pengumpulan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh Bank Indonesia, dilanjutkan dengan  pengolahan data  untuk menguji hipotesis  secara parsial  menggunakan uji t  dan secara simultan  menggunakan uji F.  Berdasarkan uji hipotesis tersebut  disimpulkan bahwa secaara parsial, masing-masing variabel   kurs Rp/USD dan  suku bunga kredit bank umum  berpengaruh signigfikan terhadap inflasi  yang terjadi di Indonesia  sejak tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2018. Dan secara simultasn kurs Rp/USD dan  suku bunga kredit bank umum  berpengaruh signigfikan terhadap inflasi  yang terjadi di Indonesia  sejak tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2018. Kata kunci: Kurs Rp/USD, Suku bunga kredit,  inflasi
