Abstract

Abstrak:Bicara tentang Korupsi akhir-akhir ini sudah membuat orang merasa frustasi, karenaada anggapan korupsi mustahil dihilangkan dari negara ini, sebab sangat sulit diberantas. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan baik dengan menciptakan KomisiPemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sebagai Lembaga yang fungsinya untukmemberantas korupsi maupun perangkat-perangkat hukum lainnya, namun hasilnyabelum seperti yang diharapkan masyarakat.Secara umum orang sudah menilai bahwa transaksi politik dan lemahnyapenegakkan hukum memberikan andil yang besar atas tidak tuntasnya masalahkorupsi dewasi ini, yang akhirnya masyarakat kelas bawah merasa telah menjadikorban perilaku tokoh, pejabat, dan bahkan mereka dari kalangan wakil rakyat yangseharusnya membela dan melindungi rakyatnya, tapi ternyata sebagian dari merekajuga menjadi bagian dari pelaku perbuatan korupsi tersebut.Korupsi pada dasarnya dapat dilihat sebagai suatu perbuatan yang merupakandorongan untuk melakukan penyelewengan utamanya dibidang keuangan gunakepentingan pribadi.

Abstract

AbstractHotel room booking information system is one of the implementation of the Business to Customer which includes information on booking a room available, the cost of the bill upon check-out which includes room rental charges, restoration, laundry and other costs. With the application of information systems is expected to improve service and provide information about booking a room completely and quickly to guests, especially during holidays, when weekday or during the weekend, avoid going double booking and also can provide accurate information about the number of empty rooms and can provide information if there is a change of data or costs. Keywords: information systems, reservation, e - business,  internet

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER, company size, and company growth on the Company's value in cosmetic sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. Secondary data collected from cosmetic sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 20162021 and journals from previous researchers. The method used is quantitative descriptive static method. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 6 companies with a total of 36 financial statement samples. The data used in this study is panel data (pooled data) which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. In this study for data processing using Eviews 9. The results of this partial study show that Return on equity has a positive and significant influence on company value (PBV), Debt to assets ratio has a positive and significant influence on company value (PBV), Company size has a positive and significant influence on company value (PBV), The company's growth has an insignificant negative influence on the company's value (PBV), Return on equity, debt to asset ratio, company size and the Company's growth simultaneously have a significant effect on the company's value (PBV) of 96.6543% while 3.3457% is influenced by other factors that are not studied by this study.  Keywords: Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Company Size, Company Growth, Company Value

Abstract

ABSTRACTInventories must always be in optimal condition, optimal in the sense that there are not many and also not small, excess inventory of finished goods results in increased storage burden and may be expired, while shortages result in companies losing sales. PT XYZ is a company engaged in cardboard box manufacturing. From the company's data processing, it is obtained that the analysis of the average inventory turnover of finished goods with PT XYZ standards during 2016 is still below the company standard, which is 2 times a month. The results of the analysis of the average inventory turnover of finished goods with PT XYZ standards during 2016 are above the company standard, which is 15 days a month. The company should accelerate the time of the inventory turnover period, by increasing sales performance so that it does not cause a buildup of goods which results in additional costs and decreased quality of finished goods inventory. Keywords: effective and efficiency, Finished Goods, Inventory Turnover

AbstractThe prolonged situation of the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid-19) has made changes in consumer behavior around the world, including in Indonesia. The limitation of community activities in fulfilling the need for daily products and services with PSBB makes people look for alternative shopping solutions through the marketplace to meet their daily needs, both goods and services. This situation is used by marketplace companies to increase the number of public spending transactions on their marketplace platforms.
