This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to 160 employees who work at the head office and representative offices. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 21. The results showed that Digital Leadership and Social Media have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In contrast, Digital Transformation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. This finding suggests that although digital transformation is important, its suboptimal implementation can actually hinder productivity. This research provides managerial implications that it is important for organizations to strengthen digital leadership and social media utilization, and conduct a thorough evaluation of digital transformation strategies in order to have a more positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The expansion of Islamic banks in Indonesia has been notably swift. Despite the substantial number of banks and branch offices, the assets held by Islamic banks remain very modest in relation to those of conventional banks. Islamic banking in Indonesia, being a nascent business, must compete with regular banking. This research aims to assess the impact of the objectives of Islamic banking and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty within the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative methodology. The data collection employs a purposive sampling approach via the distribution of questionnaires, targeting persons who have been clients of an Islamic Bank for a minimum of two years, resulting in a sample of 151 respondents. This research reveals that the objectives of Islamic banking and customer satisfaction significantly influence customer loyalty within Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

The increase in global carbon emissions has become a critical issue that demands transparency in corporate reporting, particularly in the energy sector, which is a significant contributor to climate change. This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental performance, leverage, and profitability on carbon emissions disclosure in energy sector companies. The research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data from 20 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023, resulting in 60 observations. Data analysis techniques use panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model via EViews 12 software. Carbon emissions disclosure is measured using the Carbon Emission Disclosure Checklist (CEDC), environmental performance is proxied through the PROPER ranking, leverage is measured using the debt-to-asset ratio, and profitability is measured using the return-on-asset ratio. The results of the study indicate that environmental performance has a significant positive effect on carbon emission disclosure (p=0.0000), while leverage (p=0.9668) and profitability (p=0.9942) do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables explain 96.2% of the variation in carbon emissions disclosure. The study's conclusion confirms that companies with superior environmental performance tend to be more transparent in disclosing carbon emissions information to maintain social legitimacy, while financial factors do not determine disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of free-shipping promotions on the shopping behavior of Generation Z in the Batang and Pekalongan regions. This generation is known for being highly price-sensitive and active users of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving informants aged 17–27 who are actively engaged in online shopping. Data were analyzed thematically by categorizing participants’ responses based on attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, following the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The results indicate that free-shipping promotions significantly influence Generation Z’s purchase intentions and decisions. These promotions are perceived to provide economic benefits, increase shopping interest, and shift consumer behavior from physical stores to digital platforms. Furthermore, consistent free-shipping offers help build loyalty toward specific e-commerce platforms. The findings highlight that free-shipping strategies serve as an effective marketing tool to attract young consumers while also contributing to changes in local economic patterns in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance (WLB) and Organizational Commitment (OC) on Turnover Intention (TI) through Job Satisfaction (JS) among employees of PT. X, a multinational company in the logistics sector. The research is grounded in the view that job satisfaction plays a crucial role in shaping employees’ behavioral intentions and serves as a relevant mediator between WLB and employee behavior. A quantitative method was employed by distributing questionnaires to employees across various divisions using random sampling. The questionnaire consisted of personal information and items measuring WLB, OC, JS, and TI, all constructed in accordance with organizational research ethics. Data collection was conducted among employees working in different operational and administrative functions. The results indicate that both WLB and OC affect TI directly as well as indirectly through JS. Employees who are able to balance their work and personal life, and who demonstrate strong commitment to the company, tend to experience higher job satisfaction, which subsequently reduces their intention to leave. Conversely, poor work–life balance increases the risk of turnover, leading to substantial costs associated with employee loss. These findings align with previous literature suggesting that factors such as WLB and job satisfaction significantly influence employees’ decisions to remain in or leave an organization.

Abstract

The shift from traditional financial services has been driven by the rapid development of financial technology (fintech). One prominent innovation is the electronic wallet (e-wallet). University students, as individuals who are closely connected to digital technology, often constitute the majority of e-wallet users. This study aims to analyze the influence of e-wallet usage, perceived security and ease of use, as well as perceived usefulness on financial inclusion among university students in Purwokerto. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students in the Purwokerto area. The study employed multiple linear regression analysis using EViews 13. The results indicate that perceived security and ease of use, along with perceived usefulness, have a significant positive effect on financial inclusion. However, e-wallet usage itself does not show a significant influence on financial inclusion.
