Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Innovation Performance, consisting of several predictors. The research design applies hypothesis testing to examine the effects of Deliberate Innovation Practice, Opportunity Perception, and Platform Digitization Capability on Innovation Performance among employees of BCA Prioritas branches at KCU SCBD, BEJ, Senayan City, and Santa in South Jakarta. A quantitative research approach was employed. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of AMOS 22 software. Prior to hypothesis testing, a goodness-of-fit test was conducted. The research findings indicate that Deliberate Innovation Practice, Opportunity Perception, and Platform Digitization Capability all have a positive influence on Innovation Performance. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on Innovation Performance within the banking sector, while previous studies have predominantly observed companies in the business and tourism sectors. Additionally, this study introduces Platform Digitization Capability as a rarely examined predictor.

Abstract

Earnings management is a type of action undertaken by management to regulate earnings in the preparation of financial statements to align with specific objectives that may harm other stakeholders while benefiting themselves. This study aims to determine the influence of capital structure, tax planning, and firm size on earnings management. The sample was obtained from manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The independent variables in this study are capital structure, tax planning, and firm size, while the dependent variable is earnings management. This study employs a purposive sampling method. The data analysis model used is panel data regression analysis processed using EViews-12 software. This study is expected to provide information regarding the impact of earnings management, making it one of the considerations in decision-making. Based on the results of the study, it was found that capital structure has no effect on earnings management, tax planning has no effect on earnings management, and firm size has no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media influencers on the purchase of cosmetic products in Indonesia, by considering variables such as attitude toward the SMI, perceived credibility, perceived expertise, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and purchase intention. The research applies a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 270 social media users who have purchased halal cosmetic products. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 22 software. The results show that perceived credibility, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm significantly affect the attitude toward the influencer, which in turn influences purchase intention. Religiosity acts as a moderator that strengthens the relationship between attitude toward the SMI and purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of choosing the right influencer in the marketing strategy of halal cosmetic products in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more deeply how personality, motivation, work environment and job market considerations influence accounting students' interest in choosing a public accountant profession. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach because it can test two or more variables. The population or sample of this study were active final year students of the Accounting Study Program, Trisakti University. Purposive sampling technique was used in the study to attract respondents who were distributed through google form, with a sample size of 156 respondents. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and job market considerations have a positive and significant influence on accounting students' interest in choosing a public accountant profession. Meanwhile, personality and motivation do not have a significant influence on accounting students' interest in choosing a public accountant profession.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of technology today, business owners, consultants, and marketing managers are increasingly aware of the increasing use of social media. Marketing through social media has different characteristics compared to traditional marketing methods, so it requires special attention and a planned strategy to build brand image and loyalty. This study aims to analyze whether social media marketing and emotional customer brand engagement have an effect on brand loyalty. The researcher used a quantitative research method with a survey technique using a questionnaire as a research data collection technique. There are 25 questionnaire items related to the influence of social media marketing and emotional customer brand engagement on brand loyalty. The research data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of the research show that social marketing media and consumers' emotional involvement with brands have a positive effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of training and development and empowering leadership on work performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the research was conducted on customer service employees at Bank BRI Jakarta through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The findings show that training and development as well as empowering leadership positively influence work performance. Empowering leadership also has a positive impact on organizational commitment, which in turn positively affects work performance. However, no significant relationship was found between training and development and organizational commitment. Additionally, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between training and development or empowering leadership and work performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures on the firm value, measured using Tobin's Q, for energy sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. Using secondary data sourced from annual and sustainability reports, this study applies a multiple linear regression model to analyze the relationship between ESG disclosures and firm value. The findings reveal that environmental, social, and governance disclosures significantly influence the firm value, with a combined effect of 58.4%. These results suggest that transparency in ESG practices can enhance firm reputation, especially in high-risk industries like energy.

Abstract

This study aims to provide understanding and recommendations regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in product marketing through a website platform. The object of the research is UMKM Snack Phopho, a small business specializing in snack products, established in 2022. The method used is the implementation of AI via the durable.co platform to build a sales website that supports transactions and enhances accessibility for consumers. The results show a 35% increase in sales within 14 days and a high level of user satisfaction, as indicated by questionnaire data showing that over 85% of respondents provided positive feedback.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing brand loyalty among users of online shopping platforms in Jakarta. The primary focus of this research is to examine the impact of brand satisfaction, emotional brand attachment, and brand love on brand loyalty.The research employs a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing. Data collection was conducted through an online survey using purposive sampling on 230 respondents who have been using e- commerce applications for at least three months. Variables were measured using a Likert scale of 1–5. Validity testing was carried out using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with a factor loading threshold of ≥ 0.35, while reliability testing was conducted using Cronbach’s Alpha with a threshold of ≥ 0.6. The findings indicate that brand satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on emotional brand attachment and brand love. Emotional brand attachment positively affects brand love but does not directly impact brand loyalty. Additionally, brand love is proven to have a positive influence on brand loyalty. These findings suggest that consumer satisfaction can enhance brand loyalty through emotional attachment and brand love. Therefore, marketing strategies that strengthen emotional connections with consumers play a crucial role in building brand loyalty in e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Human Resource Quality, Internal Control System with Organizational Commitment as a moderation variable on Budget Absorption. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study is ASN and Non-ASN Secretariat of the Directorate General of Village Government Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, Republic of Indonesia as many as 141 respondents and the sample of this study is 104 samples. The analysis used is the multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of the analysis in the Hypothesis Test with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) regression analysis showed that the Quality of Human Resources (HR) had a positive effect on Budget Absorption (PA). The Internal Control System (SPI) has no effect on Budget Absorption (PA). Budget Planning (PRA) has a positive influence on Budget Absorption (PA). Organizational Commitment (KO) strengthens the influence of Human Resource Quality (HR) on Budget Absorption (PA). Organizational Commitment (KO) does not strengthen the influence of the Internal Control System (SPI) on Budget Absorption (PA). Organizational Commitment (KO) strengthens the influence of Budget Planning (PA) on Budget Absorption (PA).
