Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and incentives on employee performance which is mediated by achievement motivation. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Golden Roof Polymer Area Yogyakarta, totaling 234 people. The samples taken were 146 using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses regression and data processing uses SPSS 23 software. The results of hypothesis testing show that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.The results of the Sobel test also show that the indirect influence of competence on employee performance is significant, this shows that the achievement motivation variable can mediate the influence of competence on employee performance. The indirect effect of incentives on employee performance is significant, this shows that the achievement motivation variable can mediate the effect of incentives on employee performance.

Abstract

In today's modern era, humans have a life with all activities that can never be separated from technological developments. One of the technological developments that is currently popular in Indonesia is Financial Technology. Financial Technology (FINTECH) is the latest innovation in the financial service system which is touched by modern technology which can make it easier for Small and Medium Enterprises).to run their businesses with the help of Fintech. The aim of this research is to determine the application of Fintech to Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of implementing Fintech in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua. This research uses a qualitative research method, which is a research method carried out by means of in-depth interviews in the field, using a phenomenological approach. The data source in this research is primary data obtained directly from Small and Medium Enterprises actors in Sabu Raijua, while secondary data is in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The research results show that the application of Financial Technology (Fintech) in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua is experiencing positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, and transaction security are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, namely weak internet connections, elderly Small and Medium Enterprises players find it difficult to understand how to use Financial Technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the comparative development of local revenue (PAD), general allocation funds (DAU) and regional expenditure in Central Kalimantan province. The variables used in this research are PAD, DAU and regional expenditure. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method using the One Way Anova analysis technique using SPSS software and obtains normality test results, homogeneity tests and one way Anova test results. The data used is secondary data sourced from the APBD posture, Central Kalimantan TKKD posture in the 2018-2022 period, from the internet, books and supporting journals in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of halal tourist attractions, length of business, capital and tourist visits on traders' income in the Gentala Arasi tourist area, Jambi City. The number of samples in this study was 64 people and used a simple random sampling technique, namely accidental sampling by selecting random samples that were accidentally encountered. Multiple Regression Analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The research results show that halal tourist attractions and tourist visits have a significant effect on traders' income, while length of business and capital do not have a significant effect. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valid and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur.

Abstract

Sharia banking digital product tranformation is a necessity because technological developments are increasingly rapid. This research aims to detemine the challenges of sharia bank digital product transformation. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods conducting interviews and documentation. The result of this research show that the challenges of digital product tranformation for sharia banks and sharia banks.however, BSI continues to update its system so that it can compete with coventional banks.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the community that is currently dependent on the facilities provided by the internet , with the facilities provided by the internet the community is able to meet everything The desired needs, one of which is online shopping transactions.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between price discounts and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse purchases in consumers Shoppe_id students FEB PGRI University Semarang class of 2017 /2019. In conducting this research, researchers are guided by previous studies and the research method used is quantitative research with the determination of data sources using non-probability sampling and accidental samling, for the validity of the data researchers took from the Student Administration Bureau which had been processed by researchers using SPSS 26. The results of the analysis in this study stated that the price discount (X1) sig value of 0.035 which means that the price discount have a significant effect on impulse buying (Y), while for hedonic shopping motivation (X2) shows a sig value of 0.000 which means motivasi hedonic shopping has a significant influence on impulse buying (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund management in improving the welfare of the people of Kuatae Village, Soe City District, South Central Timor Regency. This research method is a case study using qualitative research methods. The focus of this study is to observe and find out the effectiveness of village fund management in improving the welfare of the kuatae village community, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of village fund management in improving the welfare of the people of Kuatae Village in the regulations implemented by the Kuatae village government is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Government performance is still not very good and knowledge of village government performance is also still low, There are still delays in issuing policies regarding village funds and changes to policies and still low knowledge and behavior of the community in managing activities in the village.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Minimum Service Standards (in the fields of Education, Health and Infrastructure) on community welfare and economic growth in Central Kalimantan Province and whether welfare influences Community Economic Growth in Central Kalimantan? The data used is data originating from the relevant agencies, namely the Central Kalimantan Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the SPM Minimum Service Standards Reporting of the Directorate General of Domestic Development. The analysis method used is path analysis. The research results prove that minimum service standards in the fields of education, health and infrastructure do not have a significant effect on increasing the welfare of the HDI community, and have no effect on increasing economic growth in Central Kalimantan.

Abstract

The development in the study raised the question of the role of fishermen to the pouingtivas of niill class VIII subjects at the time MTs Muhammadiyah Al-fatah Nangahale . The goal to achieve and the research is to learb about the role communities at the covid-19, study of the IPS of the class VIII from the covid-19, the study IPS a qualitative desktop approach. Tekmike compiles the data used this research-engineering, observast, interview and documentation. Abstract

This research focuses on the transformation of risk control and monitoring policies conducted by Bank Indonesia over the past five years (2018-2023). It uses qualitative analysis methods to examine the evolution of Bank Indonesia's policies through publications of financial institutions such as Bank Indonesia, OJK, and BPK. This study shows that policy impact evaluation plays an important role in identifying areas of improvement and new solutions to enhance policy effectiveness. Bank Indonesia adjusts strategies responsively and proactively to keep up with financial market dynamics and technological developments, and integrates the principles of international standards in banking supervision and risk management. Synchronizing policies with international standards is a top priority for maintaining the credibility of global markets. In facing the challenges of global economic change, technological innovation, and dynamic regulations, Bank Indonesia is committed to conducting in-depth reviews and policy adjustments to face the future. The evolving approach allows Bank Indonesia to strengthen its role in maintaining financial system stability and promoting sustainable economic growth. This research provides insights into Bank Indonesia's successes and challenges in transforming its risk control and monitoring policies.
