Profitability refers to a comparison to find out the company's ability to get profit from earnings (earnings) related to sales, assets, and equity based on certain measurement basis. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and inventory turnover on profitability in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The samples in this study were 13 automotive companies determined based on the purposive sampling method. The tool used to wash away hypotension is SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the debt to equity ratio (DER), inventory turnover has no effect on profitability. While the debt to asset ratio (DAR) has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Future studies can develop this research by using other variables that theoristically have an influence on profitability.

The phenomenon of competition in the era of globalization will increasingly direct the country's economic system and market mechanisms, which in turn will position marketers to always develop in grabbing market share. In implementing good marketing, producers must know what the needs and desires of consumers are, so that the products offered will be in accordance with consumer demand. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of product quality, product innovation and digital marketing on consumer purchasing decisions at Angelo Store Ubud Bali. The number of samples in this study were 90 employees who were determined by purposing sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis found that product quality, product innovation and digital marketing have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Angelo Store Ubud Bali. This research is further expected to develop research using other variables which theoretically can influence purchasing decisions.

Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on the element of human resources. The appropriate competence causes human resources to have superior performance, so as to encourage organizational success. The organization will develop and be able to survive if it is supported by employees who are competent in their respective fields. Meanwhile, Transformational Leadership is a leader who can motivate his followers to carry out above expectations and beyond self-interest for the benefit of the organization. . This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of competence and transformational leadership on employee performance at the Pedungan Village Cooperative Unit, Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees at the Pedungan Village Cooperative Unit, Denpasar as many as 37 employees. In this study, the sample of the entire population was 37 employees. The results showed that competence and transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research was conducted based on the different focus of discussion on selfleadership, teamwork and communication on employee performance. In addition, there is also a research problem regarding the decline in employee performance at Bali Management Villa Seminyak. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self- leadership, teamwork and communication on employee performance. This research wasconducted at Bali Management Villa Seminyak with a population and sample of 90 people. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using SPSS 25.0.The results of the study indicate that (1) self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that self-leadership can be improved by paying attention to the positive indicators of patterns so that employee performance willincrease. Teamwork for mobilizing capabilities so that employee performance willincrease. Communication can be improved by paying attention to openness indicatorsso that employee performance can increase. Finally, employee performance can be increased by paying attention to indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Profitability on Dividend Policy, Liquidity on Dividend Policy, 3) Leverage on Dividend Policy. The location of this research is on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by accessing the official website of the IDX, namely www.idx.co.id. The population in this study were 20 index companies of IDX High Dividend 20 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2015-2017. The sample analysis technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely 20 companies with a total of 60 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that profitability a positive and significant effect on dividend policy in the index companies of IDX High Dividend 20. Liquidity has no effect on dividend policy in index companies of IDX High Dividend 20 and Leverage has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy in index companies of IDX High Dividend 20. Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage simultaneously affect dividend policy in index companies of IDX High Dividend 20.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Manggis District Office of Karangasem Regency.This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of career development, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at Manggis District Office of Karangasem Regency. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method used was the census method. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results showed that (1) career development partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of these studies, leaders need to make policies concerning the improvement of career development, work discipline, and organizational commitment to optimize employee performance.

Organizational commitment shows a person's power in identifying their involvement in a part of the organization, built on the basis of workers' belief in organizational values, the willingness of workers to help achieve people's goals, and loyalty to remain a member of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational climate on employee organizational commitment at PT Praja Bali Transportasi. The population in this study were all employees of PT Praja Bali Transportasi. The sample in this study were 133 people who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that partially leadership, motivation, and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at PT Praja Bali Transportasi.

This study aims to analyze the quality of service and store atmosphere of the Purcase Decision. This research was conducted at El Crudo Canggu. The scientific target chosen in this research is in the field of marketing management from El Crudo Canggu. Where the population of this study is all consumers who come to El Crudo Canggu Restaurant with nonprobability sampling sampling technique with the number of samples obtained is 60 respondents. The data used in this study were obtained using the documentation study method, interviews, and questionnaires. In this study, the data analysis technique was used, multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of the variables used, and the goodness of fit test. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it is found that the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on purchase decisions is positive and significant, which means that if the quality of service and store atmosphere increases it will increase the purchase decision of El Crudo Canggu restaurant.

The importance of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation to find out how far the employee's performance is in carrying out the assigned tasks. If employees have a transformational leadership style, organizational culture and high work motivation, the work results or performance will increase. This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Bangli District Education Office. The population of this study were all employees at the Bangli District Education Office, totaling 30 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled as many as 30 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the transformational leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership on performance, participatory leadership on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the influence of participatory leadership on employee performance at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada. This study took 30 respondents at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique to answer the problem formulation with the help of the Smart PLS 3 program. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that the variables: 1). Participatory Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Participatory Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and 4). Job satisfaction is a mediating variable of positive influence between Participatory Leadership on employee performance.
