Abstract

Human Resources is one of the basic capital in the development process, so that the quality of human resources must always be improved and directed in order to achieve an expected goal. Employees are the main asset of the organization and have a strategic role in the organization, namely as thinkers, planners, and controllers of organizational activities within the company. This study aims to determine the organizational climate, career development, and organizational commitment affect employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). The population used in this research is Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB) with 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was the study population or census method and 35 respondents at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Artotel Sanur Bali (ASB).

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is a person's attitude towards the results of his work which is determined by the difference between all that is expected and all that is felt from the work he receives. The purpose of this study is to analyze leadership, organizational commitment and organizational justice affect employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is the influence of leadership, organizational commitment and organizational justice on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa Canggu. In this study, the population was 68 employees. In this study, the researcher used the study population, so the number of samples was the same as the total population, namely 68 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa Canggu. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization, in accordance with their respective responsibilities and authorities in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Factors that can affect employee performance are work motivation and work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Dakota Cargo Denpasar. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Dakota Cargo Denpasar which is located on Jl. Cargo game no.139 kel. Ubung kaja, Denpasar, with the object of research at PT. Dakota Cargo Denpasar is Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. The population in this study is a group of people, namely all employees of PT. Dakota Cargo Denpasar, which amounted to 37 people, with the number of samples using the entire existing population will be used as research respondents, as many as 37 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dakota Cargo Denpasar. This means that the better the motivation given to employees will improve performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dakota Cargo Denpasar. This means that the better the work discipline you have, the more employees you will have.

Abstract

The progress of a company cannot be separated from its Human Resources. To ensure the achievement of goal alignment, organizational leaders are required to provide incentives, rewards and pay attention to the work environment as a reciprocal relationship between the organization and human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, incentives and rewards on employee motivation at PT. Eternal Beautiful Tiara. This research was conducted at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi (Bali Branch) which is located at Jalan Gunung Agung No. 125 West Denpasar using a population and a sample of 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi. Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Tiara Indah Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. The population in this study was all employees at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal as many as 45 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, so that 45 people were used as samples by taking random sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. It is recommended to the leadership of PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal to give awards to employees who excel so that the employee's sense of pride increases and is more responsible for their work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) in publicly listed companies in the property, real estate and construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017 period. -2019. The sample in this study were 10 property, real estate and construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-test partially, F-test simultaneously with a level of significance of 5%. The results of the research to test the effect indicate that the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not significantly affect the Return on Equity Ratio (ROE), the variable Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant positive effect on the Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) and the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (ROE). Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on the Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) in property, real estate and construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is a very important thing in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals, so it is important to pay attention to the factors that determine employee job satisfaction. Transformational leadership, occupational safety and health are independent variables that can affect employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, occupational safety and health on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal, having his address at Banjar Gumasih, Mambal Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The object of this research is transformational leadership, occupational safety and health and employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of the production department at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency in 2020 as many as 89 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using the saturated sample or census method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples as many as 89 employees of the production division of PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency, Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of the research is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. Work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of banks. Financial performance is measured by return on equity (ROE). The type of research used is the type of quantitative and qualitative research. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate (1) the Board of Commissioners has no effect on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (2) The Board of Directors has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (4) Institutional Ownership has an effect on negative on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (5) Managerial Ownership has no effect on the financial performance.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, the performance of employees is required to continue to increase. One of the steps to maintain or improve employee performance can be done by evaluating employee performance and making a series of improvements to always improve the quality of the employee so that the company grows and excels in the competition, or at least can survive. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of motivation, self-efficacy, and workload on employee performance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Denpasar branch office. The methods used in this research are qualitative and quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study was 45 using the saturated sampling method. Collecting data using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) workload had a significant and negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The success and success of a company is largely determined by how the company manages its resources. The role of human resources in the company is a very vital factor to carry out functions and achieve company goals. Therefore, companies need to understand and treat employees appropriately. Employee job satisfaction is a phenomenon that is often encountered in a company and employee job satisfaction must also be a concern of the company. Low employee job satisfaction will affect the level of absenteeism, labor turnover, morale, complaints and other vital personnel problems. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, physical work environment, occupational safety and health on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar . The number of samples in this study were 46 employees of CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. The sampling technique used in this study is the census/saturated method (saturated sample). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress had a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. While the physical work environment, occupational safety and health have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. These results indicate that employee job satisfaction in CV. Bali Image Collection In Batubulan, Gianyar must be maintained and cared for, especially related to work stress, physical work environment, and employee safety and health.
