Abstract

Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been determined in advance and mutually agreed upon. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. directly or indirectly through employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable at The Tanis Express Denpasar. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique with a total of 42 employees at The Tanis Express Denpasar. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 For Windows program. The results of the analysis conclude that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And employee job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. There are limitations to the research object used only focusing on organizational culture and employee job satisfaction so that it cannot analyze or reach deeper into the factors that can affect employee performance

Abstract

Marvella Digital Copy & Printing is a private company engaged in printing and retail of school and office stationery. On CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing is a phenomenon where employees stop or resign every year, mostly because employees feel less able to meet the demands of work and the second gets a job in another place or company. As well as the phenomenon of the job order system in the printing section of the CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing, which is when there is an order in a large capacity or an order that comes almost at the same time the employees experience being overwhelmed in preparing the customer's ordered goods. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of workload and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing as many as 37 people. Determination of the sample using the census method or saturated sample. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, F test, t test. he results of this study indicate that workload has a positive & significant effect on employee turnover intention at CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing. Job satisfaction has a negative & significant effect on turnover intention in CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing. It is recommended to CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing to provide support and motivation and give awards to employees so that they feel valued and enthusiastic about their work and emphasize to each employee to always help each other in completing work, so that the work environment becomes more comfortable and full of family. This study also has limitations, namely the independent variables used in this study do not cover all the factors that influence employee turnover intention at CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing.

Abstract

One line of business that has high competition on Instagram is an online shop. According to data from kompas.com, no less than 45 million active monthly Instagram users come from Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether promotion, product quality and online shop trust on Instagram affect the shopping interest of people in the city of Denpasar. Collecting data using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The number of samples used was 105 people using the proportional sampling method. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. The results of the study show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on shopping interest. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on shopping interest. Trust has a positive and significant effect on shopping interest, which means that the higher the trust, the higher the shopping interest. It is recommended to increase the frequency of promotions on Instagram media, pay attention to the suitability of the specifications of the products being sold with market segments, and it is suggested that online stores in promoting the goods being sold provide narratives as they are, so that there are no differences in buyer expectations.

Abstract

Growing using marketplace where as online shopping is driven by the technological advances that it becomes a trend to the society. Through increase of sales, required of many companies to participate using the digitization currently. Television advertising and online customer reviews is one of the factors that can effect purchase decisions. A unique and good television commercials will be easier in the mind of consumers the brand. The existence feature of online customer review can decrease received risk of possibility to consumers online shopping, therefore companies and merchants that can get of the trust while consumer of making purchase decisions. This research aims to analyze the effect of television advertising and online customer reviews on purchase decisions. The research population is all the Shopee users in Bali with was 100 respondents of sample based on purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaire by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis regression show that television advertising and online customer review the partial has positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Based on this result, we can suggested that Shopee must to increase of the frequency broadcasting television advertising and continue to improve advertising innovate and online review features to create more purchase decisions. Television advertising on the research have a dominant impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research is an event study of the stock split event of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk which occurred on October 13, 2021. The variables in this study are abnormal returns and trading volume or trading volume activity (TVA). Abnormal return is obtained through the difference between the actual return and the expected return. Trading volume activity (TVA) is obtained from the total shares traded divided by the total shares outstanding. Data were processed using SPSS through paired sample test analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after a stock split.
