Abstract

Employee performance is an element used in evaluating employees of their work, position, and organization. performance is the result of a process that refers to and is measured over a certain period of time based on predetermined terms and agreements. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and training on the performance of technician employees at PT. Telkom Region Denpasar Renon branch. Methods data collection was carried out by observing and using a questionnaire. The population of this study are employees of PT. Telkom Region Denpasar Renon branch. The sample in this study was 70 respondents with the type of Non Probability Sampling selected by Saturated Sampling (census). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25 software. The instrument test results show valid and reliable data. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of work discipline in mediating the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. The research sample is the employees of Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar, totaling 40 people who are determined by census. The collected data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that; 1. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 3. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 4. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 5. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 6. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 7. Abstract

Employee performance is the result of the abilities and skills and hard work done by employees in order to achieve optimal results for the company. Therefore, to get good employee performance, company management needs to pay attention to factors that affect employee performance, such as work environment, motivation, and compensation. The research objective was to determine the effect of the work environment, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at CV. Nadis Herbal. This research was conducted at CV. Nadis Herbal using a sample of 35 employees. The sampling technique used is the census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5% which was processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that the work environment, motivation and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Nadis Herbs. Suggestions for further research in order to develop this research by adding other variables that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Nowadays, government institutions or organizations are required to improve their performance more effectively and efficiently. Institutions or organizations must also pay attention to human resources to increase effectiveness and efficiency. The quality of its human resources strongly influences the progress of an organization. Human resources are an important factor in an organization or agency. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Gianyar Regency. The number of samples used in the study was 89 people using the saturated sample method. Data collection has been done using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, and the data was tested through the classical assumption test stages. The results showed the transformational leadership style with a regression coefficient of 0.240 and significance to employee performance. Motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.261 and significant to employee performance. The work environment with a regression coefficient of 0.172 is significant to employee performance. It is recommended that leaders look for new ideas, find creative solutions, and provide opportunities for employees to socialize more freely. It is hoped that the agency will complete the work needs of employees.

Abstract

The existence of LPD, especially in Tembawu Traditional Village, is a village-owned business agency which is a financial institution that assists the indigenous village communities both in the present and in the future. Thus, at first glance, this work is more centered on service. This study was intended to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment, work stress, and workload on the performance of employees in the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD. The population in this study were the whole employees of the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD. In collecting the sample in this study, it used the census sampling method that obtained 38 respondents. The analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research demonstrated that the work environment, work stress, and workload had a partial effect on the performance of employees in the LPD of the Traditional Village of Tembawu. It could be acknowledged that the work stress variable had a negative effect on employee performance, as well as the work environment, and workload variables had a positive influence on the performance of employees in the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD. Therefore, it was necessary to improve communication between employees so as not to cause quarrels, and cooperation between employees was needed in order to achieve work targets in the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD.

Abstract

The existence of a bank is urgently needed, one way to maintain the existence of a bank is to have competent human resources (HR) in the banking world. Human resources are the main capital as a determining factor for the progress of a company. People or humans who work in organizations with the capabilities they have are called human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung with a total sample of 32 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, library research and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the servant leadership at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, the better the employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the organizational commitment in PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, employee performance will increase. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the organizational climate in PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, the better the employee performance.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant psychological state felt by workers in a work environment due to adequate fulfillment of needs. Someone who has high job satisfaction will have attitudes that reflect his work, such as arriving on time, always being tenacious and active at work, respecting his superiors. Job satisfaction is an employee's pleasure in his job and position in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction at the SIDI Sanur Multi-Business Cooperative (KSU). Methods Data collection was carried out by observing and using a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the SIDI Sanur multi-business cooperative (KSU). The sample in this study was 45 respondents using Non Probability Sampling which was selected by saturated sampling (census). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25 software. The instrument test results show valid and reliable data. The results showed that (1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition requires companies to improve employee performance. Employee performance has an important role in achieving the goals of a company. Because with good employee performance, the company's goals can be achieved optimally. Based on the results of initial observations, the problem that exists at the Hotel Como Uma Ubud is a decrease in the level of employee performance, which can be proven through the level of employee absenteeism. Lack knowledge sharing, work experience, and work environment. This research was conducted at Hotel Como Uma Ubud using a population and sample of 72 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the Slovin method. The sample in this study using the Slovin formula is as follows: 134 / (1 + 134 x 0.08) = 72.13. The number of samples needed in this research is 72 employees. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that knowledge sharing, work experience, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Como Uma Ubud so that the more knowledge sharing, work experience, and work environment within the Company, the performance at Hotel Como Uma Ubud will increase.

Abstract

The ups and downs of the number of decisions to become customers are caused by the many competitors from savings and loan cooperatives so that a good marketing strategy is needed to increase the decision to become a customer. Many factors influence the decision to become a customer including service, promotion, personal selling, company image, product, price, location and other factors, so these factors must be improved to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, advertising strategy and personal selling on the decision to become a customer of the Nirwana Arta Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative. Sampling was determined using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality, advertising strategy and personal selling each had a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer of the Nirwana Arta Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative. Suggestions for future researchers are expected to be able to research with other variables, especially marketing in order to obtain more varied results and influence the decision to become a customer at KSP Nirwana Artha Mandiri.

Abstract

The development of communication in the marketing strategy has an important role for business actors in influencing a consumer purchasing decision. The increasing public interest in doing yoga, of course, influences the decision to purchase a yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali as one of the distributors of yoga products in Bali. So that there is an increase in sales of its main product, namely yoga mat, which is believed to be influenced by Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Social Media Marketing factors on the decision to buy yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali. The population of this study are other people who have bought yoga mats at Unique Yoga Shop Bali, the exact number of which is unknown. The sample in this study was determined based on the purposive sampling method using the Hair formula as many as 126 respondents.The results of the study show that Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Social Media Marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase yoga mat at Unique Yoga Shop Bali. Suggestions for further research can develop this research by adding other variables.
