Abstract

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang akan memberikan kinerja melebihi harapan perusahaan. Kinerja dapat mempengaruhi berlangsungnya kegiatan suatu perusahaan, semakin baik kinerja yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan akan semakin membantu dalam perkembangan perusahaan tersebut. Dalam hal ini diperlukan adanya peran perusahaan dalam menciptakan karakteristik individu, budaya organisasi dan iklim kerja yang baik guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh karakteristik individu, budaya organisasi dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Tish Gianyar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (3) iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani (servant leadership) terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani (servant leadership) terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Badung. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan Software smartPLS 3.2.7. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah Servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh sebagai variabel intervening pada hubungan servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are things that must be considered by consumers in the process of fulfilling the needs of a product or service. Every company must expect a high purchasing decision on its products or services such as Dewaayushop Klungkung fashion store. The purchasing decision making process in each person is basically the same, there are several factors that influence purchasing decisions, among others, store atmosphere, quality of service and price perception. This research was conducted in Dewaayushop Klungkung fashion store, taking samples used by as many as 80 respondents As for the sample technique used by the author in conducting this research using non probability sampling technique that is by accidental sampling approach, namely sampling technique based on coincidence. The collected data is analyzed with multiple linear regressions. Data collection using observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data is processed by using, Isntrumen Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), F-(F-test), Partial Test (T Test). The results showed that store atmosphere, service quality and price perception. positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision at Dewaayushop Klungkung fashion store. Further research can develop this research using other variables in theory have an influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Success in the company is determined by the achievement of good performance results by employees. Human resources in a company greatly affect the company's performance, because if the human or employee's performance is good, then the company's performance will be good. Conversely, if the performance of people or employees in a company decreases, the company's performance will also decline. This study aims, to determine and explain individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational climate on the performance of part-time employees at CV. Karya Gemilang "NCO Event Organizer". The number of samples in this study were as many as 36 employees, sampling using the census method. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance in general is a manifestation of work performed by employees which is usually used as a basis or reference for evaluating employees within an organization. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the work climate, competence and individual characteristics on employee performance at the UPTD Regional Tax and Retribution Services of Bali Province in Denpasar City. The population in this study were 79 employees. The sample in this study was 79 people, namely the entire population representing the sample. This research was conducted at the UPTD of Bali Provincial Tax and Retribution Services in Denpasar City. The results showed that the work climate, competence and individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that the work climate, competence and individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Regional Tax and Retribution Services for the Province of Bali in Denpasar City. Future research can develop this by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of systematic factors as well as the influence of non-systematic factors on the risk of stock investment in the Consumer Goods Industry sector in PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method with the criteria for companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and have complete financial reports for the period 2016 to 2018. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, partial regression test (test t), and simultaneous parisal regression test (f test) where the results of the linear regression test performed produce the equation The results of this study indicate that the partial test results with alpha (α) 0.5 that inflation with a significant value of 0.785 and IHSG with a significant value of 0.705 which is greater than the degree of error of 5% (0.05) has no significant effect on risk. Meanwhile, other variables such as Company Liquidity with a significant value of 0.000, financial leverage with a significant value of 0.397 and ROE with a significant value of 0.030 have a value smaller than the degree of error of 5% (0.05) which has a significant effect on investment risk. stock. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable because the significant value of all variables is less than the degree of error, namely 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). From the results of the determination test, it was obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.365 or 36.5%, which means that the ability to vary the independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5) simultaneously to explain the variation in the dependent variable (Y) is 36.5% while 63.5% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y) is explained by other variables which are not analyzed

Abstract

This research strives to find out Corporate governance, Company Size, and Leverage to The Company's Value. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with research objects of food and beverage sector manufacturing companies in the period 2016-2018. Determination of samples in this study was done by purposive sampling techniques Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, in this study also conducted descriptive statistic analysis as well as classical assumption test. The test results showed that partially the variables of corporate governance had a negative and significant effect on the company's value in the food and beverage sector. The Company's size has an insignificant positive effect on the company's value in the food and beverage sector. Leverage has a positive and significant effect on the company's value in the food and beverage sector. As well as the results of simultaneous testing shows that Corporate governance, company size, and Leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the company's value in the food and beverage sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand equity, social media marketing dan brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian wine pada PT. Hatten Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah institusi yang membeli wine pada PT. Hatten Bali dengan jumlah 50 institusi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 50 responden sesuai dengan jumlah populasi dengan teknik Sampling Jenuh, data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul untuk menguji hipotesis dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Abstract

Turnover Intention of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa employees is still classified as not good because the Turnover Intention rate ranges from 9.6% - 13.74%. This high turnover intention will certainly have an impact on the activities and operations of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of work environment, workload, and compensation on employee turnover intention at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. The population used in this study were all employees of the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, totaling 329 people. In this study, the authors narrowed the population using the Slovin technique in order to obtain 77 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, which is sampling that takes into account the considerations of elements or categories in the study population. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Before the analysis is carried out, the test is first carried out and continued with the classical assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that the work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive effect on turnover intention, and compensation has a negative effect on turnover intention at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a strong commitment to subscribe to a particular product or service in the future even though there are situations and competitors that cause changes in consumer behavior. Loyalty is important in the continuity of a company's life, so this study aims to identify the factors to create loyal customers at The Ulin Villas and Spa. Service Quality, Perceived value and Image are factors that influence customer loyalty. The population in this study were customers who had stayed at The Ulin Villas and Spa. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling with a total of 119 respondents. The data was collected through a questionnaire using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, Perceived Value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at The Ulin Villas and Spa.
