Abstract

LPD is a savings and loan business entity owned by Pakraman Village in order to improve the standard of living of the Village community in supporting the development of the Village in particular and national development in general. The continuity of the LPD's operation can be seen from the level of profitability. The level of profitability is influenced by several factors, namely the rate of cash turnover, the rate of credit turnover and the growth rate of deposits. This research aims to test and provide empirical evidence of the effect of cash turnover rates, credit turnover rates and savings growth rates on the profitability of LPDs in Sukawati District. The population used in this study were all LPDs in Sukawati District. The LPD population in Sukawati sub-district is 33 units which are determined based on the purposive sampling method. The tool used to test the hypothesis is SPSS version 23 For Windows. The results of this study indicate that cash turnover rate, credit turnover rate and deposit growth rate have a positive and significant effect on profitability. LPD management is expected to pay attention to human resource factors in supporting LPD performance so that it can improve performance which can have an impact on increasing LPD profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja terhadap motivasi karyawan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai pemediasi pada LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman. Penelitian ini mengambil 35 responden pada LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman untuk memperoleh pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dengan bantuan program Smart PLS 3. Hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis, menunjukkan bahwa variabel: 1). Pengalaman kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2). Pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, 3). Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4). Variabel motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purchase decision is a condition in which consumers determine whether they want to buy the product being offered. On the other hand, the expert stated that the purchase decision, namely the Purchase Decision, is a problem-solving process and can be resolved through the process of identifying problems, seeking information, evaluating alternatives, purchasing decisions and post-purchase evaluation. The population in this study were all Holland bakery consumers in the Batubulan area. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. Thus, the sample used is part of the population using random sampling techniques. So the number of samples used is 112 people. Determining the sample by using the formula: N = (5 - 10 x number of indicators for each variable). The results of this study indicate that Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Bread Purchasing Decisions at Holland Bakery Batubulan, this shows that if Digital Marketing, Product Quality and Brand Image increase, the decision to buy bread at Holland Bakery Batubulan also increases

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work conflict on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Development Leadership Corporation in Denpasar. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to see motivation, compensation, and work conflict on the performance of employees of PT Development Leadership Corporation in Denpasar. The population used is all employees of PT Development Leadership Corporation in Denpasar. The total number of employees is 34 respondents. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire and the sampling method used was saturated samples. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 22 for Windows. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that when employees have a high responsibility for their work, it will be increased by an increase in employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the better the facilities received by the employee will be followed by an increase in performance. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which indicates that fewer communication errors made by employees will increase employee performance. Based on these results, to optimize employee performance, policies or regulations are needed to maximize motivation, compensation and work conflicts. Based on the direct experience of researchers in the data collection process, the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show actual opinions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of service quality, product, and brand image on customer loyalty. The population in this study are consumers who use tour travel services whose numbers are not known in detail even though the total sales are known at PT.U & I Holidays Bali. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were determined based on the non-probability sampling method, namely accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality, product, and brand image had a positive effect on customer loyalty. Discussions and limitations of teacher research are presented.

Abstract

Human Resources are an important asset in a company that must be improved effectively and efficiently in order to achieve quality performance to achieve company goals. One of the factors that can affect employee performance is work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Guardian Gerai Ubud PT Hero Supermarket. The population in this study were 50 people. The sample in this study was the entire population at the Guardian Gerai Ubud PT Hero Supermarket. Determination of the sample in this study is Non Probability Sampling in which the chosen technique is saturated sampling (census). Saturated Sampling (census) is a sampling method when all members of the population are sampled. The analysis technique used is the Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Determination Analysis, t-test. The results of this study indicate that the variable work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Guardian Gerai Ubud PT Hero Supermarket

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, leadership, individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. BANK BPD Renon Denpasar Branch. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaire methods, documentation and interviews. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Bank BPD Renon Denpasar branch, in order to minimize the level of error when making generalizations, the sample used in this study was 64 employees in RSPAM, OB and cleaning service using a questionnaire with 18 questions. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, rehabilitation test, descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, classical assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational culture, leadership, individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture, leadership, good individual characteristics will improve employee performance

Abstract

Employee performance determines a company can run well or badly, employee performance is needed by a company in running a particular business. Often insolvency companies are caused by poor management and employee performance, while some employee performance influences decrease such as work environment, work stress and work motivation. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of work environment, work stress and work motivation simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT. Indomaret Co Nangka Branch. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Indomaret Co Nangka Branch as many as 53 employees. Teknik analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the work environment, work stress and work motivation simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indomaret Co Nangka Branch. Further research can develop this using free variables such as Leadership Style, Work Spirit and Compensation. Suggestions that can be given from the results of this study are that organizations should further improve employee safety, improve employee skills with various other jobs, and increase employee morale in completing work

Abstract

The importance of work discipline and organizational commitment to find out how far the employee's performance is in carrying out the assigned task. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, organizational commitment to employee performance, work discipline, and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Bayus Bali Cargo Kerobokan Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bayus Bali Cargo Kerobokan Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. The number of Bayus Bali Cargo at Kerobokan Branch is 34 people. The sample is determined using the census method. Research data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variable work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline, and organizational commitment simultaneously affects employee performance.

Abstract

Low employee productivity is one symptom that can damage conditions in a company. At PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa has decreased employee productivity due to a lack of understanding and ability of employees to apply the development of work systems. This study aims to determine the effect of developing work systems and work ability partially and simultaneously on employee productivity. The location of this research at PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa. The population uses employees of PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa and a sample of 40 employees. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. From the research results, the results obtained: (1) the development of work systems has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, where the regression coefficient value is 0.197 and a significance value is 0.036. (2) work ability has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, where the regression coefficient value is 0.369 and a significance value is 0.007. (3) simultaneous development of work systems, and have a significant effect on employee productivity, where a significance value of 0.000 is obtained. The amount of influence of the independent variables on employee productivity is 55.4%. The suggestions that can be given by researchers are PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa should provide training to employees, guide employees and provide motivation and adequate work facilities.
