Abstract

This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research aims to better explain promotional strategies through the use of Instagram social media in an effort to increase the volume of visitors to D'Livia Salon and Spa using the SWOT analysis method. The strategy carried out by D'Livia Salon n Spa Surabaya is considered good because the SWOT analysis of D'Livia Salon and Spa is located in quadrant I, namely by implementing an aggressive strategy. An aggressive strategy is producing a plan that requires strength to become an opportunity. This shows that D'Livia Salon and Spa has internal strengths that can be utilized to seize existing opportunities so that it can increase turnover and be able to compete in the business world in the beauty sector. When the application is successful, it results in an increase in the company's sales or income due to the increase in the number of visitors. According to the results of the analysis made using IFAS and EFAS while doing business, D'Livia Spa and Salon's strengths were given 2.20 points and its weaknesses were given 0.0.67 points. Dangers. received a total of 0 points. 64 and Opportunity received 2.37 points. According to the effects of the SWOT line, D'LiviaSalon and Spa is in the I quadrant with the value of (XY)(1.53:1.73) using aggressive planning. It requires the power of luck, which is the hardest way.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of influencer marketing and product quality simultaneously on brand awareness of Scarlett Whitening products among followers of the Scarlet Whitening account on the TikTok application. In this research, the type used is quantitative research. This quantitative object emphasizes the analysis of data in the form of numerical or numbers processed using statistical methods to determine the influence of one variable on other variables. With the results of this research which shows how brand awareness of Scarlett Whitening products has increased among followers of the Scarlett Whitening account on the TikTok application (2023) due to the influence of many influencers who provide content that is interesting, good, unique and in line with the values ​​provided by the brand, consumers will more interested in reviewing it and even sharing it so that the reach given will be wider, thus influencing brand awareness of Scarlett Whitening. Of course, brand awareness itself has the aim of making the brand a leading product or top of mind product so that it will be easily recognized by consumers and increase sales of Scarlett Whitening.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, individual characteristics and motivation on employee performance. The population in this study was 170 employees of CV Adi Farm Mlonggo Jepara. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents being permanent employees who had a minimum work period of 1 year. The number of samples in this study was 80 respondents using Roscoe's theory. The data analyzed is primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data processing results obtained in this research include respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests (R²) and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that leadership style has no effect on employee performance, individual characteristics have a negative and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate village financial management in Dumati Village, Telaga Biru Subdistrict, based on the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, orderliness, and budgetary discipline. The research employed a descriptive approach, where the data analysis technique used was qualitative analysis. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Thus, in reference to the results of the interviews and documentation, they were compared using indicators in accordance with the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 20 of 2018. The research findings revealed that the Dumati Village government's financial management adheres to Pemdagri No. 20 of 2018, which mandates transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly, and disciplined budgets that meet all indicators. Also, the management was very effective, so it was sufficient and beneficial for the community.

Abstract

The financial statements of regional governments play a crucial role in creating accountability for local governments. Therefore, high-quality regional financial statements are needed as they can serve as a reference for policy-making and have a high level of quality for their users. This research aims to determine the influence of human resource competence on the quality of financial statements. This research employs descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. This research uses primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents involved in statement management. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that human resource competence has a positive and significant influence on the quality of financial statements at the Regional Financial Agency of Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between serving leadership variables, charismatic leadership on self-efficacy. this study uses a method with a quantitative approach using sampling techniques, the sample used is 106 respondents. this research data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the test stage in this study is instrument test, model test and hypothesis testing using spss (25). the test results of the data show that the serving leadership variable with the results has a positive and insignificant effect on self-efficacy then for the charismatic leadership variable with the results has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. Abstract

The ease with which people can access the internet and the increasing affordability of smartphones to the lower and middle classes have enabled digital technology to capture a large market share. This is demonstrated by the increasing number of unicorn startups in Indonesia, such as Shopee. Shopee is very active in utilizing online marketing strategies, especially in carrying out promotions in the form of flash sales and discounts to attract the attention of Shopee users. This research aims to evaluate the effect of flash and discount programs on impulsive buying among the millennial generation of Shopee users. The research method uses SPSS 23 analysis with a population of residents in Bumi Mutiara Indah. A sample of 86 respondents was taken using the Slovin formula (10% error rate). The research results show that flash sale and discount programs significantly influence impulse purchases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-service quality, online promotion and price perception on customer loyalty among InDrive application users in Surabaya. Type of quantitative research with multiple linear regression. The population in this research is the people of Surabaya who have used the InDrive service and in the sampling process used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents who had been determined from the Solvin formula calculation. The results of this research are that it is proven that there is an influence of the three independent variables on customer loyalty simultaneously (F test) as seen from the tcount value which is greater than ttable or 15.044 > 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a partial or individual influence on e-service quality, online promotions and price perceptions on customer loyalty. This is proven by the calculated tcount value of each independent variable, namely e-service quality (X1) of 3.032; online promotion (X2) 2,252; and price perception (X3) 2.084 is greater than the ttable value, namely 1.985. And the significance value is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.003; 0.027; and 0.040.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of the variables of Internal Control and Transparency on fraud prevention. (Studi Kasus Pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Gorontalo). The method used in research is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data that is measured using a likert scale. The sample collection process used a saturated sample with a total sample of 53 respondents. The data collected was then analyzed using a double linear regression test using the SPSS program version 26. The results of the research show that: 1) Internal controls have a significant impact on the Prevention of Fraud in the Gorontalo District Inspectorate. 2) Transparency has a significant influence on the prevention of fraud in Gorontalu District Inspection. 3) Fraud prevention in the gorontalo district inspectorate with a determination coefficient of 87.4% while the remaining 12.6% can be explained by other variables not studied in this study

Abstract

Banking is one of the financial sectors that is in great demand by investors to invest their capital. This is because the banking sector is a vital sector in a country so it attracts a lot of investor interest. The share price of National Private Commercial Banks has decreased since the last 3 years. One of the factors that influence the rise and fall of share prices is the company's internal factors, including the level of profits obtained, the level of risk faced, and the company's performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning per Share (EPS), and Return on Investment (ROI) on Stock Prices. The linear regression analysis method is used to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (PBV, NPM, EPS, and ROI) and the dependent variable (share price). The method used in this research is associative descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample and data analysis using classical assumption test techniques, correlation coefficient test, determination, simultaneous test, multiple linear regression and partial test. Price to Book Value has a calculated t value of 3,908 > from t table and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between Price to Book Value on Stock Prices. Net Profit Margin has a calculated t value of -0.565 < from t table and a significant value of 0.576 > 0.05, which means that there is a negative and insignificant influence between Net Profit Margin on Share Prices. Earning Per Share has a calculated t value of 3.761 > from the t table with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between Earning Per Share on Share Prices. Return On Investment has a calculated t value of -1.283 < from the t table with a significant value of 0.208 > 0.05 which can be interpreted as meaning that there is a negative and insignificant influence between Return On Investment on Share Prices.
