Abstract

Pledge is stipulation and detention, rahn is collateral, collateral, reserves guarantees and dependent Islamic pawnshops apply the rahn main contract and use administrative fees according to the loan amount. The collateral remains the property of the person who mortgages it but is controlled by the pawnbroker. The operational pawn technique is carried out by a sharia institution. Addtional contract status, this research method uses the libary method, resulting in this research applying the rahn contract in accordance with Islamic law in accordance with sharia economic law

Abstract

Banking is the lifeblood of the economy throughout the country, many wheels of the economy are mainly driven by banks either directly or indirectly. Banking in Indonesia plays a very important role, moreover Indonesia is a developing country in all sectors. This study aims to analyze the effect of banking performance on profitability at conventional commercial banks in Indonesia during the 2018-2022 period. The data used in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 16 conventional commercial banks and used panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) has a negative and significant effect on ROA. However, the Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) variable has no significant effect on ROA at 16 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia during the study period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability in banking Southeast Asian countries. The type of data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation studies and literature studies. The data obtained from the documentation study is a dataset from Moody's Analytics BankFocus and documents. All financial data used in this research is expressed in USD units. The population in this study are six countries operating in Southeast Asian countries in 2017-2022 totaling 295 banks using a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 63 banks in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 2.6 software. The results showed that the debtor collection period (DCP) had no effect, the creditor payment period (CPP) had a significant positive effect, the cash conversion cycle (CCC) had no effect, and the banking ratio (BR) had a significant positive effect on net profit margin.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of compensation, motivation, and HR competence on employee performance. The object used in this research is the employees of UMKM Griya Tas Indah Sidoarjo. While the sample in this study were employees of UMKM Griya Tas Indah Sidoarjo. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique with a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which shows that all of these tests used a quantitative research design, data analysis in the form of descriptive statistics and PLS analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: 1) the fulfillment variable is able to support employee performance improvement, 2) motivational variable is able to support employee performance improvement, 3) HR competence variable is able to support employee performance improvement.

Abstract

Cabin and low budget hotels are in great demand today, both in urban areas and in tourist areas. Although much in demand, until now there has been no research that measures how the experience of staying in urban areas and tourist areas compares. This study aims to analyze the guest's stay experience at the cabin hotel by comparing the two objects so that it can be used as an evaluation for the cabin hotel management to further improve service quality in providing a good stay experience. The approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative with cross-tabulation data analysis (Crosstab) assisted by SPSS version 25.0 software. By measuring the stay experience based on customer experience indicators consisting of sensor experience, emotional experience, and social experience. In cabin hotels, the results of research felt by tourists show that the experience of staying at cabin hotels in urban areas is more dominant in the sensor experience indicator, while in tourist area cabin hotels it is more dominant in the emotional experience indicator. For future researchers, the researcher suggests adding other variables and taking samples with a wider scope to maximize the quality of services provided for a better and memorable stay experience. And provide training to staff in terms of superior service such as improving interpersonal skills and being responsive to guest needs.

Abstract

In today's social media era, various groups utilize social media for various purposes because it has many benefits. In everyday life, social media is useful as a socialization tool, a source of information, a source of entertainment, a place to channel hobbies, even as an online business platform and promotion. This study aims to measure the sales growth of Atmosphere Beauty products, an MSME in Bukit Tinggi City, West Sumatra, based on content posted on Atmosphere Beauty's TikTok social media. The research method used is a qualitative method by collecting primary and secondary data through interviews, documentation, and observation. In this study, the authors managed to find that the content produced on the TikTok @atmosphere.beauty account refers to three of the four aspects of marketing content, namely education, inspiration, and conversion. The results show that although sales at TikTok Shop are on the rise, Atmosphere Beauty's MSE sales are less than optimal because their TikTok account is less active. The account is only active on Instagram, where they directly include Shopee links for product sales, so Atmosphere Beauty's followers directly access Shopee without going through TikTok Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using QR codes as a means of digital payment on consumer buying interest at MP Mart. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative. The data to be collected using a sample of 3 people who influence buying interest in MP mart. Data analysis techniques with the AIDA model (Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action). The results showed that in terms of awareness the use of QR codes has a significant positive impact on consumer buying interest in MP Mart. Then, in terms of Interest QR Code makes payment transactions easier. In terms of Desire, consumers and sellers are very satisfied with the facilities provided by the QR Code. Finally Action, the execution of using the QR Code needs to be socialized more widely. With the results of this research, according to the AIDA Model, the use of QR codes as a means of digital payment at MP Mart is declared Effective.

Abstract

In order for the information obtained by users of financial statements to be accounted for by the firm, financial statements and statements by corporations must be provided honestly, correctly, and without distortion or concealment. Users use financial reports as a decision-making tool since they provide an overview of the performance and growth of the organization. Conservativeness proxies may be used to evaluate the reliability of the financial accounts. To minimize fraud in financial reports and mistakes in decision-making, conservative accounting is the practice of presenting financial statements that are full of caution against important uncertainties and risks to a commercial business's situation. The goal of this research is to assess the financial reporting accuracy of manufacturing sector businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2021 in the areas of intellectual property, related party transactions, and earnings management. This study uses the manufacturing sector of the IDX as its sample population for the years 2018 through 2021. Purposive sampling was employed, and data was collected from 408 samples representing 102 different firms over the course of four years. Panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 software is used for this in-depth examination of the data, which involves several rounds of testing. Financial statement accuracy was shown to be impacted by the presence of related party transactions, intellectual property, and earnings management. Earnings management reduces financial statement reliability. On the other hand, related party transactions and intellectual property have no bearing on how accurate the financial records are.

Abstract

Social media has changed the way we interact with information and with the people around us. Platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube have become popular means for individuals and companies to share, communicate and promote an organization's products and services. Within the direct selling sector, social media has opened up endless new opportunities for businesses to market and sell their products to potential customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social media in the direct selling sector and evaluate the impact of using social media on customer satisfaction at Ghaisani Boutique. This research method takes a qualitative approach, which aims to understand and describe phenomena in depth through data collection and analysis that focuses on the context and meaning of the subject under study. The results of the study show that social media provides significant benefits for Ghaisani Boutique (Ghaisani Fashion Gallery) in increasing the intensity of their promotion through online media, which has a positive impact on increasing their turnover. By leveraging creative and diverse social media features, Ghaisani Boutique can reach potential customers from various segments and expand their market coverage. In this case, social media is an effective means of building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and obtaining valuable feedback for better business development in the future. And what is no less important, Ghaisani Boutique has managed to build a sizable customer list through list building that continues to grow over time. By providing maximum service and responding quickly to feedback from the audience, Ghaisani Boutique can create high customer satisfaction. As a result, company promotions can run organically, driven by customers who voluntarily provide support through likes and shares of any content shared by the marketing team.

Abstract

PT XL Axiata, as a telecommunications company, has a mission to provide the best for customers in terms of products, services, technology, and value for money. One of the company's strategies in improving marketing communications and fulfilling XL customers' data needs is through the launch of Akrab data package. In this context, the activities carried out by PT XL Axiata's Integrated Marketing Communications, particularly the sale of the Akrab data package, have an important role in meeting the needs of people who are looking for affordable and competitive communication packages. The positive response from the public towards this program can largely be attributed to the efforts of Integrated Marketing Communications in selling the Akrab data package. This research uses Descriptive Qualitative method with case study analysis to describe and summarize various conditions, situations, and social phenomena that occur at PT XL Axiata as the object of research. Data were collected through interviews, and data processing using a triangulation approach, with inductive data analysis. The results of this study are communication carried out by XL resulting in Positive Brand Awareness, Structured and Responsive Communication, Increased Sales and Customer Satisfaction.
