Abstract

BPJS Employment requires budget planning to support its smooth operations. So that the budget can be realized properly, it is contained in the Regulation of the Directors of BPJS Employment Number 35/PERDIR.07/12/2022 which regulates the Procedures and Authority for Budget Disbursement. Even though these procedures have been implemented, there are still problems in the budget disbursement process. This research aims to find out how BPJS Employment applies digital budget disbursement SOP optimization to the Deputy for Finance. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation to identify the optimization steps needed. The main finding of this study is the optimization of digital budget disbursement SOPs which have been implemented by the Deputy for Finance at BPJS Employment.  This causes problems, such as irregular return of documents, especially due to lack of clarity in the regulations regarding budget disbursement deadlines. Apart from that, changes have been proposed in optimizing procedures, such as implementing a maximum time limit for returning files of two working days, providing a maximum approval time limit of five working days for the cashier section, and limiting the number of daily disbursement applications, as well as creating a monitoring dashboard to increase transparency and effectiveness in budget management.

Abstract

Financial Financial inclusion supports sustainable economic growth, particularly in developing countries. Economic challenges, such as recessions, can exacerbate disparities in access to formal financial services. Low-income communities and micro-enterprises face increasing difficulties in obtaining financial support. Financial technology (fintech) has emerged as an innovative solution, expanding financial access through flexible and accessible digital services. This study aims to analyze the role of fintech in enhancing financial inclusion amid economic recessions while identifying the challenges and opportunities within the fintech industry. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach. Data is sourced from academic journals, industry reports, and regulations related to fintech and financial inclusion. The findings indicate that fintech contributes to financial inclusion through digital payment services, peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, technology-based investments, and microinsurance. However, challenges such as regulatory constraints, data security, and financial literacy remain obstacles to optimizing fintech’s role. This study concludes that fintech plays a strategic role in promoting financial inclusion during economic recessions. Collaboration among regulators, fintech service providers, and the public is essential to ensure the sustainable, secure, and inclusive utilization of fintech.

Abstract

Monetary policy is a key instrument in controlling inflation and ensuring a country's economic stability. This study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on risk-taking behavior at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk during the year 2024. Using a quantitative approach, secondary data were obtained from the bank's financial statements and official publications from Bank Indonesia. The analysis explores the relationship between interest rates, exchange rate fluctuations, and the bank's lending decisions. The findings indicate that the interest rate cuts implemented by Bank Indonesia encouraged an increase in the volume of credit disbursed by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, creating a more conducive environment for economic growth. However, this increased risk-taking also brings potential systemic risks, especially in times of economic instability. Additionally, the depreciation of the rupiah exchange rate has implications for the bank’s asset quality, as reflected in a rising Non-Performing Loans (NPL) ratio. These findings emphasize the importance of effective risk management in addressing the challenges faced by the bank. Banks must have strong internal control systems to identify and manage risks related to monetary policy and exchange rate fluctuations. Thus, this study provides valuable insights for bank management and other stakeholders in making strategic decisions that can promote sustainable growth and maintain financial stability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which the number of tourist visits (X1), the number of tourist attractions (X2) and the receipt of tourist attraction levies (X3) have on local original income (Y) in Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo from 2018 to 2022. The data collection technique in this research was obtained by researchers using the documentation method by studying books and journals published by the government by collecting data on reports on the number of tourists, number of tourist attractions, tourist attraction levies and local original income in Bone Bolango Regency from 2018 to 2022. 2022. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. This research analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This type of research uses quantitative research. Hypothesis testing in this research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method with the SPSS version 25 program. The results obtained by researchers show that the number of tourist visits, number of tourist attractions and receipt of tourist attraction levies have a significant influence on the Regional Original Income of Bone Regency Bolango, Gorontalo. This illustrates that the higher the number of tourist visits to tourist destinations in Bone Bolango Regency, the higher the PAD for the tourism sector in Bone Bolango Regency, the more tourist attractions are well managed, the greater the contribution of the tourism sector to the regional economy and this shows that the increase in levies from entrance tickets, parking fees, and sales of local products and services around tourist attractions is well managed. From the results of the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square), it was 19.2%, with the remaining 80.8% being explained by factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era has brought significant transformation in various sectors. One of the sectors affected is the financial sector in Indonesia. Financial Technology (fintech) in digital banking is the main driver in increasing financial inclusion and providing easy access to financial services for the community. Digital innovation in this sector not only facilitates transactions but also creates new business models that are more efficient and adaptive to consumer needs. This study aims to analyze the development of fintech in digital banking in Indonesia and assess its impact on the financial system and public behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach and data analysis from trusted sources related to the development of the fintech industry in digital banking in Indonesia. The results show that fintech in digital banking makes a significant contribution in expanding access to financial services, improving operational efficiency, and encouraging innovation in the provision of financial products and services. However, challenges such as data security, financial literacy, and regulation remain key concerns. In conclusion, the development of fintech in digital banking in Indonesia shows great potential in supporting economic growth and financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of the Bai' Bitsaman Ajil (BBA) Agreement in the context of e-commerce. The BBA Agreement is a sales contract with deferred payment, where the buyer and seller agree that payment is made in installments over a certain period of time. ShopeePay Later is one of the popular payment options in e-commerce, which allows users to purchase products with deferred payment or installments. This study analyzes how the principles of BBA are integrated into the Shopeepay Later system, and identifies the challenges and opportunities that arise from the implementation of this agreement on the e-commerce platform. This implementation is also expected to increase Islamic financial inclusion in e-commerce, providing a more suitable financing alternative for Muslim consumers. However, there are challenges in its implementation, such as adjusting the technology system and the need for education for users regarding the concept and benefits of BBA. This study concludes that with proper regulation and compliance with the terms of the agreement, BBA can be implemented in ShopeePay Later to support fair and sharia-compliant transactions, as well as increase Islamic financial inclusion in the e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of human relations and work motivation on the performance of employees at bakpia stores in Yogyakarta. The sampling method used was simple random sampling, with a total sample of 75 employees. Primary data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis in this study employed multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 26. The instrument test results indicated that the data were valid and reliable. The t-test results for the human relations variable showed a t-value of 8.921 > t-table value of 1.666 and a beta coefficient of 0.661, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Similarly, the t-test results for the work motivation variable showed a t-value of 4.065 > t-table value of 1.666 and a beta coefficient of 0.301, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The F-test results showed that human relations and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 164.832 > F-table value of 3.12 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value was 0.816, meaning that 81.6% of the variations in employee performance are explained by human relations and work motivation variables, while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Era globalisasi telah mempercepat pertumbuhan industri dan bisnis, termasuk dalam sektor makanan dan minuman seperti J.CO Donuts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek (brand image) dan pengalaman pelanggan (customer experience) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) pada outlet J.CO Buah Batu, Kota Bandung. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada pelanggan J.CO Buah Batu. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk memperoleh data numerik dan menggambarkan kondisi yang sebenarnya. Hasil yang diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen J.CO dan pelaku bisnis lainnya dalam membangun citra merek yang kuat dan memberikan pengalaman positif demi meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta mempertahankan loyalitas di tengah persaingan bisnis yang ketat.

Abstract

In today's digital era, which emphasizes visual engagement and social participation, social media platforms such as TikTok have emerged as key mediums for shaping perception, memory, and consumption preferences among younger generations, particularly Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the mechanism of consumer memory in forming food preferences for the product snack tray Haus!, mediated through content created by influencer Fujianti Utami (Fuji) on TikTok. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through content observation, online surveys with 16 Gen Z respondents, and triangulated with insights from internal representatives of HAUS! Indonesia. The findings reveal that Fuji’s visual content successfully activates consumer memory in alignment with the three-stage memory model proposed by Michael R. Solomon (2019): sensory memory, short-term memory, and long-term memory. The visual and emotional stimuli in the content facilitate encoding processes and strengthen brand association in the consumer’s mind. Repetitive exposure and TikTok’s algorithmic support enhance long-term memory retention even without direct consumption experience. Influencers also function as emotional and social mediators, signaling strong behavioral cues to Gen Z consumers, especially through the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) effect. The study concludes that digital consumption preferences are shaped through a combination of visual cognition, digital affection, and authentic communication strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of informative value, entertainment value, authenticity, and homophily on brand credibility and purchase intention mediated by parasocial relationships in digital marketing by social media influencers. The method used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The study's population consists of active social media users following influencers, with a sample of 155 respondents. The results show that informative value, authenticity, and homophily significantly influence parasocial relationships, which in turn affect brand credibility and purchase intention. Entertainment value does not have a significant effect on parasocial relationships or purchase intention. Parasocial relationships mediate the effect of informative value, authenticity, and homophily on brand credibility and purchase intention, but not for entertainment value. This study provides insights for marketers in selecting the right influencer based on informative value, authenticity, and similarity in characteristics with the target audience.
