Abstract

Impulse buying often occurs solely based on the emotions that consumers feel at the time of purchase. Impulse buying is one of the factors that retailers or manufacturers pay attention to increase revenue. Factors that can influence impulse buying towards a retail store include store atmosphere, product quality and price discounts. Miniso creates impulse buying in each of its outlets with an attractive store appearance, provides quality products, and always runs promotional programs that encourage consumers to impulse buy. The aim of this research is to analyze and find out more about the influence of store atmosphere, product quality and price discount simultaneously and partially on impulse buying among Miniso consumers at Royal Plaza Surabaya. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is consumers of Miniso outlets at Royal Plaza Surabaya. The sample in this study used 100 respondents. With a purposive sampling technique. The research data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that store atmosphere, product quality and price discount simultaneously influence impulse buying. However, partially there is no significant influence between store atmosphere on impulse buying. Meanwhile, product quality and price discount partially influence impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work commitment on employee performance CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi. The method used in this research is a quantitative type method. This study used a population of 47 employees of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi and the sample of this study amounted to 47 employees of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi. Based on the processed data, it was found that the sig value on the leadership variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value is 4.943 > t table 2.015. Then, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the leadership variable partially affects the performance of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi employees. The sig value on the work commitment variable (X2) is 0.000 < 0.05. The t value is -4.032 < t table 2.015. Then, H2 is accepted, meaning that the work commitment variable has a partially negative effect on the performance of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi employees.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impact of rising fuel oil (BBM) prices on demand for urban traffic (angkot) in the city of Medan. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations and documents from various sources. The research results show that the increase in fuel prices has a negative impact on the demand for public transportation in the city of Medan. This negative impact can be seen in three aspects, namely the decline in community purchases.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the consequences government spend on the financial stability of Indonesia and ascertain the extent to which spending by government affects economic growth. The data employed in this study is acquired from the Central Statistics Agency. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology that incorporates observable variables that may be measured. This study centers on the commercial commerce occurring in Indonesia. The tests utilized in this study encompass numerous linear regression evaluations, f tests, and variable of dependence tests. The research findings suggest that the corresponding coefficient of determination test produces a result of 54.7%, indicating that government spending explains 54.7% of the variability in economic growth. The regression test results in a Sig value of 0.048 for the federal government's expenditure variable, which indicates statistical significance at a significance level of 0.05. The calculated t value is 2.063. These data indicate that the state expenditure variable has a significant influence on the growing economy of Indonesia.

Abstract

Promotion and communication are the keys to the success of marketing, including educational services marketing. Marketing communication is an integral part of communication and is also an integral part of marketing. To discuss this, a literature review method is used, and data is collected through online sources, including books and articles in scholarly journals. Meanwhile, for analysis, content analysis is employed as a technique. The result is that marketing communication in educational services is a two-way exchange of information between the parties involved in marketing activities within the school with the goal of enhancing the customers' perception of the educational product. To ensure its sustainability, educational institutions must be more creative in packaging promotions or educational service communication tailored to the challenges of the current era.

Abstract

Private investment is one of the important factors that can boost economic growth. Government capital expenditure can also play a role in increasing private investment. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital expenditure on private investment in Indonesia with economic growth as an intervening variable. The research data was obtained from 2010-2019 secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method with intervention variables. The results showed that capital expenditure had a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Economic growth also has a positive and significant effect on private investment. Capital expenditure indirectly has a positive and significant effect on private investment through economic growth variables. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that capital expenditure can encourage private investment through increased economic growth. Therefore, the government needs to increase capital expenditure to boost economic growth and private investment.

Abstract

Regional taxes and levies are an important source of regional income to finance the implementation of regional government and regional development. This research aims to examine how the collection of taxes and fees affects what are obstacles to financing and raising funds. The approach used in preparing this research uses literature study, where the data obtained comes from media literature and significant reading with journal titles that are relevant to the topic of discussion. In carrying out this research, researchers used a qualitative description method, this method contains non-numerical data (not numbers). The aim of the journal is to use this qualitative description in accordance with the problem which will discuss regional taxes and levies and their impact on the public, so that we can understand the concept of regional taxes and levies.

Abstract

The government in Indonesia itself carries out its duties and objectives within a government agency, written in article 1 paragraph 2 of the 1945 constitution. In 1962 Harberger stated that a tax burden theory was final by imposing a general consideration, which would be used in international trade. This research uses a qualitative method, namely a research method used to explain an event or social activity. This research aims to understand an event that will be studied in a comprehensive way. A country's income is obtained from its people, it can be seen from the method of tax revenue or some of it comes from the natural wealth of a particular country. Tax has the meaning of handing over property/wealth from a person or organization to a state agency or government of a country. An object of tax collection or receipt is an object that is almost the same as that object. A principle of tax revenue is basically a guideline for aligning government tasks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of social assistance on reducing poverty in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques obtained from BPS. The data analysis technique in this research uses the classic assumption test. The research results show that 1. Poverty in Indonesia from 2015 - 2019 has decreased. 2. Social assistance spending has a negative and not significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia.

Abstract

The mining sector is one of the main commodity sectors in the modern economy. Over the last 5 years, investor interest in investing in the mining sector has increased rapidly. Movements in share prices of mining sector companies are influenced by several factors, including macroeconomics. This research aims to determine, test and analyze the influence of World Gold Prices, Dow Jones Index, World Oil Prices (Brent Crude Oil) on Mining Company IHSG (Empirical Study of Mining Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018 - 2023 Period). The population in this research are all mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2018 – 2023 with a total of 66 companies. Sampling used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique to obtain 37 companies. Secondary data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by SPSS 26 software. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F test and T test. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous), the results showed that World Gold Prices, Dow Jones Index, World Oil Prices (Brent Crude Oil ) has a significant effect on the share prices of mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Research results prove that World Gold Prices, Dow Jones Index, World Oil Prices/Brent Crude Oil have a significant influence on stock prices The results of the T test (partial) show that World Gold Prices, World Oil Prices (Brent Crude Oil) have a positive and significant effect on share prices of mining sector companies, while the Dow Jones Index has no effect on share prices of mining sector companies. The variables World Gold Price, Dow Jones Index, World Oil Price/Brent Crude Oil have an influence of 71.3% on share prices of mining sector companies, while the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research model.
