Avoskin memasarkan produknya melalui website resmi www.avoskinbeauty.com hingga e-commerce besar seperti Shopee, Salah satu taktik ampuh dan taktik sukses untuk mendongkrak penjualan barang atau jasa adalah dengan menggunakan berbagai metode periklanan yang inovatif dan kreatif, seperti​​​ salah satu cara untuk mendongkrak penjualan barang atau jasa adalah dengan menggunakan berbagai metode periklanan yang inovatif dan kreatif , seperti​ menggunakan celebrity endorse, selain itu dengan adanya internet sebagai alat penelitian layanan yang berharga, muncul bentuk baru yaitu electronic word of mouth. Dengan menggunakan brand image sebagai variabel mediasi, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorse dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut terhadap niat membeli. Studi ini merupakan studi dengan memakai metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, studi ini dilakukan di Kota Malang, akumulasi sampel ditemukan dengan metode non-probability sampling pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel yang dipakai sejumlah 140 responden, uraian data yang dipakai dalam studi ini berupa PLS-SEM menggunakan alat statistik smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil studi ini menunjukan bahwa semua hipotesa berpengaruh relevan dan subtansial.

Abstract

The discourse regarding economic equality in the development of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN), focuses on key aspects such as infrastructure, environmental sustainability, economic regulations, and empowerment of local communities. Through discourse analysis methods, this research explores the narratives and language used by stakeholders regarding IKN projects in the context of infrastructure, environmental sustainability aspects, economic regulations. empowering local communities By analyzing discourse related to the IKN project, this research seeks to provide in-depth insight into how economic equality is integrated into IKN development. The implications of these findings can be used as a guide for planning and implementing similar projects in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine how to optimize the role of LAZISMU Malaysia in supporting the businesses of zakat recipients, as a means to improve the welfare of the mustahik (zakat beneficiaries). This research was a descriptive qualitative study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation review. The research findings concluded that LAZISMU Malaysia has played an active coaching role for small business activities run by zakat recipients. This role is carried out through a mentoring program for mustahik facing difficulties managing their business and capital to increase business income. The steps taken to assist zakat recipients include guidance on managing finances simply by applying an income and expenditure accounting model. Further assistance provided by LAZISMU Malaysia to boost mustahik income involved marketing training in collaboration with Muhammadiyah universities community services in Malaysia. Additionally, LAZISMU Malaysia provides support through the smart display program (arranging business premises) using a modern market approach prioritizing cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and friendliness for all customers. By assisting the businesses of zakat recipients, the mustahik can increase the income generated from the enterprises they run. Abstract

This study explores the relationship between the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security, with user trust, user satisfaction, and intention to continue adopting the use of mobile banking services among users of BNI Mobile Banking. The research sample involves users of BNI Mobile Banking in Kudus Regency, and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondent offline at Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) branch in Kudus. Subsequently, data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Excel and Smart-PLS software. The research findings indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant impact on the intention to adopt mobile banking among users of BNI Mobile Banking. In contrast, perceived security does not have a significant influence on the intention to adopt mobile banking. User satisfaction and user trust also have a positive and significant impact on the intention to adopt mobile banking. Although the perception of ease of use does not significantly affect user satisfaction and user trust, these findings provide valuable insights into understanding the factors influencing the adoption and satisfaction of users in BNI Mobile Banking services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to ascertain the extent to which human resource development influences employee performance at PUSLATBANG PKASN LAN. In this research, data gathered via staff questionnaire distribution at PUSLATBANG PKASN LAN were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. This research used the T-test, coefficient of determination, multicollinearity, linearity, heteroscedasticity, validity, reliability, and normality tests. In addition, this study demonstrates how employee performance is impacted by human resource development. Employee performance is significantly impacted by human resource development, according to study supported by the SPSS 24 program. This is shown by the t test findings, which show that variable x affects variable y as the computed t value is higher than the t table (2.970 > 1.697).

Abstract

This research examines and analyses the influence of solvency, profitability, and Murabaha financing on financial performance with green banking as moderation. Financial performance is measured using a combined SCnP model. The data is from a purposive sampling of all BUS registered in OJK during 2018-2022. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS via Warp PLS v 7.0. The research output shows that all of the independent variables, only solvency, have positively influenced financial performance. The moderating variable green banking can strengthen the influence of solvency and Murabaha financing on financial performance but cannot strengthen the influence of profitability on financial performance.

Abstract

Insurance plays an important role, because it will provide protection against losses that will occur, insurance provides a huge boost to other economic developments. Unfortunately, in practice, legal protection for insurance policy holders is less protected. The problem that policyholders always experience is the difficulty of obtaining compensation payments when an event occurs. The reason why policies are not paid by insurance companies is because of the lack of knowledge of the public itself, as well as because insurance agents do not provide clear information. Factors causing non-payment of insurance claims are the failure to implement insurance principles by insurance companies or the public. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method using a basic approach and legal norms in laws and regulations and uses a descriptive method to try to explain solutions to existing problems based on data. The form of protection guaranteed in Law no. 22 of 2009 regarding passengers, namely in articles 186 and article 191 which mention protection, protection in the form of people/or goods. And if an accident occurs and results in injury or death, the legal consequences for public transportation companies are regulated by Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning road traffic and transportation in article 192 which states that public transportation companies are responsible for losses suffered by passengers who die or are injured as a result of transportation operations, unless caused by an incident that cannot be prevented or avoided or because of the Passenger's fault.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of 4 dimensions of customer value, namely emotional value, social value, performance value and price value on customer satisfaction at the Saoenk Kito Jambi restaurant. This research uses primary data. In this research data collection technique, a survey technique was used using a questionnaire instrument. The population in this research is all customers who have made transactions at the Saoenk Kito restaurant in Jambi with a sample of 100 respondents. In this research, the measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 2.6 software. The conclusion results of this research show that partially 3 dimensions of customer value, namely emotional value, performance value and price value, have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at the Saoenk Kito Jambi restaurant, 1 dimension of customer value, namely social value, partially has no positive effect on customer satisfaction. The variables emotional value, social value, performance value and price value simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between inflation, unemployment rate, poverty rate and economic growth in East Java province. The introductory chapter focuses on the economic challenges of developing countries, particularly those related to poverty, inflation, and economic growth. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with hypothesis testing using t-values. Data for his seven cities/districts in East Java province were collected by the Central Bureau of Statistics from 2012 to 2022. The results of classical assumption testing indicate that the data are normally distributed, with no multicollinearity, autocorrelation, or heteroscedasticity. The results of the hypothetical analysis show that inflation has no significant impact on poverty, but unemployment has a significant negative impact. Inflation does not have a direct impact on economic growth, but unemployment rate has a negative impact on economic growth. Poverty level does not have a significant impact on economic growth. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of controlling the unemployment rate to reduce poverty and improve economic growth in East Java. Although inflation does not have a direct impact on economic growth, its stability is still important. Suggestions for further research include considering additional variables and gaining a deeper understanding of regional economic dynamics.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer knowledge and behavior in choosing student savings at BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng, Cukir Cash Service Office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The population of research subjects was 244 people with a total sample of 82 respondents using the Slovin sample. The type of research is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability, Simple Linear Regression Test, Significant Test (t), and coefficient of determination (R2) using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 21 program. The results of this study show that customer knowledge has no effect significant impact on decisions, while behavior has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions.
