Abstract

This research aims to analyze the work behavior of employees at the East Telukjambe Sub-district Office, Karawang Regency, based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2022. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on seven indicators of employee behavior, namely Service Orientation, Accountability, Competence, Harmony, Loyalty, Adaptability, and Collaboration. Informants in this study consist of the Sub-district Head, staff members, and the community. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with respondents, while secondary data were obtained from related literature and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the East Telukjambe Sub-district Office shows positive performance in all the examined indicators of employee behavior. Measures such as clear service policies, employee training, participatory performance evaluation systems, and promotion of collaboration among employees have been taken to strengthen this performance.

Abstract

The significant increase in the hybrid work scheme trend post-Covid-19 pandemic has become a major concern for many companies, including PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara. Challenges arise when not all companies have proper management in responding to this work arrangement trend. Therefore, this research aims to assist PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara, a startup company in the FMCG industry in Indonesia, in analyzing, evaluating, and redesigning the hybrid work policy. The research method used is qualitative research, which will delve deeper into the components of the hybrid work scheme such as working hours, work flexibility, work environment, and information technology. This research is continued through 4 stages of designing the hybrid work scheme, namely mapping, layering, profiling, and transforming, which ultimately formulated into a policy strategy. Data collection techniques include interviews with internal and external company stakeholders, participatory observation, and documentation studies from primary and secondary sources. The results of this research present analysis, evaluation, and proposals for redesigning the hybrid work scheme based on the perspectives of policy makers, policy managers, and policy recipients that have been adjusted to various applicable regulations. The resulting scheme design consists of policy proposals and documented steps.

Abstract

Amidst the current period of globalization, the fashion industry is undergoing substantial expansion, particularly in Karawang Regency. Bekasansaja, situated in Jalitri Karawang, is a thriving fashion thrift store that has gained popularity among youngsters in the area. Bekasansaja stands out by offering material that captivates consumer attention. The objective of this study is to assess the presentation of tripping advertisements on Instagram, analyze sales promotion strategies for preloved products, identify obstacles in promoting preloved products and propose solutions to overcome them. Additionally, the study aims to investigate the reasons behind selecting the Instagram Feeds and Insta Story features as the primary focus. This research aims to enhance the comprehension of other researchers regarding the promotion of preloved products using Instagram, and to enhance the advancement of promotion techniques for Bekasansaja products.The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a content analysis technique. This involved doing observations, interviews, document analysis, and studying relevant literature.This research focuses on the proprietors and customers of Bekasansaja.The research findings indicate that the @Bekasansaja account utilizes Instagram's Feeds and Insta Story functionalities to promote their sales promotions, employing discounts as a primary strategy. Nevertheless, the primary impediment frequently encountered is a modification in the Instagram algorithm. In order to address this issue, Bekasansaja frequently leverages the personal accounts of their friends who operate shops to enhance the visibility of their brand.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the difference in how effective and efficient the application is in managing the financial statements of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative, before and after using through the Financial Administration Information System (SiAKU) application. Through the Si AKU application, experts provide comprehensive updates and settings to make it easier for Candirejo city tourists to help record visit packages. Candirejo tourism village is a tourism located in Candirejo Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. This study used quantitative procedures with data collection strategies through convenience surveys to obtain satisfaction fulfillment scores. This study uses quantitative methods that explain the differences between variables. This study used a sample of 10 respondents from employees of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative through the interview method and the Paired T-Test stage with an alpha of 5%. The results of this test show that there are differences between effectiveness and efficient variables in managing the time of making financial statements at the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative.

Abstract

The motivation behind this study is to examine the possible piece of visit bundles for age z in light of a legitimate concern for instructive the travel industry by considering the purposes behind picking vacationer locations. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology that gets information through the dispersion of online surveys including age z to decide the impact of every part. This shows that age z has an interest in chatting with visit bundles in towns that teach age z, so the Candirejo The travel industry village Agreeable should deal with the accessible visit bundles well in order to welcome youthful vacationers to visit and need to learn new societies in the town. Candirejo the travel industry town is a travel industry situated in Candirejo Village, Borobudur Locale, Magelang Rule, Focal Java Region. The consequences of this study got information, among others: 1) visit bundle factors influence the interest and choice to visit z-type travelers to foster information, 2) the travel industry interest factors and vacationer visits decidedly affect visit bundles, with additional interest and visiting choices of sightseers to visit Candirejo The travel industry village, and 3) together there is a positive and huge impact on every variable to impact choice to visit Candirejo The travel industry village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, organizational culture, and Islamic work ethics on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia Hasanudin Jakarta branch. The method used is quantitative method and causal associative approach, namely to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 21. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was obtained from observations made by the author while carrying out field work practices for one month, followed by interviewing one of the employees, and distributing questionnaires related to the research topic to all employees with a saturated sample technique of 40 respondents. Secondary data collection is obtained from literature studies and documentation related to the research topic. The results of this study are partially work environment and organizational culture have no significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partially Islamic work ethics has a significant effect on employee performance. Then, simultaneously work environment, organizational culture, and Islamic work ethics have a significant effect on employee performance at BSI KC. Jakarta Hasanudin..

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial attitude variables, self-control and self-reward on financial management. Furthermore, this research also aims to identify the factors that have the greatest effect on financial management. This study used a verifiative descriptive method. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and uses the Slovin formula. The study was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 100 Generation Z respondents in West Telukjambe District. Data analysis techniques use path analysis and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed a positive correlation between variables X1 and X2, X1 and X3, and X2 and X3. Partially, financial attitudes have a positive and significant influence on financial management. Self-control has a positive and partially significant effect on financial management, while self-reward has a partial negative and significant effect on financial management. Then, variables such as financial attitude, self-control and self-reward also has a significant simultaneously on financial management.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Muslim micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector apply Islamic business ethics. This research uses qualitative methods, especially descriptive with field studies. Data was collected through observations, books, journals and websites. The research results show that only three to four principles of Islamic business ethics are applied to Muslim MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Hamparan Perak, while several other principles have not been implemented because economic actors do not understand Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of employer branding on intention to apply at PT X. This influence is measured through employee and prospective employee perceptions of the company's image as an attractive place to work. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents consisted of the audience of PT X is employer branding Instagram account called @kerjamensks. The research results show that employer branding has a positive effect on intention to apply, where positive perceptions of the company's image increase prospective employees' interest in applying for jobs. These findings have the implication that a company's efforts to build a positive image as a workplace can influence prospective employees' decisions to join the company. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to improve their employer branding strategies in order to attract and retain quality human resources.
