Abstract

Sharia investment products is considered a key determinant in shaping University Student’s Investment Decisions among Muslim investors. A comprehensive understanding of the concepts, types, and characteristics of Sharia-compliant investments can significantly influence an individual's propensity to invest in accordance with Islamic principles. The purpose of this study aims to investigating the impact of Sharia investment product knowledge and religiosity on university students' Investment Decisions, with financial literacy serving as a moderator. The present study will employ a quantitative approach using a survey method. The data collection process will involve administering the questionnaire to the purposively selected sample Students, either through an online survey or in-person distribution on campus. The hypothesis is tested using version 3.37 of the Smart PLS program. The results showed that the Product Knowledge and Religiosity variables did not affect Investment Decisions. Meanwhile, Financial Literacy affects Investment Decisions. Financial Literacy is a moderating variable that only moderates the effect of Religiosity on Investment Decisions. As for the impact of Product Knowledge on Investment Decisions, it cannot moderate the effect of Religiosity on Investment Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of company size and level of education as well as providing information and outreach to MSME players on the preparation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The data used is primary data collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This research was carried out in Nogotirto Village, Sleman Regency involving 275 MSMEs registered with the Trade, Operations and Cooperative SMEs Service. The sample was selected using a random sampling technique and calculated using the Slovin formula, so that 74 MSME actors were obtained as a sample. The data analysis techniques used include classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The research results show that business size and education level do not have a simultaneous influence on MSMEs' understanding of preparing financial reports according to SAK EMKM. However, providing information and outreach has been proven to have a significant positive impact. The implication of these findings is that it is important for MSME players to continue to gain knowledge through relevant information, outreach and training.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the development of Islamic boarding school-based productive waqf, reviewed using a SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods in the form of interviews with informants, direct observation at the Albinaa Islamic boarding school, and study of related literature. The research results showed that in terms of strength, the development of Albinaa's productive waqf has been good considering that at the age of three years Bina Enterprise already has various business units such as: Al Binaa Shop, Bina Resto, Bina Tour, Binaa Food Online, "Asshafa" Beverage Products, School Canteen , Manna Bakery, Al Binaa Inn, Al Bina Farm, Binaa Mart and Bina Finance, Barbershop. In terms of weaknesses, Albinaa does not yet have human resources who are experts in the required fields, there are differences in viewpoints from the management due to obstructive policies, support in developing productive waqf is still lacking. In terms of opportunities, Albinaa has a very large number of students, guardians of students, congregations who have great potential to become customers of Albinaa products. In terms of threats, Albinaa's competitiveness is not yet strong against foreign brands that have already entered the market and are already well established.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the costs of education funds at Dana Cita, Pelita Bangsa University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with Dana Cita. The results of this research indicate that the application of funding for education funding is using a qardh ijarah agreement. Talang funds are a form of multi-service transaction through the use of an Ijarah contract which is based on an agreement between the bank and customer financing and requires customer financing to pay off debts and obligations. This educational savings fund product is a product that makes things easier for customers, where this product is a solution for customers who have difficulty paying fees for their children to continue their studies or complete their studies.

Abstract

The primary function of management in an organization is to oversee and control the organizational structure according to the company's objectives. It involves supporting managers in their supervision and selection of personnel, facilitating efficient decision-making processes, and ensuring overall organizational orderliness. Nevertheless, the progress in developing the function of human resources is hindered by the insufficient ability of human resources to quickly adapt to technology. The objective of this essay is to determine the methodology of discovering The significance of Human Resource Management in enhancing employee performance from an Islamic standpoint. The research was conducted in a descriptive manner, utilizing literature studies and discussing the findings of earlier research. The findings of this study highlight that the objective of human resource management is to mitigate a range of unwanted outcomes, including the recruitment of unsuitable candidates, excessive employee turnover, suboptimal work performance, unproductive interviews, and other related issues. Another issue that negatively impacts the organization is that human resource management promotes a religious ideology that centers around Islamic beliefs. This implies that the objective of human resource management should be to align with the purpose of human existence, which is to consistently acknowledge and incorporate God in all aspects of one's life.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find answers regarding the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bahtera Adi Jaya during the period 2018-2022, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative associative approach. The study took place at PT Bahtera Adi Jaya with a sample size of 60 employees, determined through a non-probability sampling technique known as saturation sampling. The data used were primary data collected through observation, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that: 1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Bahtera Adi Jaya employees, with a calculated t-value of 2.036 > the tabulated t-value of 2.002, and a significance value of 0.046 < 0.05. 2) Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bahtera Adi Jaya, with a calculated t-value of 2.280 > the tabulated t-value of 2.002, and a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. 3) Motivation and work discipline, when considered simultaneously, had a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT Bahtera Adi Jaya employees, with a calculated F-value of 6.837 > the tabulated F-value of 3.16, and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination was 19.3%, indicating that the remaining percentage was influenced by other variables not covered in the study.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market has attractive investment potential for investors. Therefore, investors need to understand stock price information, including fundamental analysis (ROE, DER, EPS) and systematic risk that occurs from outside the company (beta), before deciding to buy or sell shares of a stock. The differences between theory and current phenomena are blurring further research. The formulation of the problem is to find out whether there is any influence of fundamental analysis (ROE, DER, and EPS as well as BETA systematic risk) which can influence the share price of a company. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data used is secondary data such as company securities reports. This population includes all companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic index (JII) in 2020 - 2022. From these findings, we can conclude that in some cases only ROE and EPS affect share prices. Meanwhile, DER and systematic risk (BETA) have no effect on share prices

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp. Panyabungan Mandailing Natal. The implementation of GCG is very important for Islamic banks to ensure transparent, accountable, responsible, independent, and fair operations, in accordance with sharia principles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, involving interviews with bank staff and direct observation at the research location. The results showed that Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp. Panyabungan has implemented GCG principles well. Transparency is evident from the disclosure of accurate and timely information. Accountability is realized through the supervision and accountability of the board of commissioners and directors. The bank complies with laws and regulations and sharia principles as part of its responsibility. Independence is achieved through decision-making that is free from external pressure, while fairness is reflected in fair treatment to all stakeholders. Although the results show good GCG implementation, there is a need to continue strengthening GCG implementation to maintain the integrity and sustainability of the bank in the long run.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology requires corporate organisations to be able to compete for the continuity of the company's operations. Reliable and qualified human resources are needed in carrying out company operations. It will be very difficult for companies to achieve targets and goals and win business competition, if not supported by employees who have high loyalty. Loyalty is an employee's loyal attitude towards the company where he works to maintain or protect the company and make optimal contributions for the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi both partially and simultaneously. This study uses associative research with quantitative research methods. The sampling technique uses the slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%. The data collection technique used a questionnaire as many as 100 respondents of Bhakti Husada Cikarang Bekasi Hospital employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 statistical analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi by looking at the t test results obtained t count 5.692> t table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi by looking at the t test results obtained t count 8.206> t table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. Compensation and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Bhakti Husada Hospital Cikarang Bekasi by looking at the results of the F test obtained F count 38.613> F table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05

Abstract

ABSTRACT In buying and selling, we know that in addition to the products that are assessed, there are other factors that are very important, especially in the current Digital Era. This is because all access is easily accessible. These factors are Word Of Mouth and Online Review. Where both have an influence on consumers when they want to know the product and buy it, including for Camille Beauty Products. In this study, a quantitative type is used with the location of consumers in the community of Malang City. From the results of the analysis above, the results were obtained that 1) The influence of word of mouth (X1) on consumer buying interest (Y). According to the calculations, the inner model states that word of mouth has no influence on consumer buying interest. This statement can be seen in the test results using a path coefficient of 0.105, and a T-statistic of 1.609, the result is smaller than the T-table, which is 1.96, with a P-value of 0.111, this value is greater than 0.05. This states that word of mouth does not have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in Camille Beauty in the city of Malang. 2) The effect of online reviews (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y). Based on the results of the online review variable test on consumer buying interest in Camille Beauty in Malang City, a parameter coefficient value of 0.100 was obtained, while a P-Value of 0.359 was obtained less than 0.05 and a t-statistical value of 0.921 or less than 1.96. So it can be stated that online reviews do not have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in Camille Beauty in the city of Malang. 3) The effect of word of mouth (X1) on consumer buying interest (Y) through customer satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable. The results of the hypothesis test of the word of mouth variable on buying interest through customer satisfaction were stated by the results obtained, namely the result of the parameter coefficient of 0.405, while the P-value of 0.000 was less than 0.05 and the t-statistical value of 4.741 was greater than 1.96, so from the results it can be concluded that the word of mouth variable can affect buying interest through customer satisfaction. 4) The effect of online review (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y) through customer satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable The results of the hypothesis test of the online review variable on buying interest through customer satisfaction were stated with the result of a parameter coefficient of 0.147 with a P-value of 0.004 smaller than 0.05 and a T-statistical value of 2.990 greater than 1.96. This shows that the variable of online reviews can affect buying interest through customer satisfaction. So that the indirect relationship (through mediation) in the online review variable between consumer buying interest and customer satisfaction has a mediation effect. ABSTRAK Dalam jual beli kita mengetahui bahwa selain produk yang dinilai, ada faktor lainnya yang sangat penting terutama di Era Digital saat ini. Hal ini dikarenakan semua akses mudah dijangkau. Faktor tersebut adalah Word Of Mouth dan Online Review. Dimana kedua tersebut memiliki dampak bagi konsumen saat ingin mengetahui produk dan membeli tersebut termasuk bagi Produk Camille Beauty. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan jenis Kuantitatif dengan lokasi konsumen di masyarakat Kota Malang. Dari hasil analisis diatas didapatkan hasil bahwa 1) Dampak word of mouth (X1) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y). Menurut perhitungan inner model menyatakan bahwa word of mouth tidak memiliki dampak pada minat beli konsumen. Pernyataan ini dapat dilihat pada hasil pengujian menggunakan path coefficient sebesar 0,105, dan T-statistic sebesar 1,609 hasil tersebut lebih kecil dari pada T-tabel yakni 1,96, dengan nilai P-value sebesar 0,111 nilai ini lebih besar dari 0,05. Hal ini menyatakan jika word of mouth tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Camille Beauty di kota Malang. 2) Dampak online review (X2) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji variabel online review terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Camille Beauty di kota malang diperoleh nilai koefisien parameter 0,100 sedangkan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,359 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t-statistik didapatkan 0,921 atau lebih kecil dari 1,96. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa online review tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Camille Beauty di kota Malang. 3) Dampak word of mouth (X1) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) melalui customer satisfaction (Z) sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil uji hipotesis variabel word of mouth terhadap minat beli melalui customer satisfaction dinyatakan dengan hasil yang diperoleh yakni hasil koefisien parameter sebesar 0,405, sedangkan P-value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 4,741 lebih besar dari 1,96 maka dari hasil itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel word of mouth dapat memdampaki minat beli melalui customer satisfaction. 4) Dampak online review (X2) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) melalui custumer satisfaction (Z) sebagai variabel intervening Hasil uji hipotesis variabel online review terhadap minat beli melalui customer satisfaction dinyatakan dengan hasil koefisien parameter 0.147 dengan P-value sebesar 0.004 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 dan nilai T-statistik sebesar 2,990 lebih besar dari 1,96. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel online review dapat memdampaki minat beli melalui customer satisfaction. Sehingga hubungan tidak langsung (melalui mediasi) pada variabel online review antara minat beli konsumen terhadap customer satisfaction terdapat efek mediasi.
