Abstract

The background of the problem of this research is a comparison of the quality of service received by customers using the Pegadaian Syariah Digital application and manually at Pegadaian Syariah Kusumanegara Branch Yogyakarta. Customers predominantly use the manual system rather than using the Pegadaian Syariah Digital application, because the system often errors and transaction failures occur. The Pegadaian Syariah Digital application is expected to help customers make smartphone transactions without having to make transactions manually. With this Digital Sharia Pegadaian application, it can meet the needs of customers when transacting without directly attending the Sharia Pegadaian and this application has various features that will be selected when transacting. The formulation of the problem of this study is whether there are differences in service quality for customers using digital and manual sharia pawnshop applications. This research is quantitative research, this type of research is also comparative analysis research, the data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a total sample size of 100 samples which are divided into 50 samples for digital sharia pawnshops and 50 samples for manual ones. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, mann whitney test, and homogeneity test. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is no significant difference between digital and manual pawnshops.

Abstract

Development of Technology Over the past few years, technology has advanced rapidly and will continue to do so indefinitely. In Indonesia today, online shopping has emerged as a trend and option for acquiring a wide range of desired goods. This study aims to determine how free delivery, limits, and online customer surveys influence purchase decisions on the Tiktokshop Commercial center. Comparative causality is used in this study. This study uses a type of quantitative data because the presented data are related to numbers or scoring. Customers who use TikTok Shop are the focus of this study. Subsequently, the plan of this study utilizes a quantitative methodology, utilizes a coincidental examining technique, and afterward utilizes a non-likelihood testing strategy to make a populace and an example. The study reveals that TikTok Shop purchase decisions are influenced simultaneously by free shipping, discounts, and online customer reviews. The connection between free transportation, limits and online client audits is at the same time sure, intending that in the event that the general factors of free delivery, limits and picture are improved, the buy choice will increment.

Abstract

Islamic financial institution BMT (Baitul Maal wat Tamwil) develops a range of solutions to address the intricate requirements of its clients. The contract, or akad, is an essential document in muamalah transactions since it sets forth the rights and responsibilities of the parties involved. So, Islamic financial institutions, especially BMT, need to innovate, be progressive, and dynamic by upgrading their muamalah contracts so they can compete with mainstream financial institutions' goods. The use of hybrid contracts to fund savings products is one example of this kind of innovation. Therefore, the author is keen to investigate whether or not BMT UGT Nusantara Branch Kencong's contracts are legitimate. The researchers at BMT UGT Nusantara Branch Kencong set out to learn more about hybrid contracts, which include more than one contract. In order to bring theory and practice into harmony, this study employs a qualitative methodology that combines primary and field data. Scholars approve of these hybrid contracts, according to the results, provided they don't go against Sharia norms and principles. To prevent unfair treatment of individuals, these hybrid contracts aim to define rights and responsibilities more precisely. It follows that purchasing MJB items via hybrid contracts at BMT Nusantara Branch Kencong is lawful and in accordance with Sharia law. In addition, both BMT and its clients may benefit from muamalah via these hybrid contracts.

Abstract

Islamic investment has become an attractive choice for Indonesian society looking to grow their funds while adhering to Islamic law. BSI Kencong, part of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), offers the Cilem investment product designed to meet these needs. This research aims to identify the factors influencing public interest in investing in Cilem at BSI Kencong. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing literature review and customer testimonial analysis. Data was gathered from various sources, including official BSI publications, Islamic investment literature, and customer reviews. The findings reveal several key factors driving public interest in Cilem investments. Firstly, the competitive profit potential is a major attraction, supported by expertise in investment management and diversification across safe Sharia-compliant instruments. Secondly, the security and trust provided by BSI Kencong, overseen by the Financial Services Authority and the National Sharia Board of MUI, instill confidence in customers. Thirdly, adherence to Islamic principles is crucial, evidenced by Sharia certification from the National Sharia Board of MUI. Additionally, ease of access and transactions play a significant role. BSI Kencong offers various channels including branches, the BSI Mobile app, website, and agents, enhancing customer convenience. Friendly and professional service from BSI Kencong staff adds to customer comfort and satisfaction. Active promotion and education efforts by BSI Kencong increase public awareness and understanding of Cilem products. Positive testimonials from investors demonstrate real benefits, encouraging prospective customers to participate. Lastly, the desire to support the growth of Islamic economy in Indonesia further strengthens public interest in Cilem investments. In conclusion, the combination of factors such as profit potential, security and trust, Sharia compliance, ease of access, professional service, promotion and education, positive testimonials, and support for Islamic economy collectively create a compelling attraction for the public to invest in Cilem products through BSI Kencong.

Abstract

This research aims to determine discrepancies in financial reporting of zakat under PSAK No. 109 compared to the SIMBA application and the implementation of zakat accounting at BAZNAS Kabupaten Jember. The research method used is qualitative, specifically a case study approach. Data were obtained from relevant institutional documents related to the research issue and through interviews with treasurers and amils responsible for BAZNAS fund distribution in Kabupaten Jember. The findings reveal that discrepancies exist in financial information at BAZNAS between the physical financial report recordings and the financial reports in the SIMBA application. These discrepancies are attributed to negligence on the part of BAZNAS staff in accurately inputting data into the SIMBA application and the loss of zakat distribution reports. Consequently, there are inconsistencies between the financial information recorded in the zakat distribution financial statements and the information in the SIMBA application. To address these discrepancies, BAZNAS managers or amils adjust the financial reports of zakat fund distributions in the SIMBA application. However, as of May 2023, the financial reports of zakat distribution in SIMBA and the physical record keeping still do not match. This is due to the lack of re-recording or adjustment journal entries, exacerbated by a reshuffle in the BAZNAS Jember management.

Abstract

This research began with the issue of national health insurance contributions which basically became a polemic in society regarding obtaining health insurance by the Government in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Health is an important aspect in fulfilling human rights and is a benchmark. welfare in society.The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of contributionsSocial Security AdministratorHealth from the Maqashid Sharia Perspective. To analyze Maqasid Syariah's views on the increase in contributions for health insurance. To analyze Moaqasid Syariah's views on the implementation of standard inpatient rooms. Object of researchSocial Security AdministratorHealth, this type of research is normative qualitative, the data source used is secondary data in the form of regulations relating to BPJS Health, fatwas from the ulama council. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis.First research results: Implementation of contributions from the Social Security Administering Agency Health from the Maqasid Syariah perspective is an important effort in realizing a just, equitable and sustainable health system. By continuing to improve efficiency, transparency and service quality, this system can be more effective in achieving the main objectives of Sharia, namely protecting and promoting the welfare of individuals and society as a whole. Second, from the Maqasid Syariah point of view, the increase in contributions in health insurance is acceptable and is even necessary if (1) It is carried out with the principles of justice and solidarity. (2) Increases access and quality of services. (3) Transparency and accountability, (4). Not burdening the underprivileged. Third, from the perspective of Maqasid Syariah, the implementation of inpatient class standards in the Social Security Administering Body supports the main objectives of Sharia in the following way: (1). Increasing Justice and Solidarity, (2). Guaranteeing Mental Health and Safety, (3) Improving Mental and Intellectual Well-being (4). Protecting the Health of Future Generations, (5). Managing Resources Efficiently.

Abstract

The implementation of the electronic identity card (KTP-el) is part of an effort to accelerate and support the accuracy of the population data base in the district/city, province and national population data base. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the electronic identity card policy at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malinau Regency and analyze the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the electronic identity card policy program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malinau Regency. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the Implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (KTP-el) Policy at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Malinau Regency has gone well. However, there are still obstacles in the process of recording and printing KTP-el that need to be overcome. There needs to be additional training and technical guidance to improve the knowledge of the apparatus in carrying out the system and policies that have been set.

Abstract

Students utilize technology to invest which can make it easier for them to access and learn about financial understanding. However, if access to investment is not balanced with an understanding of investment products and their mechanisms in the hope of getting large returns, it will become an opportunity for perpetrators of investment fraud. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy and risk perception among students in Surabaya on preventing illegal investment. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were students who invested and were registered in 14 university investment galleries in Surabaya so that the sample obtained was 100 respondents and used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is by using a questionnaire with Google Form. The results of the research show that financial literacy influences the prevention of illegal investment, risk perception influences the prevention of illegal investment and financial literacy and risk perception simultaneously influence the prevention of illegal investment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable SHORT WAITING TIME, INTERPERSONAL CUMMUNICATION, SERVICE QUALITY , Service quality on patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic. The model of this research was tested on a population of outpatients who had received treatment using a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample size of 389 people in the period 15 November 2023 – 15 February 2024. Data collection was carried out online via a Google Form questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 -5. The analysis method uses the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling based on Partial Least Square) technique using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a significant positive effect between short waiting time and patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic, (2) there is a significant positive effect between interpersonal communication and patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic Poly, (3) there is the influence is not positive and not significant effect between environmentand patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic, (4) there is a significant positive effect between service quality and patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic

Abstract

Account transfer service, known as Banking Channel, is a service provided by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Jember, facilitating payments of Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh through bank account transfers to BAZNAS Jember's designated account. This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of zakat account transfer services or Banking Channel on the satisfaction of muzakki (those who pay zakat) at BAZNAS Jember District. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data collection method involves using questionnaires. Probability sampling is employed for sample selection, and the sample size is determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 94 respondents. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that zakat account transfer services or Banking Channel significantly influence muzakki satisfaction at BAZNAS Jember. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the banking channel service (X) has a positive and significant effect on muzakki satisfaction at BAZNAS Jember (Y), confirming that the hypothesis regarding the banking channel service's impact on muzakki satisfaction at BAZNAS Jember is supported and accepted.
