Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence Endorsements and Advertising Campaigns have on Scarlett Whitening's Brand Image on Instagram Social Media (Study on Scarlett Whitening Bunga Cosmetics Agent, Gorontalo City)." The sampling technique in this research uses non-probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire with a population of Scarlett Whitening Gorontalo Instagram followers, namely 6,525 people. The sample in this research was 98 respondents. The analytical test tool used in testing this research is multiple linear regression. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 22 application. Based on research, the results of multiple regression analysis show that the simultaneous test results of the Endorsement and Advertising Campaign variables have a significant effect on Brand Image. Based on the partial test results, the Endorsement variable does not have a significant effect on Brand Image while the Advertising Campaign variable has a significant effect on Brand Image. The independent variables, namely Endorsement and Advertising Campaign, are able to explain or influence the dependent variable, namely Brand Image, by 69.1%. Meanwhile, the remaining 30.9% is explained by other factors or variables that were not involved in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the development of a learning media in the form of an interactive flipbook that can be used to assist teachers in implementing Islamic Education learning for fourth grade elementary school students. This flipbook is designed in accordance with the Core Competencies, Basic Competencies, and Learning Objectives of the “Merdeka'' Curriculum Grade 4 Elementary School Islamic Education book. The material raised in this flipbook is about emulating morals and internalizing moral principles as exemplified by a religious figure named K.H. Ahmad Dahlan. This research applies an R&D (Research and Development) approach or method with the ADDIE research model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The development technique goes through the stages of needs analysis, design, development, implementation and assessment. The flipbook created has interesting and interactive images that increase students' understanding of the importance of implementing commendable morals in everyday life through a collection of inspiring stories by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan. The subjects in this research were fourth grade students at Babakan Hurip State Elementary School, South Sumedang District, Sumedang City, West Java. Based on the test results, research subjects showed a positive response to the use of flipbooks that had been developed.

Abstract

Consuming coffee has become a lifestyle for people in Indonesia. Nowadays, drinking coffee at outlets is not just a thirst quencher, but it can also be an activity, such as working on assignments, holding meetings with friends or relatives, or just chatting. Starbucks not only offers a coffee experience, but also provides a unique experience that sets it apart from other coffee outlets. They create a different atmosphere by presenting friendly staff and exclusive music that can only be enjoyed at Starbucks. This is what gave birth to the term "Starbucks Experience". This research was conducted to explore how influential Customer Perceived Ethicality, Brand Evangelism, and Brand Passion are on Starbucks Coffee Bandung. The research population was Starbucks Coffee consumers in Bandung City, with 400 respondents taken through distributing online questionnaires through social media. The results showed that brand passion positively and significantly influenced brand evangelism, customer perceived ethicality positively and significantly influenced brand evangelism, customer perceived ethicality positively and significantly influenced the quality of brand passion, and customer perceived ethicality positively and significantly influenced brand evangelism mediated by brand passion.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for organizations that want to remain relevant and competitive in today's digital era. However, in the face of the wide choice of business development strategies available, decision making can become complicated. Therefore, this thesis proposes a systematic and structured approach using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to identify and evaluate the most appropriate business development strategies in the context of digital transformation. This research integrates qualitative and quantitative approaches by utilizing a comprehensive literature review and in-depth AHP analysis. Thus, this thesis not only understands the key factors influencing the success of digital transformation, but also offers a clear framework for measuring and prioritizing alternative strategies. Through the AHP application, various criteria and sub-criteria relevant to digital transformation are identified and ranked according to their importance. The results of this evaluation then provide more focused guidance in selecting business development strategies that can optimize the use of digital technology, minimize risks and achieve long-term business goals. Thus, this thesis not only makes a theoretical contribution to the understanding of digital transformation, but also makes a practical contribution by providing a methodology that can be applied by business leaders and decision makers in guiding business development strategies in this digital era.

Abstract

Teh Poci Franchise is growing to meet the demand of the community. To date, thousands of franchise brands and thousands of stores have spread throughout Indonesia. Pot Tea Franchise entrepreneurs must continue to innovate and improve shortcomings so that customers do not switch to other products because many rivals appear over time. Based on the results of this study, it is found that (1) Geographic segmentation, in its marketing, the products offered are not only spread in the UPN Veteran East Java area but spread in the East Surabaya area as a potential area in targeting the target market to meet consumer wants and needs. (2) Age 15 - 60 years targeting students who need a refreshing cold drink for activities on campus. (3) Teh Poci positions itself compared to other competitors in terms of taste quality and affordable prices. (4) The existence of several dominant teapot franchises around the UPN Veteran East Java campus can show that the teapot franchise is still superior to several existing competitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of information system quality and actual system usage on user satisfaction of the accounting information system at Pt. Bank Sulutgo, Gorontalo City. The type of method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaire surveys and observation. The number of respondents in this study was 60 respondents consisting of AKL, General, Credit, Operations, Funds, Perben at Pt. Bank Sulutgo, Gorontalo City. The tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that 1. The quality of the information system is positive and significant on user satisfaction of the accounting information system at Pt. Bank Sulutgo, Gorontalo City. 2. Actually system usage has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the accounting information system at Pt. Bank Sulutgo, Gorontalo City. 3. Simultaneously, the quality of the information system and actual system usage have a positive effect on user satisfaction of the accounting information system at Pt. Bank Sulutgo Gorontalo City with a determinant value of 73.9% while the remaining 26.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, motivation work behavior, and work engagement on the performance of UD Tiga Putri employees. This study uses quantitative research methods with non-probability sampling methods and total sampling techniques, where the population is all production employees at UD Tiga Putri so that the sample in this study is equal to the total population of 102 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, and f tests with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) tools 25th version. The results of this study prove that self efficacy, motivation work behavior, and work engagement affect the performance of UD Tiga Putri employees both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of consumer knowledge and religiosity on individuals choosing to become clients of Sharia banks, with word of mouth serving as the mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach and purposive sampling techniques, the research focused on 145 respondents, primarily students from Islamic universities in Malang, including State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Islamic University of Malang, and Muhammadiyah University of Malang, who were already clients of Sharia banks. Questionnaire data were distributed and collected via Google Forms. The findings indicated that consumer knowledge alone did not directly influence the decision to become a Sharia bank client; however, it significantly affected word of mouth. Similarly, religiosity demonstrated a comparable impact on word of mouth and the decision to settle as a Sharia bank client. Consumer knowledge significantly influenced the decision to settle as a clientele through the full mediation of word of mouth, whereas religiosity had a significant effect on the decision, partially mediated by word of mouth.

Abstract

The capital market serves as a platform for the trading of long-term financial instruments to businesses or governments seeking funding for expansion and development, particularly in this study, equities (stocks). This research aims to investigate the impact of stock price fluctuations within the energy sub-sector, which is comparatively higher than most other sectors. To achieve this, the researcher utilizes profitability ratios, namely Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS), concerning the stock prices of companies within the energy sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period from 2018 to 2022. This study adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of 74 companies. Multiple Linear Regression is employed as the data analysis technique. Based on the results of the F-test analysis, the computed F-value is 3.962, surpassing the critical F-value of 3.08, indicating that NPM, ROE, and EPS collectively influence the stock prices of the energy sub-sector listed on the BEI from 2018 to 2022. Meanwhile, the t-test results reveal respective t-values for NPM, ROE, and EPS as 1.020, -1.244, and 2.779, against a critical t-value of -1.982 and 1.982. Consequently, only EPS exhibits partial influence on stock prices, whereas NPM and ROE do not exert partial influence on the stock prices of the energy sub-sector listed on the BEI during the period from 2018 to 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of support from superiors and training on the Regional Financial Accounting System in the Agency Gorontalo Province Finance. The type of method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire survey. The number of respondents in this study was 66 respondents consisting of PNS and PTT in the fields of secretariat, revenue and accounting. budget and development of regional finances, assets and treasury. The tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this research, it is known that support from superiors and training have a positive and significant effect on the regional financial accounting system in the Gorontalo Province financial agency.
