Abstract

Penyelesaian tindak pidana dalam sistem peradilan dinilai kaku dan memakan waktu yang lama. Restorative Justice hadir dengan memiliki konsep penyelesaian tindak pidana diluar pengadilan dengan melibatkan pihak-pihak yang berperkara. Dalam hal ini pihak yang bersangkutan adalah korban, keluarga korban, pelaku dan keluarga pelaku. Namun tidak semua tindak pidana bisa selesaikan melalui penyelesaian restorative justice. Kepolisan Republik Indonesia merupakan salah satu lembaga penegak hukum yang diharapkan dapat menjalankan mekanisme restorative justice untuk menegakan keadilan di masyarakat. Dengan demikian maka penyelesaian restorative justice telah berjalan sehingga dapat diukur dari segi efektivitas penyelesaian restorative justice dalam penyelesaian tindak pidana. Penelitian dilakukan di Kepolisian Sektor Lengkong.

Abstract

Talking about women's rights in politics and democracy in Indonesia, it has actually been around for a long time since Indonesia became independent through the provisions of Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution which stipulates that, "All citizens have the same position in law and government and are obliged to uphold the law and that government with no exception " . Women in various parts of regencies / cities in Indonesia strive to fight for their political rights. The concept of women's representation as candidates for DPRD members using affirmative action in the form of a 30% female quota. Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections still takes into account the city that 30% female representation is the requirement to become a candidate for political party election participants by "including at least 30% (thirty percent ) of women's representation in the management of central political parties". In conducting research, the author uses the Juridical Empirical research method, namely a research method also known as field research (Field Research) is a collection of material or research material that must be hunted or hunted by yourself because it is not yet available. Then carried out to the political party faction that sits in the DPRD of the city of Bukittinggi , the General Election Commission and the General Election Supervisory Body of the City of Bukittinggi . With the aim of knowing the concept of women's representation, the obstacles of political parties in the nomination of women's representation and efforts to support the affirmative action concept of women's representation in the Bukittnggi City DPRD . From the research results in the form of interviews, it can be concluded that the lack of support for women affects the quality of women's work in parliament; and the existence of local cultural factors (Minangkabau) is the main obstacle to achieving women's representation in parliament. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara "Megabiodiversity" dengan keanekaragaman hayati yang tinggi. Keanekaragaman hayati Indonesia mendukung perkembangan unsur-unsur tradisional masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga dikenal sebagai budaya. Ada 30.000 spesies tumbuhan di Indonesia dari total 40.000 spesies di dunia. Tanaman ini dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia dalam menunjang kehidupan sehari-hari, salah satunya sebagai obat. Indonesia merupakan negara yang menghasilkan komoditas obat yang cukup potensial, terutama yang berasal dari alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data keanekaragaman jenis tanaman obat dan pemanfaatannya di Kampung Petrus Kafiar, Distrik Manokwari Barat, Kabupaten Manokwari, Papua Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif (survei atau eksplorasi). Pengumpulan data dimulai dengan survei lapangan, inventarisasi, dokumentasi, teknik pengambilan sampel, pembuatan herbarium, identifikasi tanaman. Hasil penelitian di Kampung Petrus Kafiar, Distrik Manokwari Barat, Kabupaten Manokwari, Papua Barat, ditemukan 20 jenis tanaman obat tradisional. Tanaman obat digunakan sebagai obat tradisional sebagai upaya pencegahan, promotif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif. Tanaman obat ini digunakan untuk berbagai penyakit seperti demam, hipertensi, diabetes, diare, gangguan pencernaan dll. Bagian tanaman yang digunakan sebagai obat adalah daun buah, kulit kayu, rimpang akar, bumbu dan batang.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakekatnya merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran yang baik agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya. Salah satu komponen pendidikan adalah pendidikan jasmani atau PJOK. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskritif kualitatif, merupakan penelitian yang menjelaskan atau mengungkapkan data yang dikumpulkan sehingga dapat menggambarkan secara kompleks tentang suatu fenomena (Creswell .2010). terdiri atas tiga tahapan , yaitu tahap pralapangan,tahap pekerja lapangan ,dan tahap analisis data. Pada bab ini peneliti akan menguraikan tentang temuan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di SD YPK 19 Firdaus Arowi Manokwari. Kesulitan Guru PJOK di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di SD YPK 19 Firdaus Arowi. Kesulitan yang biasa di alami guru dalam pembelajaran adalah kesulitan dalam mengajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan jenis - jenis kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soa cerita operasi hitung bilangan bulat berdasarkan analisis kesalahan Newman. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode tes tertulis, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subje penelitian di ambil 6 siswa dari 30 siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri Katolik Villanova. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa jenis kesalahan yang paling sering dilakukan adalah kesalahan transformasi yaitu sebanyak 25 kali kesalahan, kedua kesalahan memahami sebanyak 20 kali kesalahan, ketiga adalah kesalahan ketrampilan proses dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban akhir yaitu sebanyak 19 kali kesalahan, dan yang terakhir adalah kesalahan. Faktor penyebab kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika pada materi opersi hitung bilangan bulat yaitu: (1) Kesalahan membaca soal (Reading Error), (2) Kesalahan pada tahapan memahami masalah (comprehension), (3) kesalahan pada tahapan transformasi (transformation), (4) Kesalahan kemampuan proses (Process Skills), (5) Kesalahan penulisan jawaban akhir (endcoding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication carried out by dai in moral development in Deisa Puilaui, Puilaui Sub-district Hall, Many Kabuipatein Aceih singkil, besides that this study is also to find out the morals of the community before the dai who preach in the area. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. With five informants consisting of the Village Head, Dai who preaches, and the community. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research conducted in this study are that the morals of the people in the area before the arrival of the dai were good enough. This is because there is an institution that regulates every movement and problem that occurs in the community, namely the Customary Institution. The institution helps every behavioral development of its community to have good morals and in accordance with Islamic teachings. Customary institutions also teach some Islamic religious teachings such as speaking good words and teaching them to do good deeds. With the existence of this institution, it is able to control every behavior of its community to have Islamic morals. Compared to other regions, the area of Pulau Balai Village, Pulau Besar District, Aceh Singkil Regency has a high level of Islamic community compared to others. To improve morals in the community, dai use interpersonal communication that is useful to improve morals in the community. Interpersonal communication is used to preach to the community by teaching them the teachings of Islam. Dai collaborates with existing institutions to improve the morals of the community. In addition, the preachers also carry out religious activities by inviting the community to follow every activity carried out such as recitation and other religious learning programs. The level of effectiveness of the use of interpersonal communication in improving community morals has a high intensity of 95%. This success can be seen in the better behavior of the community. The community began to diligently carry out congregational prayers, participate in religious studies such as the recitation of social gathering mothers, and reciting. This proves that interpersonal communication carried out can influence people's personalities to have good morals.

Abstract

This article discusses the improvisation of progressions and modern piano playing techniques in the song Balonku. The song Balonku is the work of A.T Mahmud (alm.) which was created in 1963. He is a maestro of Indonesian children's songs. He has composed many very educational children's songs. The owner of the full name Abdullah Totong Mahmud often appears on the Ayo Singnya program on the Indonesian television station, TVRI. This Indonesian culturalist has even been given the Parama Dharma Cultural Star Honor for his services in popularizing children's songs. My Balloon Song has the meaning of educating to learn from a loss and take good care of it so as not to lose again. The method approach used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through youtube observation (https://youtu.be/VfPX6VGsa9g), literature studies, and documentation. The results of this research will show the work in a performance form of presentation of the song.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian kota terutama dalam menunjang pendapatan asli daerah. Keputusan berlokasi oleh UMKM berhubungan dengan karakteristik ruas jalan karena UMKM membutuhkan aksesibilitas dan visibilitas tinggi untuk menunjang kegiatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan konektivitas dan integritas yang berasal dari teknik Space Syntax untuk menilai jaringan jalan di Kota Depok. Meningkatnya mobilitas seiring bertambahnya jumlah UMKM pada suatu lokasi mengindikasikan karakteristik dan perkembangan pada UMKM. Ketidaksesuaian lokasi UMKM dapat menjadi hambatan baik pada aksesibilitas maupun perkembangan UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik berlokasi UMKM di Kota Depok dengan konektivitas dan integritas jaringan jalan di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, data instansi dan observasi yang dianalisis dengan teknik Analisis Space Syntax, Analisis Superimpose dan Analisis Deskriptif Spasial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di Kota Depok dengan dominasi jenis usaha kuliner memiliki pola beragam pada level kecamatan, seperti pola tersebar, acak dan mengelompok. Analisis jaringan jalan menunjukkan ruas jalan di Kota Depok memiliki konektivitas yang sama, yaitu rendah. Sementara Integritas didominasi oleh nilai tinggi pada lebih dari 80% wilayah. Analisis superimpose menunjukkan tidak ada kesimpulan hubungan yang dapat ditarik pada karakteristik konektivitas, karena seluruh wilayah memiliki konektivitas sama namun memiliki pola sebaran yang beragam. Sementara, karakteristik integritas menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 kecamatan dengan pola mengumpul yang berada pada wilayah dengan integritas tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas VII Mts Luqmanul Hakim Hidayatullah Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi yang melibatkan satu kelas. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII Mts Luqmanul Hakim Hidayatullah yang berjumlah 127 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertutup. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan uji prasyarat analisis. Hasil penelitian pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar Hal ini ditunjukkan dari besarnya nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,462>0,413). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas VII Mts Luqmanul Hakim Hidayatullah Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 memiliki hubungan yang signifikan.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the era of Industry 4.0 has had a great influence on the teaching and learning process, This research is part of a series of classroom action research (three cycles) whose main focus is to identify the effectiveness of using web blogs in English language learning to improve students' ability to understand English texts. The description in this section is divided into two parts, namely the first part reveals research findings based on a comparison of data distribution and t-tests. While the second part is focused on discussing the relationship between the results of this research with related theories or previous research.
