Abstract

The number of MSME players who market their products using traditional methods and MSME players in sila are still lacking in integrating Islamic economic principles in implementing digital marketing such as honesty, social justice, and gharar in online transactions which make it difficult for MSME players to reach a wider market. So this research aims to find out the Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Marketing Strategy to Increase the Competitiveness of Fashion MSMEs in Sila Islamic Economic Perspective. This research will be conducted in Sila, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses Qualitative Research with a Descriptive Approach. Data Collection Techniques are Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data Analysis Techniques are Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the results of this study, Digital marketing has proven to be an effective tool to increase the competitiveness of fashion MSMEs in Sila, both in terms of increasing sales, brand awareness, and market reach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of occupational safety and health (K3) and training on employee performance at PT. Kemuning Nusa Indah. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 93 employees of PT. Kemuning Nusa Indah. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that K3 has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.371> 1.987 t table and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, and training has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 6.276> 1.987 t table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, K3 and training also have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F of 189.783> 3.10 F table. Occupational safety and health (K3) and training influence employee performance by 80.8%, while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by other factors that researchers did not examine.

Abstract

This study analyzes the business strategy of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Ultrajaya is a market leader in the Indonesian dairy industry, holding a 36% market share in UHT milk. This study examines external and internal factors influencing the company's strategic decisions. The results indicate that Ultrajaya needs to focus on market penetration and product development to maintain its competitive edge amid growing competition from both local and international brands. Additionally, the company must address financial challenges while leveraging its strong distribution network and strong brand awareness to retain its leadership position in the market. The analysis is further enriched by financial and operational insights from the company’s 2023 annual report, highlighting key aspects such as revenue growth, investment strategies, and risk management initiatives

Abstract

Infrastructure development is one of the government's main strategies for promoting national economic growth, improving regional connectivity, and accelerating the distribution of goods and services. One form of infrastructure development that continues to be developed is toll roads. However, this development also has a significant impact on the community, especially vulnerable groups such as farmers. Demung village, located in Besuki sub-district, is one of the areas directly affected by the toll road construction project. Farmers are also a group of people who are highly dependent on land availability and environmental conditions, and are experiencing changes in social and economic aspects. The conversion of agricultural land into toll road construction areas, changes in production patterns, and shifts in social structure are issues that need attention...The impact is seen not only in accessibility, but also in the social and economic conditions of farmers. These changes include land relocation, patterns of social interaction. with the construction of the toll road, there are fifteen farmers affected, especially in demung village, besuki subdistrict. the problem faced is how the impact of probowangi toll road construction on the socio-economic conditions of farmers in demung village, besuki subdistrict. This study aims to determine the impact of toll road construction on the socio-economic conditions of farmers around the besuki toll road in demung village. The impact is not only seen in the accessibility, but also in the social and economic conditions of the farmers. With the construction of the toll road, there are fifteen farmers affected, especially in demung village, besuki sub-district. the problem faced is how the impact of probowangi toll road construction on the socio-economic conditions of farmers in demung village, besuki sub-district. This study aims to determine the impact of toll road construction on the socio-economic conditions of farmers around the Besuki Toll Road in Demung Village. This research method adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the change in the function of agricultural land into a toll road had both negative and positive impacts. The positive impact of this research is that the value of land increases, the farmers' land that is put on the toll road body experiences a very high price increase; the negative impact is the loss of agricultural land, and also many farmers lose their social identity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance, environmental performance, financial performance, and firm value on the implementation of green accounting. A quantitative approach with a positivistic paradigm was applied, utilizing secondary data sourced from annual reports and CSR reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2023 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria: companies must have received a PROPER rating, published annual and CSR reports, and provided complete financial data in Indonesian rupiah. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software, including descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and coefficient of determination, simultaneous, and partial tests. The results reveal that among the seven variables tested, only independent commissioners and environmental performance significantly affect green accounting. Meanwhile, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, financial performance, and firm value showed no significant impact. This study is limited by its short observation period and the scope of variables. Future research is encouraged to extend the observation period and incorporate other relevant factors, such as stakeholder pressure or government regulation.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of work experience, competence, and individual morality on fraud prevention in village fund management. The approach used is quantitative with associative methods. The population in this study were village government officials in Kartasura District, with sampling using purposive random sampling techniques based on criteria such as position, minimum education of high school/vocational school, and minimum work experience of one year. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were carried out to ensure the feasibility of the multiple regression model. The results of the analysis showed that work experience, competence, and individual morality had a significant effect on fraud prevention in village fund management. This finding emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of human resources in order to strengthen accountable and transparent village financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing, EXO brand ambassador, and brand image on purchase intention of Scarlett Whitening products among EXO fans in Surakarta. A quantitative approach was used by collecting data through closed questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The variables studied include digital marketing, brand ambassador, and brand image, measured with relevant indicators. The results show that digital marketing, EXO brand ambassador, and brand image have a significant effect on purchase intention. Effective digital marketing through social media and creative promotions can attract consumer interest, while EXO’s involvement as a brand ambassador builds an emotional connection with fans, strengthening positive perceptions of the product. A positive brand image also plays an important role in building trust and increasing purchase intention. This study provides practical implications for companies in developing digital marketing strategies and selecting the right brand ambassador.

Abstract

Ibn Khaldun's economic thinking and the concept of Pancasila Economics developed by Mubyarto have significant relevance in understanding an economic system based on moral and social values. Ibn Khaldun emphasized the importance of cooperation, justice, and the role of the state in creating social welfare, which is in line with the basic principles of Pancasila Economics which place the economy as a tool to achieve social justice. This study aims to analyze the harmony between Ibn Khaldun's economic thinking and the concept of Pancasila Economics using a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature studies. The results of the study show that these two thoughts have similarities in aspects of the role of the state in the economy, distribution of justice, and social welfare based on ethical values and togetherness. This study contributes to providing a historical and philosophical perspective on the development of an economic system that is more oriented towards people's welfare and the principles of social justice in Indonesia.

Abstract

At Mantau Beach there are many problems due to the lack of attention from the local government causing Mantau Beach to not be a promising tourist attraction for the region. So this research aims to find out the views of the local community about the application of sharia economic principles in developing tourism on mantau beach and the development strategy of the mantau beach tourism sector can improve the welfare of the nanga wera village community with sharia economic principles. This research will be conducted in Nanga Village, Wera District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses Qualitative Research with a Case Study Approach. Data Collection Techniques are Observation and Interview. Data Analysis Techniques are Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the results of this study that the local community has a very positive view of the application of sharia economic principles in the development of the Mantau Beach tourism sector and the Mantau Beach tourism sector development strategy in Nanga Wera Village based on sharia economic principles is an approach that is not only oriented towards economic growth, but also emphasizes the importance of justice, blessings, and Islamic values in every economic activity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Human Resources (HR) and Internal Control (IC) as moderating variables on Good Governance practices. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study consists of 16 Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) in Sragen Regency, Central Java, with samples taken from the Chairman, Secretary, Finance Division, and Supervisory Board. The results show that HR significantly affects Good Governance (coefficient 0.263, significance 0.001), while Internal Control does not have a significant effect (coefficient -0.230, significance 0.631) and does not moderate the relationship between HR and Good Governance (interaction coefficient 0.011, significance 0.417). The limitations of this study include a limited scope and a cross-sectional research design. Future research is recommended to expand the scope and include variables such as organizational culture or information systems. It is also recommended that UPK strengthen its internal control systems to improve the structure of work processes.
