Abstract

Purchase intention is very important in knowing the behavioral intentions of consumers who are conscious in purchasing an item, especially iphone brand smartphone products. as for some studies that have mentioned the factors that influence a person's purchase intention, namely: Brand image, hedonic value and utilitarian value, attitude. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of hedonic value and utilitarian value, attitude towards Purchase Intention. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, the sample used was 50 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SEM PLS. The results of this study Hedonic value affects attitude, utilitarian value affects attitude, there is a significant effect of hedonic value and utilitarian value on purchase intention. Attitude is able to mediate the influence of hedonic value utilitarian value on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Good Corporate Governance and Company Characteristics on Firm Value, with Profitability as an intervening variable. The study employs a quantitative method utilizing secondary data from annual reports of companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2021 period. The data collection technique used is a literature review (documentation). The total data analyzed in this research amounts to 75, derived from 25 samples multiplied by the three years of the study (2019-2021). The data analysis methods applied include descriptive statistics and classical assumption tests, which consist of autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality tests. Additionally, this study employs the Sobel test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, independent commissioners, company size, and leverage do not affect firm value. Profitability has been proven to have a significant impact on firm value. Managerial ownership and independent commissioners do not contribute to profitability. Conversely, company size and leverage have a significant impact on profitability. Profitability cannot mediate the relationship between managerial ownership, independent commissioners, company size, and leverage on firm value.

Abstract

Salah satu keberhasilan bank dalam menghasilkan laba setiap periodenya dapat dilihat dari profitabilitas suatu bank yang diukur menggunakan Return On Assets (ROA). Salah satu fenomena yang terjadi di perbankan syariah adalah profitabilitas perbankan syariah. Pada penelitian ini, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang berdasarkan data berupa angka-angka. Ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas (X) yakni pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, dan murabahah dan variabel terikat (Y) yakni profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROA (Return On Assets). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020 hingga 2023 Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa Pembiayaan Musyarakah, Mudharabah dan Murabahah berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Ayam broiler atau ayam potong merupakan jenis ayam pedaging dari hasil persilangan ayam yang memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi terutama dalam memproduksi daging ayam. Usaha ayam broiler ini merupakan usaha kecil menengah, tetapi jenis usaha yang memberikan peluang sangat besar tidak hanya untuk masyarakat yang memiliki usaha saja, namun juga masyarakat yang bekerja dan terlibat dalam usaha ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dimana data yang diperoleh bergantung pada informasi yang diberikan oleh para informan. Oleh karena itu, informan yang dipilih dalam proses pengambilan data ada beberapa informan seperti pengusaha, pekerja dan pedagang. Subjek penelitiannya adalah masyarakat yang memiliki usaha ayam broiler serta masyarakat yang terlibat di dalam usaha ayam broiler tersebut seperti peternak, pekerja dan pedagang. broiler ini dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa diperoleh keterangan dari masyarakat yang terlibat dalam usaha ini seperti pengusaha, peternak dan pedagang bahwa usaha ini mampu mencukupi dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian usaha ayam broiler ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa. Dari hasil usaha ayam broiler ini mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat bahkan dapat mengembangkan usahanya sehingga menjadi lebih besar. Para pengusaha tidak langsung memasarkan hasil ternaknya, namun dipasarkan oleh para pedagang, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan berinisatif untuk berdagang terutama menjual ayam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen Islam terhadap boikot produk Israel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan dan literature. Sumber data yang digunakan dari artikel, jurnal, berita, sosial media dan bahan tertulis lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan perilaku boikot dalam Islam adalah sifat atau sikap penolakan terhadap suatu tindakan yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip dan syariat Islam. dalam Islam terdapat beberapa implementasi perilaku boikot, diantaranya adalah muamalah, ekonomi, dan sosial. Adapun beberapa penyebab terjadinya boikot, yaitu menghina agama, melanggar aturan yang ada, dan merusak perdamaian. Dengan adanya aksi boikot produk Israel ini, dapat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen Islam. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap boikot produk Israel, yaitu faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the impact of audit fees, audit tenure, and audit rotation on audit quality in textile and garment subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2022. The data used in this study are quantitative data sourced from secondary data, which is obtained from each company in the textile and garment subsector or from the official IDX website, www.idx.co.id. The population in this study consists of 22 textile and garment subsector companies. After the sample selection process, the final sample consists of 47 companies. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection is conducted using secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports. The data analysis techniques employed include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, f-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The study's results indicate that audit fees significantly influence audit quality in textile and garment subsector companies, audit tenure does not significantly influence audit quality in textile and garment subsector companies and Audit rotation does not significantly influence audit quality in textile and garment subsect

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price discounts on intrusive purchases with purchase intention as intervening. This research uses quantitative methods. The research sample was 150 people who were taken by random sampling. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, model fixity tests, classical assumption tests. coefficient of determination, t-test and path analysis. classical assumption tests used in this study include: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Based on the t test results, it shows that product quality, price, partially have a significant positive effect on implusive purchases. Based on the path analysis test, purchase intention is able to mediate the relationship between product quality and price discounts on implusive buying.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Faris Collection Sidoarjo, totaling 104 employees, were used as respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The independent variables are innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 25 software. Based on the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork variables on employee performance. Each variable also indicates that there is a positive and significant influence. Where the variable innovative work behavior has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, competency has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, and teamwork also has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze factors that can influence people's interest in using services in sharia cooperatives, where sharia cooperatives have an important role in the economy after banking. This research uses qualitative methods, using the Publish or Perish application to analyze various journals that already exist on Google Scholar. which includes behavioral research on why people choose sharia cooperatives to use the services offered by sharia cooperatives. After that, what variables are found that influence members to want to use services at sharia cooperatives and then analyzed and identified. Using the method of collecting research results based on the reasons why people are interested in choosing to use services in sharia cooperatives that are not yet available, the results of this research can be used as evaluation material and become the basis for sharia cooperatives in designing strategies with significant variables that continue to develop or progress. The results of the analysis show that factors such as trust or religiosity, social and knowledge about sharia cooperatives themselves influence people's decisions in using services at sharia cooperatives. These findings provide insight or can be used as evaluation material for cooperative managers to increase community participation in using services in cooperative institutions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price, quality and halal label variables on consumer purchasing interest in local cosmetics. The research method applied was quantitative, where questionnaires were distributed to 107 Muslim students from various universities in Indonesia using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected via Google Forms and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research results found that the price variable had an insignificant influence on buying interest. Meanwhile, the quality variable and halal label partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest. Simultaneously all variables have an influence of 74% on buying interest.
