Abstract

In this research the author uses a quantitative research approach. What is meant by quantitative research will emphasize the quality of the data or the depth of the data obtained. The data that will be used in this research data is primary data. The population of this research is all customers who shop at Lazada Semarang e-commerce. Lazada provides a guaranteed product return application service to help consumers if there are problems, the products offered meet consumer needs and desires. Abstract

This thesis examines the evaluation of the Provincial Village Competition Policy in North Kalimantan Province, focusing on its implementation and impact as per the Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 81 of 2015. It highlights the importance of rural development for enhancing the welfare of North Kalimantan's residents. While rural development aims to improve living standards and sustainably utilize natural resources, villages often face challenges like poverty and inadequate infrastructure. The Provincial Village Competitions serve as a strategy to boost rural development. This research uses a descriptive, qualitative approach employing policy evaluation theory. It involves stakeholders engaged in executing this policy, analyzing data through NVivo software. The study uncovers obstacles hindering village participation in these competitions despite North Kalimantan's potential. Factors such as individual motivation, insufficient preparation, and administrative shortcomings contribute to reduced involvement. The evaluation process comprises pre-competition, event execution, and assessment stages, determining winning villages based on specific criteria. Although regulations support these competitions, participation rates have declined, posing a significant concern. The research suggests improvements to enhance the Provincial Village Competition implementation, aiming for sustainable rural development and bettering the lives of North Kalimantan's rural communities.

Abstract

Da'wah is an activity of voicing, calling, inviting or appealing to someone. In the Islamic religion, da'wah is an activity carried out to invite or distribute information related to the teachings of the Islamic religion. One example of da'wah is by providing information in the form of reminders to pray. Kidung Pepeling is a song initiated by Ki Anom Suroto which contains a warning message for carrying out prayers. This research regarding Kidung Pepeling by Ki Anom Suroto is intended to find out the meaning of connotation, denotation and myth contained in the lyrics. The scalpel used in this research is to use a literary critical approach, namely Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection process carried out was by collecting the lyric text of the Pepeling song as an initial stage. Then, the text that has been collected is first translated into Indonesian to simplify the research process. After that, the data analysis process in the form of the lyric text of the ballad is carried out based on the meaning, denotative, connotative and mythical meaning contained in the lyrics. The results obtained from this research were the discovery of semiotic signs in the form of deontation meaning, connotation meaning and mythical meaning in the Pepeling song.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is one of the areas in East Java Province which has the potential for natural and non-natural disasters. So this disaster needs to be overcome with the role of the Sidoarjo Regency BPBD in efforts to deal with the impact of the disaster. So the Sidoarjo Regency BPBD created the Sidoarjo Response Application 'Sigap' which functions for the community if a disaster occurs or is affected by a disaster in the community. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The focus of this author's research is the effectiveness of the Sidoarjo Response 'Sigap' application in disaster management in Sidoarjo Regency. The results of this research explain that the Sidoarjo Regency BPBD has carried out its role in efforts to increase the effectiveness of the Sigap Application according to its duties and functions, namely: 1). System Quality 2). Information quality 3). Service Quality. There are obstacles or obstacles to research, namely the activities of village communities, but these obstacles can be minimized through the decision of the District BPBD. Sidoarjo. Supporting Factors are the involvement of all elements of Sidoarjo Regency society in participating in activities provided by agencies related to the Effectiveness of the Sigap Application in Disaster Management in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

The profitability of a company, measured through Return On Assets (ROA), indicates the company's ability to effectively generate profits from its asset utilization. This research aims to investigate the impact of working capital, firm size, capital structure, and firm growth on profitability. In this study, 12 companies were selected using purposive sampling method, and a total of 60 objects studied were profitable companies during the period from 2019 to 2022. Secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the website www.idx.co.id were used. Regression analysis using SPSS software was employed to measure the data. The results of the study indicate that working capital, firm size, and capital structure have a significant influence on profitability, while firm growth does not. The Adjusted R Square value demonstrates that working capital, firm size, capital structure, and firm growth explain a substantial portion of the variation in profitability, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. A strong profitability of a company will instill trust from the public and investors to invest in the company.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research motivated by the low learning achievement of students in entrepreneurship subjects in class XII SMK N 8 Surakarta. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the use of quizizz learning media on the learning achievement of grade XII students in entrepreneurship subjects of SMK N 8 Surakarta. The variables of this study consist of two, namely independent variables include quizizz learning media and dependent variables include student learning achievement. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with the type of experimental research using the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design, with pre-test, treatment, and post test stages. The population in this study was all 34 students of grade XII SK 3 SMK N 8 Surakarta. The sample of this study was class XII SK 3 SMK N 8 Surakarta as an experimental group with a total of 34 students. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by testing hypotheses using t-tests with independent sample t-test types. The results of this study show that learning achievement after the use of quizizz learning media can be categorized as high. The conclusion of this study is that quizizz learning media has an influence on the learning achievement of students in class XII entrepreneurship subjects of SMK N 8 Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of standard banking financial reporting on business value from 2019 to 2022 in relation to profitability, non-performing loans, firm size, and the loan-deposit ratio. Using purposive selection criteria, ten firms were chosen for the research, and forty data samples were examined. Secondary data includes financial information sourced from www.ojk.go.id. Various SPSS research techniques, such as logistic regression analysis, as well as conventional assumption tests and multiple regression analysis models, were used to examine the data. These variables are shown by the study findings. A company's worth is negatively affected by its loan-to-savings ratio and positively affected by its size. To be more precise, NPL and ROA do not impact the value of a firm. Having knowledge about the company's accomplishments and present state will increase faith in the company's principles. Consequently, investors are eager to put their money into this company.

Abstract

Behavior, interaction, and aculturation of intercultural communication in students of Communication Sciences University of Binadarma and University of Cultural Sciences Selangor Malaysia are the subject of this research. Using student exchange programmes to enhance mutual cultural understanding and understanding, this intercultural communication is facilitated through introduction, adaptation, symbolic interactionalism, and cultural accuracy. The author hopes to improve inter-cultural communication through methods such as cultural identification, adaption, and accuration. The writer uses qualitative methods and performs interviews with several students of Selangor University Malaysia to answer various questions. The results of this study show that his friends of different cultures have very intense intercultural communication. In places like cafés, lobbies, halls, classrooms, seats, and campus courts, people show their culture. Readers get literature about intercultural communication with new students who have cultural differences because the same cases happen every year. This is the benefit of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impacts of the Government Accounting System (Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan/SAP), Agency-Level Financial System Implementation (Implementasi Sistem Keuangan Tingkat Instansi/SAKTI), Human Resources Competencies) through the Internal Control System (Sistem Pengendalian Internal/SPI) on the Quality of Financial statements in governmental institutions. This study used a quantitative approach using a questionnaire to obtain its data source and Warppls 7.0 App. There were 100 respondents as samples of this study, comprising the financial managers in the Governmental Institution ABC. The results show that the Government Accounting System (SAP), Agency-Level Financial System Implementation (SAKTI) Implementation, Human Resource Competencies, and the Internal Control System (SPI) have positive and significant impacts on the quality of financial statements of Governmental Institution ABC. The Internal Control System can mediate the impacts of the Government Accounting System (SAP) and the Agency-Level Financial System (SAKTI) Implementation on the Quality of Financial Statements in Governmental Institution ABC. This study's Total Coefficient of Determination is 0,697% or 68,7 &. It means that the model can explain the Information in 68,7% of data. Meanwhile, the remaining is explained by other variables not included in the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how dividend policies impact manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector, including profitability, liquidity, company size, asset growth, and capital structure. Purposive sampling method was employed to select a sample of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. A total of 75 financial report data were obtained from 15 companies that met the sample criteria. Standard hypothesis tests, including autocorrelation, multicollinearity, normality, and heteroskedasticity, were part of the research process. With multiple regression analysis as the main approach, t-tests and coefficient of determination were applied to evaluate hypotheses regarding the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Profitability and company size show a positive correlation with dividend policies, while, on the other hand, dividend policies are not significantly influenced by liquidity, asset growth, and capital structure.
