Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a non-communicable disease whose prevalence continues to increase every year. The number of teenagers diagnosed with diabetes mellitus increases every year throughout the world, so prevention efforts are needed to reduce the number of diabetes mellitus in teenagers. The author of this article aims to identify risk factors that cause diabetes mellitus in adolescents. This research is a systematic review research with an article search methodology using Google Scholar and Pubmed searches published in 2019-2024 with the keywords Factors/Risk Factors/Determinas as risk of diabetes in adolescents where there are 10 research articles identified and it is known that there are factors- factors associated with diabetes risk. The risk factors found were family history, smoking habits, gender, knowledge, diet, physical activity and obesity. This is the basis for determining policies to prevent and control diabetes mellitus by providing education to teenagers and families, for example exercising regularly, reducing sweet foods, and consuming vegetables and fruit every day.

Abstract

Kopi Keraton, located on Jalan Slamet Riyadi No. 9A, Sukapura, Kec. Kejaksan, Cirebon City West Java. It has a less store atmosphere but has a lot of visitors. The aim of this research is to see whether store atmosphere has an influence on buying interest. The research method used is a quantitative method, the population in this study are visitors to the Kopi Keraton coffee shop and consumers of the Kopi Keraton coffee shop itself. The sampling technique used is n probability sampling. The results of the research itself show that store atmosphere has an influence on buying interest from visitors and consumers from the Kopi Keraton coffee shop, therefore, Kopi Keraton needs to improve their store atmosphere so that visitors and consumers can feel more comfortable when in the coffee shop. the.

Abstract

This study plans to inspect the connection between sound status and particular breastfeeding (EBF) among kids matured 1-2 at the Tekung Social class Prosperity Center, Lumajang System. Using a cross-sectional survey design and an analytical approach, the study's population consisted of all mothers and infants aged six to twelve months in the Tekung Community Health Center's working area, with a sample size of forty infants. Mothers with children ranging in age from one to two were included as long as they were willing to participate as respondents. Random sampling was used as the sampling method. The questionnaires and anthropometric observations were used to collect the data using univariate and bivariate techniques. By demonstrating a significant relationship (p-esteem = 0.01) between restrictive breastfeeding and an individual's healthful status, the study demonstrated the significance of selective breastfeeding for the nutrition of babies. These results are consistent with past assessment and stress the multifaceted design of the association between healthy status and specific breastfeeding

Abstract

Past examination or related investigation is very important in exploratory or legitimate articles. Hypotheses and specificities regarding the relationship or impact between factors are strengthened by past or relevant exploration. This article examines the elements that impact Social Class, specifically: Way of Life, Social Class, and Purchasing Power in the public arena. The technique used in this writing is a survey writing. The reason for writing this article is to speculate the impact between factors that will be used in additional exploration. The consequences of writing this survey article are: 1) Way of Life impacts social class; 2) Social class impacts people's purchasing power.

Abstract

This research summarizes and analyzes literature related to employee cynicism in the context of the work environment. Cynicism, as an attitude of skepticism and disdain for trust in organizational processes, has become a focus of increasing attention in the world of human resource management. Through a careful literature review, this research explores various aspects of employee cynicism, identifies causal factors, and analyzes the consequences for individuals and organizations. The literature indicates that employee cynicism may emerge in response to unclear organizational policies, revealed transparency, or inequities in careeropportunities. The impact of employee cynicism on includes decreased performance, increased turnover, and decreased organizational engagement. Some literature also highlights management efforts that can be taken to overcome cynicism, such as improving internal communication, providing clear feedback, and creating a supportive organizational culture. This literature review shows the need for special attention to employee cynicism in efforts to create a positive and productive work environment. Future research could focus on developing management strategies that can reduce levels of cynicism, increase job satisfaction, and strengthen relationships between employees and organizations. Thus, this research provides useful insights for human resources practitioners and organizational leaders seeking to improve employee well-being and productivity.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, human life is greatly influenced. This brings both positive and negative impacts. One of the negative impacts is a moral crisis, which leads to the diminishing of religious values and faith. Recently, many negative incidents such as student brawls, lack of tolerance, violence, bullying, and others have frequently occurred among children both at home and in school environments. This study aims to examine the influence of the implementation of Al-Ma’tsurat dhikr on students' religious character. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Based on an in-depth analysis of the influence of Al-Ma’tsurat dhikr recitation on the religious character of students at SDIT Al-Manar Pangkalan Bun, it can be concluded that this practice has a positive impact and plays an important role in shaping a strong religious character in students. Di zaman globalisasi, kehidupan manusia sangat terpengaruh. Ini membawa dampak baik positif maupun negatif. Salah satu dampak negatifnya adalah krisis moral yang menyebabkan nilai-nilai agama dan keimanan semakin pudar. Akhir-akhir ini, banyak kejadian negatif seperti tawuran antar pelajar, kurangnya toleransi, kekerasan, bullying, dan lainnya yang sering terjadi di kalangan anak-anak baik di rumah maupun di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan dzikir Al-Ma’tsurat terhadap karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis mendalam mengenai pengaruh pembacaan dzikir Al-Ma’tsurat terhadap karakter religius siswa di SDIT Al-Manar Pangkalan Bun, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik ini berdampak positif dan berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter religius yang kuat pada siswa.

Abstract

The evolution of crime as a social phenomenon is influenced by a variety of factors, including politics, the economy, socio-culture, and efforts to survive. Theft of property poses a serious threat to society's peace and safety, particularly in the West Jakarta region, where cases of theft involving young people are frequent. The motivation behind this study is to recognize the triggers for burglary and plan powerful counteraction systems, zeroing in on in danger youth in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to collect data from interviews and literature reviews. Abstract

Software development in a system is important to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the system. However, codes and documentation related to software systems are always changing due to problems or the need for improvement. Therefore, software maintenance becomes an important part of software development and management. Refactoring techniques are considered a standard solution that involves improving the design structure of software while maintaining its functionality. The methodology used in this research includes system analysis, code smells, refactoring and system testing. The results of refactoring the internal code of the system make the internal code structure simpler and easier to read so that it will facilitate future development and updates to the system.

Abstract

Along with the pace of development and economic growth in a region, it cannot be separated from various kinds of activities that are at risk of environmental destruction, one of which is forests. Where, this has concretely occurred in the increasing cases of encroachment on forest areas in Jembrana Regency. This encroachment was triggered by "ngawen" activities and illegal logging which caused environmental damage and loss of biodiversity. Here, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Aviation Fuel Terminal (AFT) Ngurah Rai plays a role in assisting the development of social forestry programs in Yehembang Kangin Village, Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency, Bali Province to be able to increase public awareness of the importance of protecting forests and empowering the communities who are members of it. Banu Giri Lestari Forest Farmers Group in a sustainable manner. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach supported by data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the social forestry development program in Yehembang Kangin Village provides positive changes for the transformation of group behavior in forest conservation. Producing local heroes and their regeneration who are expected to be able to become agents of change in managing forests wisely and responsibly. Apart from that, the group has also been able to take the initiative in cultivating wood and fruit forest plants independently by practicing the "tanem tuwuh" pattern to support ecosystem sustainability and increase the diversity of flora and fauna in the forest.

Abstract

There is a phenomenon that leads to behavioral symptoms of social media addiction experienced by 3 class XI students at SMK Nurul Islam Gresik. This research aims to direct students to reduce the use of social media during class. The research method used is a one group pretest-posttest experimental approach, pretest and posttest carried out based on behavioral indicators of social media addiction. Based on the results of the self-management strategy, it can reduce the use of social media in class XI students at SMK Nurul Islam Manyar.
