Abstract

Fresh graduates in Gorontalo Province face a significant skills gap when entering the digital economy, necessitating effective digital-based training. This research aims to design an online training program that can bridge this gap using the Theory of Planned Behavior as a theoretical framework. The research method involves descriptive statistical analysis of survey data from 40 fresh graduates, as well as semi-structured thematic interviews to explore specific needs in training design. The results indicate that positive attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly influence the intention to participate in training. The training prototype developed through Figma received positive feedback, although it requires further refinement. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the Theory of Planned Behavior in the context of online training for fresh graduates in developing regions. The implications of these findings highlight the need for a segmented approach in training program design, integration of collaborative elements, and the provision of industry-recognized certification to enhance the employability of new graduates in the digital era

Abstract

In this modern era, there are many promotional strategies that can be implemented, one of which is using endorsements on social media to introduce their products to consumers. However, along with this development, there are negative impacts that are not realized in carrying out endorsement activities which we often find on social media which are not in accordance with Islamic religious law, whether carried out by men or women, namely not paying attention to the limits of their private parts and contradicting the hadith. narrated by Abu Daud regarding the limits of women's private parts and a hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad regarding the limits of men's private parts. This research aims to determine the understanding of the hadith of Abu Daud's history and the hadith of Imam Ahmad's history regarding the private parts in relation to endorsements on social media using a qualitative of library research method. The results of this research study are that understanding the hadith regarding the limits of private parts has important relevance in the context of endorsements on social media, especially for individuals who want to carry out endorsement activities according to religious teachings and design endorsement strategies that do not only focus on financial profits, but also respect the boundaries of private parts and religious values.

Abstract

Gresik Regency, with its geographical conditions supporting the development of mangrove ecosystems, faces significant challenges due to the proximity of industrial zones, which pose potential environmental conflicts. Therefore, this research aims to map and analyze soil porosity in the Karangkiring Mangrove Forest, which plays a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem stability and supporting sustainable infrastructure planning. The methods used include collecting 16 soil samples from the field, which were then tested in the laboratory to determine porosity values. These porosity data were correlated with Landsat 8 satellite imagery through NDVI, SAVI analysis, and reflectance from bands 4 and 5. To understand the relationship between soil porosity and satellite data, a regression analysis was conducted, resulting in a quadratic polynomial equation ( y = -78.507x^2 + 49.294x - 7.0327 ), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.7364, indicating a strong correlation. Based on this equation, a soil porosity distribution map was created using GIS software, which visualized the porosity distribution across the mangrove area. This map serves as an essential tool to aid decision-making related to environmental management and sustainable infrastructure planning, particularly in addressing the potential negative impacts of industrial activities on the sensitive mangrove ecosystem.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia, especially Islamic-based ones, is experiencing rapid development with the boarding school system. Thursina IIBS is one of the educational institutions that has succeeded in combining religious and general education with a holistic and balanced approach. Indent enrollment in an educational context allows schools to predict enrollment numbers and plan required resources more effectively. Through the Pass and Priority Program, prospective students can register long before entering education at Thursina IIBS, giving them time to prepare themselves. Even though this program attracts the interest of many prospective student guardians, the challenges faced by Thursina IIBS are not easy. One of the main challenges is how to maintain the interest and commitment of prospective students and student guardians during this long waiting period. In this context, the role of Public Relations becomes very important. The aim of the research carried out is to analyze how the Thursina IIBS public relations team maintains good relations with prospective student guardians during the waiting period for pivot registration. The method used in this research is qualitative research and data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation. The research results show that the public relations strategy implemented by Thursina IIBS in the "Pass and Priority" program was successful in retaining the majority of prospective students and guardians of students during the long waiting period. Even though there were applicants who withdrew, the majority remained, which shows that the communication approach, personal service, coaching program, and use of digital media have succeeded in creating trust and loyalty among prospective student guardians.

Abstract

Corruption remains a major issue in Indonesia, significantly affecting various sectors, including the entertainment industry. When public figures, particularly celebrities, become involved in corruption cases, it not only tarnishes their personal image but also shakes public trust in the entertainment industry and social institutions as a whole. This study aims to analyze how mass media covers corruption cases involving celebrities and the impact of such coverage on public perception. Using a qualitative research approach, the study examines news articles, television broadcasts, and online media publications about celebrity corruption cases over the past five years. The findings reveal that mass media plays a crucial role in shaping public opinion, either worsening or improving the public’s view of the individuals involved. Media emphasis on the sensational aspects of celebrity scandals often overshadows the larger issues of corruption in the political and governmental systems. This article concludes by highlighting the need for more responsible reporting that not only addresses the moral and personal aspects of the individuals involved but also educates the public on the broader implications of corruption in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of distributing zakat fitrah in Banyuwangi Village and its review from Islamic law. The approach used is a qualitative approach, primary data was taken through interviews with the Banyuwangi Village community, direct observation and related literature as supporting data. The results of the study indicate that the distribution of zakat fitrah is intended for religious teachers, midwives, and zakat committees; zakat is given in the form of money in the last 10 days; and there is a special wording at the time of zakat handover. The concept of distributing zakat fitrah that occurs in the field is known to not be fully in line with Islamic law, considering several things: 1) not all have been distributed to the mustahiq, 2) the form of zakat issued is not fully appropriate, and 3) there is a special wording in the contract. Some evaluations that must be done are the recipients of zakat fitrah given to the mustahiq: the poor or needy, zakat fitrah given in the form of staple foods, distributed before the 'Eid prayer or one or two days before the Eid, and there is no special wording in the contract. In addition, the zakat committee in Banyuwangi Village cannot be called amil zakat because it is not registered with BAZNAZ, so it cannot take part of the zakat

Abstract

Culture is basically values that emerge from the process of interaction between individuals. These values are recognized, either directly or indirectly, over time in the interaction. This diversity is what makes Indonesia rich in customs. Through these ethnic cultures and tribes, an indigenous society is formed that occupies an area spread across Indonesia. Society is a system. Values and norms grow within that society. If a society has been able to carry out its functions well, then functionally the society has been able to maintain values and norms so that the life of the society can run in harmony. Customs and culture are a legacy from ancestors that must be maintained, one of which is in terms of traditional ceremonies, clothing, house shapes, social environments, livelihoods, including in religious traditions. Attitudes that used to be thick in the culture of the Indonesian nation, such as friendliness, politeness, empathy for others, the spirit of mutual cooperation, and high tolerance, seem to be fading. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach where the data obtained comes from the field by conducting observations and in-depth interviews with informants who know and understand the problems being studied, stating that qualitative research is research that uses a natural setting, with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various existing methods. The technique used in selecting informant data sources in the study, namely by using purposive sampling techniques, namely data source sampling techniques with certain considerations. The form of research used is descriptive research, namely research that describes or depicts certain situations based on data obtained in detail according to the problems set in this study.
