Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem deteksi anomali pada webserver dengan mengombinasikan metode Isolation Forest dan Transformer melalui pendekatan Weighted Fusion. Data berupa metrik time-series dari layanan Nginx meliputi penggunaan CPU, memori, dan aktivitas koneksi diproses melalui normalisasi dan pembentukan window sebelum pelatihan. Isolation Forest dimanfaatkan untuk mendeteksi anomali berbasis nilai, sedangkan Transformer menangkap pola temporal yang kompleks guna mengidentifikasi anomali kontekstual. Evaluasi menggunakan 5-fold cross-validation menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan hybrid mencapai kinerja rata-rata F1-score sekitar 77.92% ± 0.63% dan Average Precision (AP) sekitar 84.77% ± 0.69%, lebih baik dibanding penggunaan model tunggal. Stabilitas kinerja memungkinkan sistem mempertahankan keseimbangan antara precision dan recall pada data yang tidak seimbang. Secara praktis, metode ini berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan operasional dan mendukung mitigasi dini terhadap insiden keamanan siber seperti web defacement. Saat ini, sistem bekerja menggunakan pendekatan offline learning, sehingga model perlu dilatih ulang ketika terdapat perubahan pola data. Pengembangan lanjutan dapat diarahkan pada penerapan online learning agar deteksi lebih adaptif terhadap dinamika trafik web secara real-time, serta integrasi sumber data tambahan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan sistem. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam merancang dan mengevaluasi kerangka hybrid berbasis Weighted Fusion yang efektif untuk deteksi anomali pada webserver. Kata kunci : Deteksi Anomali, Isolation Forest, Transformer, Time-Series, Weighted Fusion ABSTRACT This study proposes an anomaly detection system for web servers by combining Isolation Forest and Transformer models through a Weighted Fusion approach. Time-series metrics collected from an Nginx-based service including CPU usage, memory utilization, and connection activity were normalized and formatted into windowed sequences prior to model training. Isolation Forest was employed to detect point anomalies, while the Transformer model captured complex temporal patterns to identify contextual anomalies. Evaluation using 5-fold cross-validation shows that the hybrid model achieves an average F1-score of approximately 77.92% ± 0.63% and an Average Precision (AP) of around 84.77% ± 0.69%, outperforming each standalone model. This balanced performance demonstrates improved stability between precision and recall under imbalanced data conditions. Practically, the proposed method can enhance operational monitoring effectiveness and support early mitigation of cybersecurity incidents, such as web defacement. Currently, the system operates under an offline learning scheme, requiring model retraining when data patterns shift. Future work may explore online learning to enable adaptive real-time detection, as well as integration of additional data sources to improve robustness. Overall, this research contributes an effective hybrid framework with Weighted Fusion for anomaly detection on web servers. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesenjangan (Gap) kebutuhan media visual dalam proses transisi dari pembelajaran konvensional ke media animasi pada mata pelajaran Informatika di SMK Islam As-Syarief. Metode yang digunkaan adalah pendekatakan deskriptif-kuantitatif yang terintegrasi dalam kerangka analisis kebutuhan (needs assessment), melibatkan 30 siswa dan 3 guru mata pelajaran Informatika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkaan bahwa media statis (PowerPoint tanpa animasi dan buku) yang dominan saat ini tidak mampu memfasilitasi pemahaman siswa terhadap materi abstrak dan prosedural. Analisis Gap mengidentifikasi kesenjangan paling lebar pada aspek Visualisasi Proses Abstrak (Skor Gap 2.7) antara kondisi dan ideal. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya kebutuhan mendesak akan media animasi yang memiliki fitur visualisasi dinamis, interaktivitas sederhana, dan desain full-motion kontemporer (rata-rata skor kebutuhan ideal 4.5/5). Disimpulkan bahwa transisi ke media animasi adalah solusi pedagogis yang valid untuk meningkatkan daya tangkap siswa, dan pengembangan media selanjutnya harus memprioritaskan visualisasi proses abstrak, serta peningkatan kopmetensi guru. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris sebagai dasar konseptual untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah materi abstrak di tingkat SMK. Kata Kunci: analisis kebutuhan, animasi, gap kebutuhan, media visual, pembelajaran konvensional, transisi digital. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the visual media needs gap in the transition process from conventional teaching to animated media for Informatics subjects at SMK Islam As-Syarief. The method employed was a descriptive-quantitative approach integrated within a needs assessment framework, involving 30 students and 3 subject teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and direct observation. The results indicate that the currently dominant static media (non-animated PowerPoint and textbooks) is inadequate in facilitating student’s understanding of abstract and procedural material. Gap analysis identified the widest gap in the Abstract Process Visualization aspect (Gap Score 2.7) between the current and ideal state. This finding affirms an urgent need for animated media featuring dynamic visualization, simple interactivity, and contemporary full-motion design (average ideal needs score 4.5/5). It is concluded that the transition to animated media is a valid pedagogical solution for improving student comprehension. Future media development must prioritize the visualization of abstract processes, while also indicating the necessity of enhancing teacher competence. This study provides an empirical contribution as a conceptual basis for problem-solving-oriented digital learning media development at the vocational high school (SMK) level. Abstract

Credit Union Keling Kumang Branch Office Pasar Sekadau (hereinafter referred to as CU Keling Kumang BO Pasar Sekadau) is a financial institution that continues to grow. The development of a web-based new member registration application to improve services by replacing manual registration so that problems of validation delays, file accumulation and input errors can be overcome. It is hoped that with the web-based registration process, members will become easier, more flexible and more efficient. The method used in the design is Waterfall, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The implementation results show that the web-based registration application is able to facilitate new member registration quickly, accurately and transparently. The presence of an automatic data verification feature and integration with the internal database of CU Keling Kumang BO Pasar Sekadau minimizes input errors and speeds up the validation process. Based on the results of testing using analysis usability with average score 77 and interviews with CU Keling Kumang BO Pasar Sekadau staff, the system has been proven to increase efficiency compared to manual registration, users can use the application quite easily and has received positive responses from users due to its ease of access, simple interface and the availability of registration status notifications. The implementation of the new member registration application for CU Keling Kumang BO Pasar Sekadau can be an effective solution to support the digital transformation of community-based financial institutions, especially at CU Keling Kumang BO Pasar Sekadau.

Abstract

Digital academic services at Universitas Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang still face obstacles regarding the high frequency of service disruptions, necessitating a systematic evaluation of IT governance. This study aims to evaluate the capability levels of the APO07 (Managed Human Resources) and DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents) domains using COBIT 2019. A quantitative descriptive method was employed using a Process Assessment Model (PAM)-based questionnaire administered to 43 respondents. The determination of capability levels is based on the adaptation of mean scores of respondent perceptions regarding process attributes, representing a questionnaire-based evaluation rather than a formal evidence audit. The results indicate that APO07 and DSS02 achieved Level 3 (Established) with average scores of 3.80 and 3.82, and gaps of 0.20 and 0.18, respectively, towards the Level 4 target. The main weaknesses were identified in workload management (APO07.05) and incident classification (DSS02.01). This study recommends improving data-driven management through quantitative performance measurements such as MTTR and ticket automation to achieve more predictable service stability.

Abstract

SIASAT is the primary academic information system at Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) used by students for academic administrative activities. This study aims to analyze students’ sentiment toward SIASAT using a Logistic Regression classifier based on open-ended responses collected through an online questionnaire. A total of 58 textual responses were manually labeled into two classes, namely positive and negative. The research stages include text preprocessing (lowercasing, cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming), feature weighting using TF-IDF, handling class imbalance through Random Oversampling, and classification using Logistic Regression. Evaluation was performed using Stratified 5-Fold Cross-Validation, with oversampling applied exclusively to the training data within each fold to prevent data leakage. The model achieved an average accuracy of 70% and a weighted F1-score of 70%. These results suggest that Logistic Regression provides a promising baseline performance for Indonesian text sentiment classification on a small-scale dataset, although its generalizability remains limited due to the small sample size and the manual labeling process.

Abstract

PMI Kota Salatiga currently relies entirely on paper forms for various blood donation procedures, making them susceptible to damage and causing inefficiencies in blood donor data recording. This research aims to develop a web-based information system to manage blood donations, specifically the donor registration process and the blood product request process carried out by hospitals. The information system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) prototyping method with an API-First architecture, utilizing Laravel as the backend, Reactjs as the frontend, and Postgresql as the database. System testing was conducted using User Acceptance Test (UAT), compatibility test, and usability testing with Single Ease Question (SEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. The average results of the User Acceptance Test showed an aggregate score of 0.9, while the usability test results yielded an aggregate score of 79.83 for the System Usability Scale and an aggregate of 6.54 for the Single Ease Question. The compatibility testing results demonstrated that the application interface is responsive across various screen sizes. These results indicate that the information system successfully addresses the needs of PMI Kota Salatiga by reducing dependence on physical forms for registration and documentation related to blood donation.
