This research is analytical and uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. This study used a sample of 77. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using univariate and bivariate tests using Chi-Square. It was continued with validity and reality tests. Based on univariate tests, the majority of respondents have good personal hygiene. Based on bivariate tests using Chi-Square, it is known that the p-value is <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between personal hygiene and skin complaints.

Abstract

Public relations management in increasing the participation of student parents is one way of fostering and developing harmonious relationships between schools and school parents in establishing close relationships with school parents. The role and activities of good internal and external relations determine the success of an educational institution in achieving its mission and goals. This research uses a qualitative approach to present, analyze, and interpret to solve existing problems based on data. This qualitative method seeks to understand and interpret the meaning of an event involving human behavior in certain situations according to the researcher's perspective. The research results show that public relations management wants to improve the participation of the parents of students with the factors that influence it, namely the type of age class and the parents' livelihood. The steps taken to increase the participation of the parents of students are the first planning stage, which is how the school prepares the school activity program. The second stage is the implementation, which must be done by establishing good communication. The third stage, namely evaluation, aims to increase guardian participation.

Abstract

Companies need digital marketing to achieve more profits compared to conventional marketing. One of the benefits of digital marketing is that it can reduce company marketing costs and connect and disseminate company-related information to Internet users worldwide. PT Indoneptune Net Mfg is a fishing gear industrial company that ventures jointly with Japan (Momoi Fishing Net Mfg. co., Ltd) and Indonesia. PT Indoneptune Net Mfg has its own digital marketing media: a website. However, currently, the company website could be more optimal because it does not contain information about the company or company products on the company website. This makes the author suggest optimizing the company's website because the entire world community can consume the information contained on the website. The information contained on the website makes customers more confident in the company's existence. It increases their confidence in deciding to purchase the company's products. The method that will be used is analyzing company data using the SWOT concept and improving the appearance of the company website using design thinking. Then, using the design thought method, a prototype will be created to conduct design testing using a usability test. This research shows that the score obtained for the company website design of PT Indoeptune Net Mfg was 93.8%, with a very high score category for all aspects.

Abstract

PT Semen Tonasa, especially in the Quality Control unit, still has samples that are tested manually, including the Blaine test, residue test, kiln feed and cement, moisture, and LOI (Loss Of Ignition) so it takes a long time for sample preparation to sample testing. The time to test each sample takes an average of 60 minutes. One type of test that takes a long time is LOI (Loss Of Ingnation) analysis. This test is a test used in inorganic chemical analysis, especially in mineral analysis, by subjecting the sample to a certain temperature. The general objective of this research is to determine the Hotmeal LOI analysis curve for calculating LOI on Hotmeal 05 and 10 and determine the sample preparation steps that will be used in creating a linear regression equation. Meanwhile, the specific aim of this research is to create a formula that is suitable for calculating LOI (Loss of Remembrance) specifically for hot meals 05 and 10. This research was carried out using direct experimental methods and data processing using Microsoft Excel 2013 software. The research was carried out by taking directly raw materials in the form of clinker lumps and Kiln Feed in the factory area, and then preparation and data processing were carried out. The results of this research are that a linear regression equation is obtained, namely y= 1.1824x-6.9094, then this equation is input into a computer device with the method name, namely Hotmeal_2023, to be used as a reference in working on the Hotmeal Sample more quickly, the time used when using this formula is 5 -10 minutes.
