Abstract

Inclusive Education from various perspectives, seeks to explain how other fields of science explain various points of view. Social interaction is "a relationship between two or more human individuals, where the behavior of one individual changes and improves the behavior of another individual and vice versa. A harmonious mental and emotional state is a factor that forms readiness. This factor is a status condition that includes a critical attitude, controlled emotions, being mature, and having various objective and logical considerations. The philosophy of inclusive education is actually almost the same as the philosophy of this nation, namely unity in diversity, namely instilling the philosophy of having the same determination despite the diversity of national life. This learning adapts to the circumstances of the students, and it is not the students who have to adapt to the learning, where the adjustments relate to the learning environment, learning media/tools, materials and strategy methods. Providing equal rights for all children to obtain the right to live together with other communities, or community rights. Children with special needs have the right to socialize with members or communities in their environment. Children with special needs have the right: a) to receive special protection from discrimination, neglect, harassment, exploitation, as well as violence and sexual crimes, b) to receive family care and nurturing for optimal growth and development, c) fulfillment of special needs, d) equal treatment with other children to achieve social integration and individual development.

Abstract

Vocational Education has a very important role in improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Referring to the function of education as stated in National Education, the function is to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of the nation. The phenomenon shows that vocational school graduates do not have sufficient competence to possess them. The type of method used by the author in compiling this article is phenomenological research with a qualitative approach to literature study. Teaching factory can be defined as an industry-based learning model (products and services). In general, the aim of teaching factory learning is to increase work readiness, align competencies and build the work character of vocational school graduates according to the demands of the world of business and industry through a product/servicebased learning process (Learning Tools engineering). which is held in the environment, atmosphere, governance and rules or what is known as SOP in the actual workplace or industrial world. Through the teaching factory, students are taught to practice not only their cognitive abilities, students also learn to work in groups, train themselves students can communicate with other people and gain real experience and be trained to carry it out when entering the world of work. Students will also get more time to practice. Students are expected to be able to learn more optimally in developing their potential through learning from experiences they have had at school and during industrial work practice, compared to getting a lot of material in class but being less competent in your field. It is hoped that the corporate atmosphere created in teaching factory learning can further improve student competence. Implementation of Teaching Factory Determination of Goods and Services Teaching Factory Management Production Process Quality Control Evaluation Process Teaching Factory is an industry-based learning model where schools collaborate with the Business and Industrial World to produce competent graduates according to market needs. The aim of the Teaching Factory is to increase work readiness, align competencies, and build the work character of vocational school graduates in accordance with industry demands.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of instructional media on the development of students' personalities in the context of the digital and millennial era. Online learning media, social media, mass media, and audiovisual instructional media have significant effects, both positive and negative. While providing ease of access and expanding students' horizons, the use of these media also has the potential to create negative impacts such as laziness, decreased social interaction, and dependence on technology. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative method to understand phenomena occurring in students. The importance of the teacher's role in effectively managing the use of instructional media to maximize its benefits in the learning process is also highlighted. In the context of online learning, challenges such as lack of teacher supervision and dependence on gadgets are also discussed. In conclusion, the use of instructional media must be carefully considered to ensure balanced and positive development of students' personalities.

Abstract

The limited access and infrastructure faced by vocational education institutions in disadvantaged areas have posed significant challenges in the implementation of effective learning media strategies. The lack of information and communication technology facilities, such as computers, internet networks and other digital devices, limits the use of modern learning media that are interactive and engaging. In addition, the scarcity of teachers who are competent and capable of effectively using innovative learning media exacerbates the situation. As a result, conventional teaching methods that lack student participation are still widely used, slowing down the transfer of skills and knowledge needed in the job market. Ineffective learning media strategies have the potential to reduce the quality of graduates and weaken the competitiveness of the vocational workforce in the digital era.

Abstract

In the subject of Soil Mechanics & Road Engineering, students only receive instruction from teachers and do not have the opportunity to learn freely or systematically. Therefore, the education system should be more interactive and engaging to enable students to learn more freely and systematically. Teachers should have the ability to make the material more interesting and influential so that students can understand it better. The method used is Literature Review, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources of literature, such as articles, books, slides, and internet information, is known as a literature review process. Literature review is used in road engineering education to support students' knowledge and skills. In the subject of Soil Mechanics & Road Engineering, the application of project-based learning with a constructivist approach is an appropriate choice. This approach enhances learning performance and helps students achieve their learning goals. According to the project, learning increases students' ability to solve transportation problems in the field, enhances their teamwork skills, increases their enthusiasm, and makes them more independent and creative.

Abstract

Learning the Mechanics Engineering course at the undergraduate level of Building Engineering Education requires a profound understanding of the basic concepts of structure and the forces at work within structural systems. However, students often encounter difficulties in visualizing and analyzing structures comprehensively. This research introduces a novel approach utilizing structural analysis software such as Robot Structure, SAP2000, and ETABS to enhance students' understanding of mechanical engineering. By involving the application of the latest structural analysis software in teaching, it enables students to interactively manipulate structural models and observe the effects of various forces and loads. This article delineates the implementation of this approach within the curriculum of the Mechanics Engineering course and evaluates its impact on students' understanding and performance. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding of structural concepts and analytical abilities, as well as an increase in their interest and motivation in learning. This research provides valuable insights into the potential use of technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning in the field of civil engineering.

Abstract

From now on, active learning techniques are being used. The teacher's role during the learning process is typically described as providing explanations of the subject matter and engaging in passive student listening. This page discusses active learning, particularly at vocational high schools, and attempts to give as many instances and an overview of applied learning in the classroom as it can. Descriptive analysis is the technique employed. In conclusion, Indonesian schools will adopt new active learning practices that will make even the most reticent pupils participate and fully value the learning process. Active learning, attentive instruction, and careful planning will improve the quality of learning by drawing students' attention to the learning process and giving them the chance to ask questions, have discussions, and make good use of the newly acquired knowledge while being approachable. The fact that this form of learning management exists could have an effect at the studying outcomes that students achieve.

Abstract

The actual phenomenon that occurs in the world of education today is that there are differences in perceptions regarding the term learning media. Learning media is a very important concept in the world of education. Even though learning media has an important role, currently differences in perceptions regarding learning media have become a crucial problem in the world of Indonesian education. These differences in perception have resulted in the emergence of erroneous understandings regarding learning media. One effort that can be made to avoid misconceptions about learning media is to deepen the concept of learning media among educational scientists. From the information presented in the discussion section, it can be concluded that a model is a series of activities or activities in which there are work procedures, rules and systematic thought patterns to produce or achieve maximum goals. Meanwhile, development is defined as a concept in the process of creating and managing all media and technology in order to maximize the learning process. The media and learning technology development models that can be used are the ASSURE Model, PIE Model, Roblyer Model, and Hannafiin and Peck Model.
