Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain Imam Madzhab's perspectives on corruption and the underlying assumptions that underlie each perspective. Normative legal research was the research methodology employed in this study. When viewed within the larger framework of Islamic teachings, corrupt practices are defined as behaviors that run counter to the values of responsibility, justice, and accountability. Damage to the earth (facade) can be categorized as one of the many distortions brought about by corruption in the state and society. Imam Madzhab's views on punishing corrupt individuals are predicated on classifying corruption as a Jarimah Takzir. If an act of violating human rights or the rights of Allah is committed and these violations are not specifically stated in the Quran and Hadiths as sanctions, then takzir is a legal sanction that is imposed on the offender of Jarimah or a criminal act that falls under the jurisdiction of judges or rulers. Takzir may face jail time, fines, being added to a list of repugnant people, laws prohibiting termination, or even the death penalty as legal penalties.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the understanding and practical skills of female students in entrepreneurship, financial management, and marketing strategies at the Jombang Islamic boarding school. This research is important as it can provide the necessary insights to develop more effective and relevant educational programs. The research method employs a quantitative survey with 100 respondents using closed-ended questionnaires. The results show a low understanding of basic concepts in entrepreneurship, financial management, and marketing strategies, with average scores of 2.30, 2.30, and 2.35, respectively. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of more comprehensive education to address the current gap in the literature, encouraging a more integrated and practically oriented educational approach to prepare a generation of adaptive entrepreneurs.

Abstract

People with low incomes have limited resources that can only be spent on food, health and education but find it difficult to meet high housing costs which threaten the material well-being and economic security of households (OECD, 2011). 285 BSPS program units have been given to the people of Tanjung Pinang City. This research aims to find out whether the BSPS program affects improving welfare. This research uses a causal associative quantitative approach. The research results prove that the t-test shows that t-count (3.917) > t-table (1.993), so Ha is accepted, thus proving that the BSPS program has effects on improving community welfare in Tanjung Pinang City. Recipients of the BSPS program in Tanjung Pinang City experienced increased welfare after receiving the program. This is supported by previous research which shows that the BSPS program improves community welfare.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that implements a direct election system. General election is a political process in which people elect the DPR, DPRD, DPD, and regional heads. To become a candidate for regional head or deputy regional head, age is required. Unlike other laws and regulations that regulate the minimum age to become a member of the legislature (DPR, DPRD, and DPD), the age limit is 30 years to become governor and deputy governor, and 25 years to become mayor and deputy mayor. The data used in this research method is secondary data collected through library research techniques, and all data is analyzed as qualitative data. The study shows that the law should set a minimum age limit for candidates for regional heads and their deputies to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to be elected as public officials. In addition, this age limit should not be used as a standard or default for public offices that require the trust of the people who are directly elected through a fair direct election process.

Abstract

Drug abuse, especially marijuana, in Lamteuba, Aceh Besar, is a serious problem that requires strategic handling from the Aceh Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP Aceh). This study evaluates the effectiveness of BNNP Aceh's communication strategy in reducing drug abuse and identifies obstacles and concrete steps taken. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis methods, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from BNNP Aceh officials and local communities. The results show that the Grand Design Alternative Development (GDAD) program faces internal obstacles, such as limited infrastructure and funds, as well as external obstacles, such as low community participation and limited market access. In conclusion, BNNP Aceh's communication strategy needs to be strengthened by increasing community trust, cross-sectoral cooperation, and adjusting programs to meet local economic needs.
