Abstract

Karang Taruna RW 06 in Tegal Parang Village faces challenges in carrying out community activities, including organizing events, managing data, and making strategic decisions. Some of the problems faced include limited human resources, limited access to modern technology, and minimal understanding of the benefits and potential of artificial intelligence (AI). To overcome this problem, it is necessary to apply effective AI to increase members' creativity in creating information about promotional activities, such as creating and distributing flyers and brochures. In addition, AI can strengthen internal and external communications and facilitate better collaboration between Karang Taruna members and the community. In this effort, lecturers at Nusa Mandiri University, Faculty of Technology and Information, held training on the application of AI to optimize the performance of Karang Taruna RW 06. This training inspired other Karang Taruna to utilize AI to improve performance and provide a wider positive impact on society. , including making digital brochures and flyers for promotional activities as well as making press releases that will be published electronically.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam pemrograman web kepada siswa SMK. Dilaksanakan di SMK N 2 Slawi, kegiatan ini melibatkan 15 siswa kelas XII dan berlangsung selama satu bulan dengan total delapan sesi workshop. Materi yang diajarkan mencakup pengenalan HTML, struktur dasar HTML, pengenalan CSS, serta styling dasar dengan CSS. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa, serta penilaian proyek akhir siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep dasar pemrograman web. Semua siswa berhasil menyelesaikan proyek akhir mereka dengan baik, menunjukkan kemampuan dalam mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang telah mereka peroleh selama workshop. Feedback dari siswa juga sangat positif, menunjukkan bahwa mereka merasa mendapatkan manfaat besar dari kegiatan ini dan berharap agar kegiatan serupa dapat diadakan lagi di masa depan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa melalui workshop yang terstruktur dan komprehensif, siswa dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan dasar-dasar HTML dan CSS dalam pembuatan halaman web. Kegiatan serupa diharapkan dapat terus dilakukan untuk memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi siswa di sekolah lain. ABSTRACT This community service activity aims to provide basic knowledge and skills in web programming to vocational high school students. Conducted at SMK N 2 Slawi, the activity involved 15 twelfth-grade students and took place over one month with a total of eight workshop sessions. The material taught included an introduction to HTML, basic HTML structure, an introduction to CSS, and basic styling with CSS. The evaluation of the activity was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the increase in students' understanding, as well as the assessment of students' final projects. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of basic web programming concepts. All students successfully completed their final projects, demonstrating their ability to apply the knowledge they had acquired during the workshop. Feedback from the students was also very positive, indicating that they felt they gained substantial benefits from the activity and hoped that similar activities could be held again in the future. This activity proves that through structured and comprehensive workshops, students can understand and apply the basics of HTML and CSS in web page creation. Similar activities are expected to continue to provide broader benefits to students at other schools.

Abstract

Aging is a natural phase in life, namely the body tends to experience and accumulate changes over time, and these changes are usually degenerative. Potronayan Village is one of the villages in Nogosari District, Boyolali, Central Java. Degenerative diseases are health conditions that cause tissues or organs to deteriorate over time, such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, gout, and so on. Therefore, the aim of this community service activity is to provide health facilities for the community in the form of treatment, doctor consultations, communication and information as well as drug counseling and drug services by pharmacy students free of charge. This service activity is carried out using the method of checking health and administering medication accompanied by treatment counseling. The result of this activity is improved health of the people of Potronayan village. Through this activity, people, especially in Potronayan village, can have good quality health after free treatment.

Abstract

Information technology is currently experiencing very rapid development and affects all areas of life. One of them is the field of education. The world of education and especially teachers must be able to keep up with technological developments in order to create innovative and enjoyable learning processes and be able to maximize the use of technology in evaluating learning outcomes. The problem is that many teachers still have difficulty implementing the use of Google Forms as a digital learning medium and a medium for evaluating learning outcomes. Socialization activities are carried out with the aim of introducing, training, and teaching the maximum use of Google Forms. Activities are carried out with direct practice in making Google forms according to the teaching materials in each teacher's field of study. Practical activities are monitored and guided directly by resource persons and fellow lecturers. The socialization activities went well, as shown by the enthusiasm of the teachers in participating in the training and the teachers' activeness in the process of asking questions related to socialization. It is hoped that this outreach can help Methodist teachers develop more creative and innovative digital learning media by utilizing Google Forms.

Abstract

Stunting, caused by inadequate nutrition during a child's growth period, is a serious health issue in Indonesia with long-term impacts on the well-being of children and the community. Pasir Nangka Village, RT01 RW02, faces challenges in raising public awareness about the importance of stunting prevention and food security. Additionally, the potential of nutrient-rich local food sources has not been optimally utilized. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance public understanding of stunting prevention and the importance of food security through a multidisciplinary approach and cross-sector collaboration. This activity is conducted by lecturers from Insan Pembangunan University, providing information on balanced nutrition, good health practices, and strategies to improve food security. Activities include site surveys, planning, and logistical coordination, involving local stakeholders such as the RT head and village chief to encourage active community participation. The results show an increased public understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and food security, with the adoption of healthy practices in daily life reflected in positive participant responses. Recommendations for sustainable impact include further development of educational and health programs and closer cooperation with local government and educational institutions to expand the positive outcomes. Thus, this community service program is expected to make a significant contribution to improving community welfare by addressing stunting and enhancing food security in Pasir Nangka Village.

Abstract

Gempol Village is one of the villages located in the southernmost area of Rejoso Sub-district, Nganjuk Regency. Most of the people in this area work as farmers, but some people also have UMKM which are an additional source of income for them. One of the obstacles that hampers these UMKM is the lack of facilities and empowerment carried out by the village government. The research methods used are observation and literature study. According to the results of observations, empowering UMKM that can be done is to make market access wider by creating a "Sawang Market" program with the hope of providing a forum for the community to market and develop their products.

Abstract

The use of Information Technology (IT) in education has brought about significant transformation, enabling innovation in learning. This article discusses the positive impact on the quality of learning in vocational high schools. Practical steps, such as visits, identification, socialization, training using AI, especially storyline3 to compile multiple-choice questions in learning, were implemented by involving several vocational high school teachers in Tigaraksa-Tangerang. The evaluation showed an increase in participants' understanding and enthusiasm for the use of storyline3 in designing multiple-choice questions in practice and exams. The results show that the use of artificial intelligence, such as storyline 3, can be an effective tool to improve the quality of learning at the vocational level.

Abstract

Abstrak Rendahnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran hukum serta kesehatan khususnya kesadaran akan hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita terutama wanita usia reproduktif yang berada di Kelurahan Tertip, Kota Balikpapan Kalimantan timur menjadi salah satu atensi Kelompok B6A KKN Universitas Balikpapan Gelombang XVI 2024 untuk berperan aktif melalui program kerja kelompok berupa penyuluhan Hukum dan Kesehatan terhadap warga Kelurahan Teritip khususnya warga wanita usia reproduktif berupa penyuluhan mengenai peningkatan pengetahuan hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Tujuan program kerja ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran hukum serta kesehatan khususnya kesadaran akan hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita terutama wanita usia reproduktif yang berada di Kelurahan Tertip , Kota Balikpapan Kalimantan timur, agar bisa menjaga serta meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi, sehingga harapannya wanita Indonesia menjadi wanita yang sehat dan bisa berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Metode program kerja kelompok ini adalah Metode Penyuluhan , bertempat di Puskesmas Teritip, Balikpapan Selatan, dihadiri 28 peserta warga Kelurahan Teritip, yang dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan deteksi dini kanker mulut rahim. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini dengan kuis didapatkan hasil adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang hak kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Kesadaran hukum, Kesehatan Reproduksi

Abstract

Desa Pete adalah salah satu daerah di kecamatan Tigaraksa yang memiliki berbagai macam kearifan lokal dan usaha masyarakat. Banyak usaha masyarakat di desa Pete yang belum memiliki nomor ijin berusaha (NIB) sebagai legalitas usaha. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan pembuatan NIB kepada para pelaku usaha di Desa Pete agar mereka memiliki legalitas usaha yang jelas dan dapat menjalankan usaha dengan nyaman dan aman. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan di Bum Desa Pema Bersama yang diikuti oleh para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam anggota inkubasi usaha masyarakat. Narasumber kegiatan adalah dosen Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia dan sebagai pendamping kegiatan adalah dosen sebanyak 26 orang dimana satu orang didampingi oleh satu sampai dua orang dosen. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pembuatan NIB sebagai legalitas. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan setelah kegiatan selesai dengan memberikan pertanyaan kepada peserta dan semua peserta mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat membantu para pelaku usaha di Desa Pete. Kelanjutan kegiatan kedepannya akan dilakukan pelatihan, pendampingan dan sosialisi mengenai pachaging, Haki, dan terakhir ditutup dengan pameran produk UMKM desa Pete.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to develop and implement an alumni database system at SDN 207 Apala as a digital solution in managing alumni data. This digital innovation is expected to facilitate schools in monitoring the development and contribution of alumni more efficiently and in a structured manner. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this database system increases efficiency in data management, accelerates the process of inputting and updating alumni information, and strengthens the communication network between schools and alumni. However, the challenges faced include limited technological infrastructure and the need for further training for school staff. Overall, this study makes a real contribution to the development of digital innovation in the world of education, especially in terms of alumni data management
