Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of work motivation and work climate, job satisfaction on the performance of millennial lecturers of private Universities LLDIKTI III during pandemic Covid-19. The sudden change in the situation during the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact and unpreparedness in mastering the technology that must be carried out will bring its own stressful situation for lecturers and have an impact on lecturer performance. This study uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires and using purposive sampling technique where the respondent is millenial lecturer and who has worked for at least 2 years, who already have academic level (JJA) minimum Asisten Ahli, lecturer’ certification (serdos), and have worked as permanent lecturers. The research sample collected in this study amounted to 200 respondents with 100% response rate. The statistical analysis method used in this study uses SPSS software. The results of this study are that work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of millennial lecturers, work climate has a positive effect on the performance of millennial lecturers and job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of millennial lecturers. The contribution of this research can be used in the field of education, especially for private universities management in improving their milllennial lecturers performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how moderation of financial literacy affects lifestyle on consumptive behavior in high school students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with a quantitative technical approach through causal associative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire questionnaire distributed in 3 high schools in the city of Yogyakarta. The research subjects were high school students consisting of 115 respondents. The results of the study show that there are problems with students' shopping behavior that leads to a consumptive lifestyle and financial literacy variables as a moderator in this study. with simple linear regression data analysis method and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of the partial calculation show that the T-count has a number that is greater than the T-table with a T-count of 5.935 and a T-table of 1.981 with a tig sig of 0.000 <0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.357, which means that lifestyle has a significant influence on consumptive behavior of class XI students of SMA Yogyakarta. The results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis obtained that tcount is greater than ttable 5,640>1,960 with a sig value. 0.004 <0.05 so that it can be said that the financial literacy variable strengthens the lifestyle variable on the consumptive behavior of the eleventh grade students of SMA Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Digital technology makes hotel bookings through online travel agents more attractive and more and more people want to make online travel booking agents create more attractive features for hotel bookings. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of E-WoM on E-repurchase, especially in hotel bookings through Online Travel Booking Agent.com in Semarang City. The method used is an experimental research method using 56 participants using a different test-One Way Annova. The results of the study show that there are differences in the effect of E-WoM on e-repurchase in the form of positive and negative customer reviews from Online Travel Booking Agent XYZ customers. So with these positive reviews, consumers will make repeat purchases at the same e-commerce company. If the previous transaction was unsatisfactory, the customer who will make a repurchase will become less trusting, thereby reducing the intention to repurchase from the e-commerce company.

Abstract

Mathematics learning at 5th grade of SDN 21 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman indicated that learning process did not encourage students to apply the concepts in solving problems. It caused the students’ learning achievement become low. This is a classroom action research aimed to improve students’ learning achievement by implementing problem based learning (PBL). Data were obtained through observation and test. Mean of students’ learning achievement from initial observation is 54.63 and become 72.78 in cycle I. Mean of students’ learning achievement is 78.37 in cycle II. Hence, problem based learning can improve students’ learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the development of research in accounting management science sourced from the journal Management Accounting Research volume 50-53. There are 16 articles that are used as analytical materials out of three volumes in 2021. The stages of analysis carried out include analyzing the literature used for research, archival documents that support research, collecting cases related to research, experimentation from several cases from research, field studies, making a framework from field studies, reviews resulting from findings, surveys for confirm the findings, and simulate for the final results. Based on these stages, this article focuses on the topic of accounting management which consists of (1) honesty in budget reporting; (2) the role of organizational culture and information systems in management strategy; (3) controlling the sustainability of the organization's activities; and (4) economic policy uncertainty and cost rigidity.This research is only limited to the study of existing biographies in one journal, without any comparisons from other journals so that it has not been able to form a new pattern in the development of management accounting studies. For this reason, the results of this biography study cannot be generalized to assess the development of studies on management accounting

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine 1) the condition of Peak Height Velocity in La Sagne Groupement athletes and Tugumuda Semarang U9-U11 athletes, 2) is there an effect of frequency and duration on Peak Height Velocity, 3) is there a difference in Peak Height Velocity between Swiss and Indonesia clubs. The research used a quantitative descriptive research type with a comparative research design. The results showed that 1) Peak Height Velocity conditions for La Sagne Groupement FC athletes were 16.3 ± 1.3 (Mean ± SD) and Peak Height Velocity conditions for SSB Tugumuda were 14.0 ± 0.5 (Mean ± SD). 2) There is an effect of frequency and duration on Peak Height Velocity with the results of multiple regression analysis for frequency and duration. 3) There is a difference in PHV between the La Sagne de Groupement and SSB Tugumuda groups. The conclusion from this research there are differences PHV condition, there is an effect of duration and frequency of training on the PHV, and there are differences PHV value between La Sagne Groupement and SSB Tugumuda football clubs.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of emotional intelligence, ability, and economic compensation on employee performance through the job satisfaction of Detikcom employees. In this study, the sample used was 110 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. The results show that the three variables of emotional intelligence, competence and economic compensation have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence and ability variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Financial compensation variables have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Variables such as emotional intelligence, competence, and economic compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. In addition, variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mempengaruhi berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Mahasiswa menjalani perubahan dari pembelajaran luring menjadi pembelajaran daring selama dua tahun terakhir. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis, adaptasi, dan harapan pemuda generasi digital yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) selama dua tahun. Penelitian didesain dengan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif. Penelitian melibatkan 1114 orang generasi digital yang berstatus sebagai mahasiswa dan telah mengikuti pembelajaran daring selama dua tahun. Penggalian data memakai kuesioner open-ended. Analisis data menggunakan analisis konten dengan tiga tahap koding yaitu open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa generasi digital telah merasa nyaman, senang, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran daring, meskipun kadang diliputi rasa bosan, lelah, demotivasi, dan sulit memahami materi. Mayoritas mahasiswa (73,3%) merasa bahwa kondisi psikologis saat ini lebih baik daripada kondisi saat awal pandemi. Hal tersebut terjadi karena kemampuan adaptasi generasi digital yang didukung oleh fasilitas yang memadai, dukungan sosial, regulasi diri, sistem pembelajaran, dan lingkungan yang kondusif. Mahasiswa dominan (61,94%) berharap penyelenggaraan pembelajaran tatap muka dibandingkan pembelajaran daring. Optimalisasi proses belajar, kebutuhan interaksi sosial dan akses fasilitas kampus, serta kejenuhan atas pembelajaran daring menjadi alasannya. Penelitian berimplikasi pada urgensi keterampilan adaptasi generasi digital dalam situasi perubahan yang begitu cepat dan tidak pasti. Kebijakan publik yang mendukung pembelajaran tatap muka perlu diperhatikan dengan baik ketika pandemi COVID-19 telah terkendali.

Abstract

Salah satu sistem distribusi adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia, yang memaksa karyawan untuk melakukan tugasnya dengan cara yang tidak melebihi batas yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel seperti B. Pengaruh pengendalian terhadap pengendalian. Variabel sistem desain toko, pengalaman penjualan, kualitas hubungan, hasil penjualan dan keterampilan penjualan langsung, titik penjualan dan tes penjualan langsung. pengaruh variabel kinerja tenaga penjualan terhadap hasil penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel kinerja penjualan sebagai variabel kontrol untuk pengaruh tidak langsung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah penjual PT. Prima Global Sukses berbasis di Makassar dan mempekerjakan total 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk menghasilkan sampel yang representatif adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan alat analisis WarpPLS 7.0. Bagian utama dari penelitian ini adalah informasi dasar yang diperoleh dari survei. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia, desain industri, kualitas relatif sumber daya manusia dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja. Kompetensi penjualan dan kinerja tenaga penjual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil penjualan. Kinerja wiraniaga dapat menyampaikan dampak desain wilayah penjualan, keterampilan penjualan, dan kualitas hubungan pada kinerja.
