Abstract

Karawang Rice Agent is one of the rice producing villages in Sentra Bizhub, BLOK B2 Teluk Jambe Timur, Karawang. There are various types of rice produced, such as hybrid rice, virgin rice, jasmine rice and so on. Apart from that, the rice produced by Jaya Makmur Village is not consumed by the community itself, some is also sold in various sub-districts and districts. The aim of this studyto determine the relationship between product quality and price on interest in buying rice at the Batang Girl rice agent in Karawang, with customer satisfaction as the intervention variable. A nonprobability sampling technique was used in this research, where 60 Karawang rice agent consumers were selected as samples. Testing was carried out using validity, reliability, mediation and hypothesis testing tools with the help of the WarPPL version 3.0 program. Hypothesis test results show that product quality (X1) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.93. Apart from that, the R-Square of 0.87 shows that product quality has a large influence of 87% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test show that price (X2) also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.83. An R-Square of 0.78 indicates that price has a large influence of 78% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing show that customer satisfaction (Z) has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.98. An R-Square of 0.97 indicates that customer satisfaction has a very large influence of 97% on repurchase intention. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction which in turn has an impact on repurchase intention. The implications of these findings reflect the importance of maintaining product quality and setting appropriate prices in an effort to increase customer satisfaction, which in turn can increase repeat purchase intention. By further understanding these dynamics, Batang Girl rice agents in Karawang can optimize their marketing strategies to achieve long-term success in a competitive market.

Abstract

Execution of a fiduciary guarantee is a transfer of control of an object of collateral based on agreed terms as a return of the loan value. Based on Law Number 42 of 1999, Islamic banks as holders of fiduciary guarantee certificates have the right to execute the actions of debtors who have breached their promises through the implementation of executive titles, auction sales and underhand sales. Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/2019 had a positive impact on various interested parties directly and indirectly. Thus creating a fair legal relationship between the creditor (fiduciary recipient) and the debtor (fiduciary giver). Execution conflicts over fiduciary guarantees arise due to debtors objecting to executions carried out without prior agreement, either in the form of notification or decision from the court. This research is juridical normative with a discussion of the conditions when the executive title cannot be carried out directly unless there is a decision on execution from the court. The results of this study indicate that the Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/2019 provides a new interpretation of several phrases in Article 15 and their explanations in the Fiduciary Law. The fiduciary recipient can execute if there is an agreement with the debtor.

Abstract

Inclusive growth gives a broader concept. The community is not only a beneficiary of growth, but also participates and contributes to the growth process. High economic growth is expected to reduce poverty. The purpose of this study is to analyze inclusive growth in Indonesia. The method used is a descriptive analysis approach. Poverty-Equivalent Growth Rate (PEGR) was developed to measure the coefficient of inclusive growth in Indonesia. The results show that during the period 2001-2020 Indonesia's economic growth has not been inclusive. The inclusive growth coefficient (IGp) is smaller than the economic growth coefficient (Ĝg). This phenomenon also occurred in most provinces and islands during the observation period. High economic growth has not been able to fully reduce poverty. Government strategies and policies that are pro-poor are needed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accessibility, information technology on competitive action in MSMEs. The independent variables in this study are accessibility and information technology. The dependent variable is competitive action. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Sample of this research is MSMEs that register as Gojek partners in East Medan District, where Gojek partners are in the vicinity of HKBP Nommensen University and Medan State University. The sample uses the quota sampling method—the data collected by using a questionnaire distributed directly to SME traders as many as 30 questionnaires. Data analysis techniques uses multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing t-test, F test, and determination regression test. The results of this study indicate simultaneously accessibility and information technology have a positive effect on competitiveness. This is because the sample is MSMEs located around Medan State University and HKBP Nommensen University where people will come alone to their restaurants without using an application because of the close distance. We can see from the coefficient of determination that the new accessibility of information technology must be supported to influence competitive action.
