Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kontribusi kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterikatan pelajaran agama terhadap hasil belajar Agama Islam. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 116 siswa MTs N 1 Pekanbaru (laki-laki = 30,6%; perempuan = 69,4%). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling insidental (non probability sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument kemampuan berpikir kritis dan ketertarikan belajar agama islam. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis (X1) dan ketertarikan belajar agama islam (X2) terhadap hasil belajar agama islam (Y) sebesar 33%. Nilai persamaan regresi: Ŷ = 5.989 + 0.243X1 + 0.330X2, artinya setiap kenaikan satu poin pada kemampuan berpikir kritis dan ketertarikan, diiringi oleh peningkatan sebesar 0.537 hasil belajar agama islam. Koefisien regresi bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengaruh variabel kemampuan berpikir kritis (X1) dan ketertarikan (X2) terhadap hasil belajar agama islam (Y) adalah positif, yang memiliki makna bahwa kenaikan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan ketertarikan dalam belajar agama islam, secara langsung akan meningkatkan hasil belajar agama islam.

Abstract

The goal of the smart governance concept is modern urban management using state-of-the-art technologies, considering the applicable ecological standards while saving resources and achieving the expected results. In line with this, the government needs to build integrated ICTs services. Therefore, the government of Indonesia has legalized a regulation relating to smart city policy. In 2017, Indonesia introduce The Movement Towards 100 Smart Cities. The program aims to guide local government to further maximize the use of technology, both in improving public services and transformation of existing resources in local government to become more digital-based.This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach through out in-depth interviews, documentation and secondary data exploration to present the extent of the development of smart governance in Jambi City, Indonesia which explained driving factors (and challenges) to policy implementation in local government, although the process of digitization has been in right direction so far, improvement is needed in terms of enhancing digital resources, adjusting to the organizational culture, and implementing a more diverse collaboration strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, manfaat anggaran program KB terhadap pembangunan kependudukan, dan untuk mengetahui  besaran nilai ekonomi dari anggaran program KB di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode analisis Untuk melihat laju pertumbuhan penduduk, penelitian menggunakan metode geometrik, Untuk menghitung manfaat dan biaya menggunakan  metode Net Present Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Program keluarga berencana yang dilaksanakan oleh BKKBN Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah selama tahun 2017-2019 telah memberikan manfaat bagi pembangunan ekonomi di Sulawesi Tengah. Besarnya keuntungan secara ekonomi atas pelaksanaan program keluarga berencana selama kurun waktu Tahun 2017 – 2019 sebesar Rp. 54.671.974.876. Besarnya Biaya pemerintah untuk pengeluaran pendidikan yang tercegah selama kurun waktu 2017 – 2019 karena adanya penekanan jumlah penduduk usia 0-4 tahun sebesar Rp.17.701.530.000.

Abstract

Currently, many parents are more careful in choosing a school for their child. Of course, this is understandable, considering their children's future success. In Indonesia, of course, there are many schools, ranging from regular schools to several, that offer several advantages, from facilities to excellent programs to extracurriculars. One of the options for parents today is to send their children to religious-based educational institutions. This study aims to prove the effect of education costs and the location of parents' decisions to send their children through referral groups in Tangerang and South Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods. Sampling was based on a purposive sampling method of 100 respondents in Tangerang and South Jakarta using proportional random sampling in Tangerang and South Jakarta. The analytical method used is statistical-partial least square using SEM Lisrel 8.70 analysis software tools. The results of this study show that the cost of education significantly affects the reference group. The location has an effect but is not significant to the reference group. The reference group has an effect, but not significantly, on the decision to send their children to school.

Abstract

This study elaborates Indonesia's investor relations activities in building and maintaining positive perceptions of the Indonesian economy as a debt issuer in international financial markets. The study begins with several theories in investor relations, communication strategies, and investor relations current practices in Indonesia. By referring to various theories related to investor relations, an assessment is carried out that focuses on strengthening efforts in preparing the framework for the communication strategy of investor relations in the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, this study also aims to produce a communication strategy framework that can be applied in preparing sharper, focused, and goal-oriented work programs and communication strategies. This study resulted in a framework for strengthening investor relations strategies in Indonesia which have taken into account factors according to investor relations theory and the strategic environment that has become the concern of the international financial community.

Abstract

Profil kompetensi pedagogik menjadi karakteristik kunci kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Adanya penilaian secara berkala dan berkelanjutan merupakan kebutuhan guru sebagai individu dan organisasi sekolah agar menjadi sumber data autentik dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan profil kompetensi pedagogik yang mendukung kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran peserta didik.  Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya pengembangan aplikasi guna memenuhi kebutuhan para guru dan sekolah dalam melakukan penilaian profil kompetensi pedagogik berdasarkan Matriks Peta Diri Berbasis Web, yang mengintegrasikan aspek pemaknaan nilai profesi, keterlibatan dengan organisasi dan strategi pengembangan kompetensi. Metode penelitian  yang digunakan adalah riset dan pengembangan (R & D).   Berdasarkan pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa aplikasi. Penilaian Profil Kompetensi Pedagogik berdasarkan Matriks Peta Diri berbasis Web memberikan hasil secara efektif dan efisien bagi para guru dan  sekolah dalam melakukan penilaian secara berkala, berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh terhadap profil kompetensi pedagogik dengan pengembangan pemaknaan nilai profesi, keterlibatan dengan organisasi dan strategi pengembangan kompetensi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of international trade openness on regional inequality in Indonesia's provinces by using the concept of economic geography. Other factors such as geographic accessibility, labor share in the manufacturing sector, population, and government expenditure are also estimated. This study uses panel econometric analysis. The data used from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2003-to 2018 was obtained from Statistic Indonesia (BPS). The result shows that international trade openness has a positive effect on increasing inequality between regions. However, openness to international trade hurts increasing inequality between regions if it is supported by geographic accessibility. The economic dispersion causes this due to cost efficiency and competitive forces. In addition, the share of labor in the manufacturing sector has no effect. However, the population and the government expenditure have a positive and significant effect on regional inequality. Positive exports tend to reduce regional inequality. Each province's exports and imports also affect this result.

Abstract

The implementation of learning short story writing skills is still oriented towards completing tasks designed by the teacher. Also, it seems conventional, so developing students' short story writing skills takes time and effort. Through this research, the authors review the effect of the project-based learning model on learning outcomes for students with high and low achievement motivation; and the interaction between the project-based learning model and achievement motivation. This research belongs to the quantitative research that applies the experimental method, involving two sample classes: class X hospitality 2 as the experimental class and class X clothing 4 as the control class. The results of the data analysis provide conclusions. First, the project-based learning model influences student learning outcomes. Second, the project-based learning model influences students' learning outcomes with high achievement motivation. Third, project-based learning model influences the learning outcomes of students with low achievement motivation. The project-based learning learning model can be used as an effective alternative learning model in improving students' short story writing skills.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4 Maret 2013 di kelas  IV SDN 13 IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika masih dilaksanakan secara konvensional. Dimana dalam proses pembelajaran guru mendominasi pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan metode ceramah. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini direncanakan untuk dua kali siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan yang disertai observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan dalam dua kali siklus menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika di kelas IV SDN 13 IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari (1) kemampuan siswa untuk mencari dan menemukan sendiri jawaban dari suatu permasalahan matematika, (2) kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir secara kritis dan sitematis, dan (3) ketuntasan belajar yang semula hanya 59% pada siklkus I meningkat menjadi 86,4% pada akhir siklus II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui  dasar adanya  tanggungjawab Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Papua Barat dalam pengelolaan situ mansinam sebagai objek wisata religi berbasis kesejahteraan masyarakat hukum adat serta implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif, dengan menggunakan analisis bahan hukum primer maupun sekunder yang terkait dengan permasalahan. Beberapa regulasi yang menjadi dasar adanya tanggungjawab pemerintah terhadap pengelolaan Situs mansinam dianaranya Perda Peraturan daerah (perda) Nomor 4 Tahun 2013 tentang Tata Ruang Wilayah Provinsi Papua Barat Tahun 2013-2033, undang-undang No.11 Tahun 2010 tentang cagar budaya, Undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentang pemerintah daerah, Undang-undang Nomor 10 tahun 2009 dan Pasal 18 ayat (6) UUD , serta undang-undang No. 1 Tahun 2021 Tentang otonomi khusus. Implementasi pengelolaan situs mansinam sebagai objek wisata religi belum dapat terlaksana, mengingat pengembangan strategis wilayah pariwisata di provinsi papua barat belum terencana dengan baik sebab regulasi daerah terkait rencana induk pengembangan pariswisata belum terwujud sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan.
