<![CDATA[This study examines the work participation of the elderly population (≥ 60 years) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palu City. The sample was 80 respondents. The data analysis used probit regression. The results showed that only 36.26 percent of all respondents are still working. The COVID-19 pandemic changes variables affecting work participation of the elderly. The results of the analysis show that only two variables have a significant influence, namely age and health status of the elderly. As the elderly get older, the probability of the elderly participating in the labor market decreases. The elderly with a health condition have a greater probability of entering the labor market than the elderly with poor health conditions. Meanwhile, four variables did not have a significant influence during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as education, gender, status in the household and other sources of income (pension funds and remittance). Work participation is greatly affected by the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, manfaat anggaran program KB terhadap pembangunan kependudukan, dan untuk mengetahui besaran nilai ekonomi dari anggaran program KB di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode analisis Untuk melihat laju pertumbuhan penduduk, penelitian menggunakan metode geometrik, Untuk menghitung manfaat dan biaya menggunakan metode Net Present Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Program keluarga berencana yang dilaksanakan oleh BKKBN Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah selama tahun 2017-2019 telah memberikan manfaat bagi pembangunan ekonomi di Sulawesi Tengah. Besarnya keuntungan secara ekonomi atas pelaksanaan program keluarga berencana selama kurun waktu Tahun 2017 – 2019 sebesar Rp. 54.671.974.876. Besarnya Biaya pemerintah untuk pengeluaran pendidikan yang tercegah selama kurun waktu 2017 – 2019 karena adanya penekanan jumlah penduduk usia 0-4 tahun sebesar Rp.17.701.530.000.]]>

<![CDATA[The cleaning service business SINI sa CLEAN is a business that has quite promising potential for development, even though it is very promising, SINI sa CLEAN is currently unable to compete in a broad scope. SINI sa CLEAN must be able to develop and continue to innovate so that it can survive and be able to compete. So an appropriate development strategy is needed. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the data sources in writing this article were taken from primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this research is the SWOT analysis technique, recording and observation to produce accurate information. The aim of this research is to determine the internal and external factors of the SINI sa CLEAN cleaning service business to find out the business development strategy and to find out the SINI sa CLEAN cleaning service business development strategy. The research results show that the total internal factors of strengths and weaknesses as the X axis are 0.73, while the total external factors of opportunities and threats as the Y axis are 2.83. So the strategic position for developing the SINI sa CLEAN cleaning service business is in quadrant I, namely in the S-O strategy position which has the strength and opportunity to be able to develop the SINI sa CLEAN cleaning service business.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the impact of advertising and Celebrity Endorser on online shop revenue in Palu city. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires given to 40 online shop actors in Palu city. The data analysis used includes classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and Determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the advertising variable and the Celebrity Endorser variable contributed 0.49 percent to the revenue of online shops in Palu city. The regression coefficient of the advertising variable is 0.214 which shows a positive influence, while the regression coefficient of the Celebrity Endorser variable is 0.122 which also shows a positive influence. Thus, this study provides evidence that advertising and Celebrity Endorser have an important role in increasing online shop revenue in Palu city. Online shop actors in Palu city can utilize advertising strategies and Celebrity Endorsers to increase their income. This research also contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence online shop revenue and can be a reference for further research in this field.]]>

<![CDATA[Setiap negara di dunia, terutama negara-negara berkembang, berjuang melawan kemiskinan. Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang rumit dan mempunyai banyak penyebab yang mempengaruhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Jumlah Penduduk dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Panel analisis data dan regresi berganda merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian adalah Eviews 12. Model ideal yang dipilih Penelitian ini menggunakan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Domestik Regional Bruto mempunyai pengaruh yang merugikan dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Sulawesi Tengah, sedangkan Jumlah Penduduk dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) mempunyai pengaruh yang baik dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Sulawesi Tengah. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Produk Regional Bruto (PDRB) mampu mengurangi kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, sedangkan Jumlah Penduduk dan Angka Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) dilihat dari hasil tersebut belum mampu mengurangi kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi. Artinya peningkatan jumlah penduduk tidak dapat menurunkan kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Dan peningkatan angka kemiskinan dapat meningkatkan kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.]]>

<![CDATA[Innovation is a mechanism for companies to adapt to a dynamic environment. Therefore, companies must be able to develop new thoughts and ideas, provide innovative products, and improve services to satisfy customers. This research aims to determine the effect of product innovation on sales of Haunted Chocolate at MF Dessert in Palu City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results show that in August, sales were relatively high due to product introductions to customers. However, in September and October, sales declined before the innovation was implemented, mainly due to a decrease in interest in sweets. After the innovation was implemented, sales in November and December increased because customers were attracted to the new flavors, many preferring pandan and cappuccino flavors to the original flavors. In conclusion, sales of Haunted Chocolate before the innovation had decreased due to lack of interest in sweet foods. Innovation has a positive effect on sales, as evidenced by an increase in sales after the innovation is implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[Efforts to accelerate economic development are one of the government's strategies in empowering the community to reduce unemployment rates, one of which is the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which can improve the welfare of the community, because MSMEs are one of the driving forces for economic growth and development which has a contribution in creating labor and a source of income for the community. This research aims to find out the role of MSMEs in improving community welfare. and What is the government's role in empowering MSMEs in Padende Village. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on research results, it is believed that the role of MSMEs can improve community welfare. This can be reflected in the contribution of MSMEs in meeting family economic needs, providing employment opportunities, and providing people with access to various types of products and services. With the development of MSMEs, local employment opportunities can increase, thereby helping to reduce the unemployment rate in the region. The Government's role in developing MSME sales stalls is able to have a positive impact on MSME players. Organizing entrepreneurship training and development can also help MSME owners improve their abilities in business management, marketing and finance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the income of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with a panel data design. The data used are macro data issued by the Central Statistics Agency in 2019, 2020 and 2021 (Covid-19 pandemic period). The results of the study showed a significant decrease in the average income of the elderly both nationally and in each province during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 - 2021. There was a decrease in the average income of the elderly in 2019 - 2020 by 6.92 percent and 7.02 percent in 2020 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis using panel data showed that only one variable, the Allocation of elderly working time, had a significant effect on the average income of the elderly in Indonesia. The other three variables that did not have a significant effect were the number of elderly working, education and health of the elderly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the main problem faced by the elderly is the implementation of social distancing and physical distancing, and the government's policy of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) has a direct impact on reducing the Allocation of working time for the elderly, which then has an impact on reducing the income of the elderly.]]>

<![CDATA[Industri kecil dan menengah di Sulawesi Tengah dari Tahun 2019-2023 selalu mengalami peningkatan permintaan tenaga kerja dan pengangguran menurun karna adanya penciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh variabel jumlah industri kecil dan menengah dan nilai produksi terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja di Sulawesi Tengah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah Industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja. Nilai Produksi berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2019-2023. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel industri kecil dan menengah dan produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tenaga kerja di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2019-2023.]]>
