Abstract

This research is about Risk-Based Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service Policy Challenges by Using Online Single Submission (OSS) among MSMEs which aims to obtain licensing in Improving Good Governance at the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service in Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this analysis is a qualitative method using secondary data. The theory used as a reference is advocacy which consists of six steps, namely analysis, strategy, mobilization, action, evaluation, and sustainability. The results of the study show that advocacy for the use of risk-based OSS for MSMEs in the Sukabumi district has been going quite well according to PP No. 5 of 2021. However, there are still things that need to be optimized because of the obstacles encountered, including the lack of coordination and socialization between the agency and business actors, inadequate internet network in the hinterland, not all of them have computers or Android-based cell phones for can access OSS, central and regional policies are not yet fully integrated, server down occurs frequently, and OSS upgrades are still frequently carried out. Efforts that need to be made, namely by providing internet and computer facilities for business actors at the licensing service office, guiding business actors to obtain the necessary permits, conducting routine outreach to business actors who have difficulty getting access and do not understand digitization, always follow the updates on OSS developments, and so on.

Abstract

The imposition of corruption offense in case Number. 28/PID.SUS.TPK/2020/ JKT.PST, where the imposition of the offense of participation in acts of gratification is separated into two categories, namely those who give bribes and those who are bribed. It is unclear how the Judge differentiates those who give bribes and those who are bribed. Thus, the research question is as follows: How is the implementation of participating in corruption cases in accordance with the case judgment number. 28/PID.SUS.TPK/2020/JKT.PST? Second, how is criminal behavior in corruption instances regulated in Indonesia? The research method employed is normative juridical, which means that it is based on an examination of pertinent laws and regulations. The study's conclusions include the absence of reason and logic in the judges' deliberations and decisions regarding the classification of bribery in case number. 28/PID.SUS.TPK/2020/ JKT.PST. Second, there is a legal vacuum or loophole in which no rules have a clear formula for classifying those who give bribes or those who are bribed. According to these two results, the regulation of participation in criminal acts of corruption still need conceptual and technical refinement in the future

Abstract

Tabut in Bengkulu and Tabuik in Pariaman are two traditions that have the same socio-historical background, namely the Karbala incident in 61 AH. However, regarding the figure who originated this tradition at that time, until now there has been no clarity. This research aims to describe and analyze Syech Burhanudin and Kadar Ali in Bengkulu and Pariaman and their relationship to the Tabut Tradition. This research was conducted as a qualitative type of research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, a literature study, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was carried out using the Milles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the research show that Syech Burhanuddin (I, II, and III), who is known in West Sumatra, has no connection with Syech Burhanuddin in Bengkulu and also has no connection with the Tabut tradition in Bengkulu and Pariaman; Kadar Ali from Pariaman and Kader Ali from Bengkulu are suspected to be the same person in two possible schemes. Kadar Ali originally came from Bengkulu, migrated to Pariaman, and developed the Tabut tradition, but then returned to Bengkulu and died in Bengkulu. Second, Kader Ali is a native of Pariaman who married, then brought his wife to Pariaman and developed Tabut.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the narrative of Religious Moderation is being hotly discussed and has even been included in the RPJMN 2020-2024. The target index has been determined, but measurement instruments are still minimal and can be used to measure the level of religious moderation at the university level. This research was conducted in response to these needs. The development of this instrument uses a unidimensional construct using Rasch analysis. The number of samples used was 406 students selected using the multistage random sampling technique. This development goes through three stages, namely item generation, where the objectives and concepts of measuring religious moderation are arranged to produce latent items. The theoretical analysisaims to test the scale's content validity. The last stage is a psychometric analysiswhich seeks to analyze the availability of the sample and construct the validity and reliability of the scale using Rasch analysis. The first stage produced 48 statements; thesecond stage resulted in changes in the religious context and usedmore appropriate words to describe the scale interval. The last stage makes 24 valid argumentsto be sureof religious moderation.
