Purpose – This study aims to analyze the money supply, economic growth, Rupiah exchange rate, and indeks dow jones on stock return, either partially o simultaneously. Methodology/approach - The population in this study is LQ45 shares which are listed in IDX statistical reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2020. Based on the technique of purposive sampling.,17 issuers met the criteria. The type of research is quantitative research with secondary data. The research method uses descriptive and verification methods. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression analysis of panel data with several tests. Findings – From the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially Money Supply has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. Economic growth has a negative and significant effect on stock returns. The Rupiah Exchange Rate and the Dow Jones Index have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Money Supply, Economic Growth, Rupiah Exchange Rate, and Dow Jones Index have no effect on stock returns. Novelty/value – The value of this study is the growth of LQ45 stick returns which always fluctuate can be influenced by various factors, one of which is external factors, this must be considered by investors to minimize losses. This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Financing and Operating Expenses on Operating Income on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population used in this study were all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority from 2016 - 2020, which amounted to 14 Islamic Commercial Banks. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample of six banks, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, and BCA Syariah. The data collection method used in this research is a library study in the form of document searches related to all aspects studied. And this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing.

The Program Sekolah Penggerak is a transformation of the Education program to realize Pancasila students based on holistic student learning outcomes. To achieve this program, this program is supported by an independent curriculum where teachers are expected to provide more holistic. This research is aimed at seeing how the curriculum in this program is structured as well as targets for each stage. This research uses pure qualitative research by using literature and docuseries (literary research). The results of this study explain that there are several stages in the concept of independent learning, namely the planning stage and also the implementation stage where each stage has specific targets along with achievements based on the competence of students. From the results found, the concept of this independent learning curriculum has detailly described the achievements of each stage and how teachers implement them in the classroom. Given that Indonesia is so diverse, the implementation of this independent curriculum requires periodic and detailed evaluation of each region.

Purpose - Retention of employees has been shown to be of great importance for expansion and achievement of business goals, especially when it comes to gaining competitive advantage over other companies in the period of increasing globalization. Nowadays, changes in technology, global economy, trade agreements, etc., directly affect employee-employer relations, resulting in high employee turnover, thus affecting employee retention in a company. The objective of the study was to determine the perceived relationship between employee retention and practices in the education sector of Hazara Division in Pakistan. Methodology/approach – A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study as it ensures a complete description of the situation, thus ensuring minimal bias in data collection and reducing errors in the interpretation of the data collected. Primary data was collected for the study using a structured questionnaire. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive Statistics comprising of frequencies, distribution percentages, mean and standard deviation. The study originates there are significant positive relation employee retention with Recruitment and selection, performance management and training and development. Findings – The basic conclusion of the current study is the employees of the education sector should focus or adopt recruitment & selection process to improve their organizational performance. By acting performance management, they adopt motivate to their followers and also bring new ideas and strategies to improve the organizational setting or performance. Similarly, the education employees adopt the training and development for development of employees’ skills. It is also recommended the leaders of education sides must involve their employee in the process of decision making it also gives direction to improve their performance.

ABSTRACT Purpose – This research tries to explore the importance of financial literacy education as a provision of life for everyone. We consider this problem due to many people must face financial difficulties in their old age. Methodology/approach – We use qualitative analysis with in-depth and critical analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is a study of literature. Some papers and books regarding financial literacy used as references for this study. This research focus examines the importance of financial literacy education for the younger generations explicitly, as a provision for them to live their lives in the future. Findings – Our result shows that the role of family and school can shape people in understanding financial knowledge nicely. We elaborate these variables as important factors that influencing life. Novelty/value – Our finding suggests that financial literacy education must be started since childhood due to its stage crucial in someone’s life phase, and also children are easy to receive lessons. We also show that teachers are essential in educating children promptly to know financial matters. A large amount of fraud cases that makes people loss a lot of money, is due to the ignorance of financial literacy. By mastering knowledge of wealth people can live in prosperous life. Solving the problem of student late graduation has been a lot of research done before, with various methods and algorithms. Likewise, the comparison of various methods to predict student graduation. However, there is no comparison of the Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, and KNN methods using data from the Informatics Engineering Department in Institute Business XYZ. From this study by comparing the three methods, the Naïve Bayes method is ranked first with an accuracy rate of 66.67%, Precison 80% and Recall 66.67%. Rank 2 is the KNN algorithm with an accuracy rate of 55.56%, Precision 66.67% and Recall 66.67% and the last is the Decision Tree algorithm with an accuracy rate of 46%, Precison 48.3% and Recall 61.67%

The high interest in the furniture and handicraft industry has led to a surge in demand for furniture and handicrafts, which has made business players compete to increase the quality and quantity of their production. The high demand has also resulted in an increase in the amount of waste from furniture production, but many companies/business actors are still unable to handle this production waste properly. This research is qualitative and aims to know and review readiness in making business plans from processed furniture production waste by using the elements of creating a business model canvas. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview documentation, and literature study. After the data is collected, it is processed using source triangulation. Based on the results of the research, things that can be used as a reference in creating a business here is by stating the readiness of planning from all segmentation according to the method taken, namely the business model canvas here, the production waste is processed into kitchenware, namely cutlery products or multipurpose kitchen needs from processed wood waste

This pandemic period, which we have been facing for almost three years, has had various effects in society. One of them is the lack of food. One of the things that can be done is with the rice wrap alms movement. Dividing food for people in need with the help of MSMEs for the provision of food. The purpose of this study is to prove that the opimalization of the Nasi Bungkus alms movement is not only beneficial for people who really need food but can also empower the role of MSMEs. The basis used in the study is Funtional Theory, which explains its functions and uses. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is used to explain and explain the problems of the research subject. Data collection is carried out by summarizing data sources or direct contact with people, events, and situations at the study site. As a conclusion of this study: (1) optimization of the Nasi Bungkus alms movement can be achieved through cooperation with other parties; (2) the Nasi Bungkus alms make the empowerment of MSMEs more optimal. Especially MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector; (2) there is another side, this rice wrap alms movement also fosters strong social solidarity. Where there is one party that has advantages, then it is given to those in need.

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable at the Agriculture Office of Lubuklinggau City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Quantitative methods can be defined as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, analyzing quantitative/statistical data with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there is an indirect effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Service, this is based on the results of the indirect effect value for the influence of work motivation on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable of 0.143 with a t-value the statistic of 2254 is greater than the t-table value of 1.96. significance value of 0.025. Furthermore, there is an indirect effect on the quality of work life on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Service, this is based on the results of the indirect effect value for the influence of the quality of work life on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable of 0.274 with a t-statistic value of 4.167 is greater than the t-table value of 1.96. significance value of 0.000. It can be concluded that the quality of work life and work motivation affect employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Office. and there is an indirect effect of the variables of Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation have an effect on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable in the Agriculture Service of Lubuklinggau City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of impaired loans and capital adequacy ratios on banking performance at Private Commercial Banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2015-2019. Research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. The source of this research uses secondary data. The sample of this study were 18 companies Private Commercial Banks using purposive sampling technique. Finding test results show that Impaired Loans have no significant effect on banking performance while the Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on banking performance. Simultaneously, it shows that Impaired Loans and the Capital Adequacy Ratio have a significant effect on banking performance. Value the determination coefficient of 0.075 indicates that the Impaired Loan and the Capital Adequacy Ratio provide a variation of 7.5% on banking performance, while the remaining 92.5% is influenced by other factors that are not observed.
