Abstract

Environmental law in the field of legal science is one of the most strategic fields of legal science because environmental law has many aspects, namely administrative law, criminal law and civil law. The Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) does not specifically regulate environmental law explicitly. However, there are several articles in the Criminal Code that can relate to environmental violations. Environmental crimes are regulated in Chapter XV, which consists of 23 articles, starting from Article 97 to Article 120 UUPPLH. In the Criminal Code, there are several articles relating to types of environmental violations that can be discussed, such as air pollution, water pollution, hazardous waste disposal, forest destruction and illegal hunting. Collaboration between government, society and the private sector has an important role in environmental law. Synergy between these three parties is needed to achieve effective and sustainable environmental protection.

Abstract

Drug-Related Problems in T2DM patients based on patient therapy patterns with or without comorbidities. DRP analysis is based on PCNE 9.1 guidelines analysing the domains causing problems in treatment, then bivariate data analysis (chi-square) to test the relationship between results and DRP type and continued with a multivariate test to see the connection between results and DRP type. The research results were three related variables related to DRPs and LOS, 15 cases of errors in drug selection, and eight instances of errors of treatment duration due to the absence of initiation of maintenance doses. Dose selection errors occurred in year 16, caused by an amount too low. It is recommended to research analysis prospectively so that the status of DRPs can be determined.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the composition of advertisements presented in advertising promotions on TikTok. The data source in this research is a TikTok video containing skincare advertisements for several products, namely skintific and lacoco dark spot. There are 3 points of advertising composition that must be considered, namely the main point consisting of an attractive ad title, stunning visuals, tagline, the body of the ad consisting of a product description and before and after and the closing of the ad consisting of a Call to Action (CTA), Logo and Information Contacts, testimonials and price mentions. However, it can be seen that the most dominant message content in skincare is stunning visuals, product descriptions and testimonials, because this is the key that can attract the audience to use it. So overall, the strategy for selecting ad composition on TikTok must consider visual strength, product delivery and testimonials. With a careful approach, skincare advertising can successfully strengthen language messages and achieve the desired marketing objectives.
