Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan generasi emas dalam perkembangan bangsa, di mana sikap dan karakter mereka sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekitar. Pendidikan berkualitas pada tahap ini sangat penting. Penelitian ini membahas perkembangan NAM pada anak usia 4-5 tahun, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan dan perkembangan stimulasi dalam aspek tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan wawancara, dengan pengumpulan data langsung dari lokasi penelitian. Observasi melibatkan pengamatan perilaku dan situasi pada RA Taqiyya Kartasura, sedangkan dalam wawancara melibatkan interaksi langsung dengan subjek. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa RA Taqiyya Kartasura telah menjalankan kurikulum sesuai ketentuan pemerintah. Guru dan murid bekerja sama dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari sehingga kegiatan berjalan secara optimal. Evaluasi pembelajaran harian juga rutin dilakukan oleh para guru terhadap siswa di RA Taqiyya Kartasura.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini berisi penjabaran mengenai pelaporan perkembangan anak kepada orang tua yang memuat pembahasan mengenai etika pelaporan, jenis pelaporan, waktu pelaporan dan bentuk laporan semester. Dengan tujuan dapat menambah wawasan bagi para pembaca serta dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk membuat pelaporan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah metode studi pustaka. Metode studi pustaka merupakan metode pengumpulan data dengan memahami dan mempelajari teori-teori dari berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Pelaporan adalah penyampaian hasil evaluasi mengenai status perkembangan. Laporan tersebut akan berupa uraian tentang pertumbuhan fisik anak dan perkembangan kemampuan, sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan anak (Iskandar, 2015).

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to understand how the application of the traditional dakon game can improve the cognitive abilities of young children through a qualitative approach using the interview and observation method. Dakon, or congklak, is a traditional game that has long been known in Indonesia and is believed to have significant educational value. This research involved in-depth interviews with teachers Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah in Sukoharjo to collect data regarding their experiences and views on the impact of dakon games on children's cognitive development. Research results show that the dakon game helps children develop counting skills, strategic planning, memory and concentration. Additionally, this game is also reported to improve children's social and fine motor skills. Study participants noted that children who regularly played dakon showed significant progress in critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The conclusion of this research is that dakon games can be integrated into the early childhood education curriculum as an effective learning tool to support their cognitive development.

Abstract

Learning Outcomes in improving cognitive development of early childhood by using varied learning media made from natural materials and used materials around the school. The purpose of this study is to improve children's cognitive through loose parst media at PAUD RA CHAIRUNNISA. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with the type of class action research. The research was conducted in class B aged 5-6 years PAUD RA CHAIRUNNISA in the village of Dukuh, Sukoharjo District, the research subjects amounted to 20 children. This research was conducted with a round of 2 cycles. Data collection techniques obtained through documentation and observation with four stages in each cycle, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data analysis used data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. And the expected success indicator in this study is 75% in the category of developing very well. Based on the results of the study can show that the use of loose part media can improve children's cognitive abilities. The increase can be seen in the pre-research data from 20 children. After taking action in cycle I which developed very well there were 9 children (45%), in cycle II which developed very well there were 18 children (90%). This research was stopped until cycle II because it had met the predetermined success standards of developing very well.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of color recognition activities in enhancing the cognitive abilities of early childhood children at RA Syifaul Qalbi Jumantono. Children are expected to be able to recognize various colors, conduct color mixing experiments, and produce other colors. They should be able to name primary and mixed colors, state the results of color mixing, and recount the color mixing process. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method with classroom action research. Data was collected through observation of children's activities during the sessions, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the application of experimental methods in color recognition at RA Syifaul Qalbi Jumantono was successful. The achievements according to the lesson plans and syllabi were acceptable to teachers and students in conducting activities involving color mixing experiments using materials such as bond paper, colored water, and straws. Activities were carried out using planning and implementation systems. This finding emphasizes the significant role of color recognition activities in the cognitive development of early childhood. The practical implication of this research underscores the importance of incorporating color recognition stimulating activities into the early childhood education curriculum to strengthen their cognitive development.
