Abstract

Market competition in the cosmetics industry especially skincare is currently increasingly tighter. MS Glow, which was initially the best-selling brand on e-commerce was forced to be replaced by another skincare brand. The inconsistency in MS Glow's sales levels is thought to be because MS Glow is unable to meet consumer satisfaction with the result of using MS Glow products. This is what underlies this research, namely to find out the causes of consumer dissatisfaction with MS Glow products using three variables, namely Product Quality, Brand Credibility and Perceived Value. The method used in this research is a survey method with a sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. The data obtained will be processed by SPSS. The results of research show that the three variables, namely Product Quality, Brand Credibility and Perceived Value, have a positive influence on consumen satisfaction as users of product MS Glow in Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the effect of employee training on job satisfaction and employee commitment and examines the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between training and employee commitment. A quantitative research design was used to answer the research questions. The data were collected using questionnaire instruments distributed online through the WhatsApp group network of BPKD employees in each district/city in Bengkulu Province. Data were collected at a particular time by using the cross-sectional method. The data obtained will be processed using SPSS 22.0 software to test the research hypotheses built. The effect of the relationship between variables was tested using multiple linear regression and mediated regression testing from Baron and Kenny (1986) to test the impact between research variables according to the problem formulation and research objectives set. The results of the study found that employee training has a positive impact on employee commitment at BPKD, employee training has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKD, job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee commitment at BPKD, job satisfaction partially mediates the impact of employee training on employee commitment at BPKD. Research contributions and recommendations are discussed further in this article. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Training, Employee Commitment, Regional Financial Management Agency. Abstrak Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan dan menguji peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi hubungan antara pelatihan dan komitmen karyawan. Desain penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui jaringan grup WhatsApp pegawai BPKD di setiap kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bengkulu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada waktu tertentu dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah menggunakan software SPSS 22.0 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yang dibangun. Pengaruh hubungan antar variabel diuji dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji regresi termediasi dari Baron dan Kenny (1986) untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel penelitian sesuai dengan rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen karyawan di BPKD, pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di BPKD, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen karyawan di BPKD, kepuasan kerja secara parsial memediasi pengaruh tersebut. pelatihan pegawai tentang komitmen pegawai di BPKD. Kontribusi dan rekomendasi penelitian dibahas lebih lanjut dalam artikel ini. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Pelatihan, Komitmen Pegawai, Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of service quality at Bengkulu University by linking it to various aspects as implications of the implementation of quality services. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, perceived value, and institutional image on student satisfaction at Bengkulu University. The population of this research is Bengkulu University students from various faculties who have studied for at least 2 semesters (third semester and above). The sampling method that collects data is purposive. The sample size was 268 respondents. The research results found that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction at Bengkulu University. This means that the better the quality of educational services, the better the satisfaction of Bengkulu University students. 2). Perceived value has a positive influence on student satisfaction at Bengkulu University. This means that if the perceived value increases, student satisfaction will increase. 3). The image of the institution has a positive effect on student satisfaction at Bengkulu University. This means that improving the image of the institution will have an impact on increasing student satisfaction at Bengkulu University. 4). Service quality, perceived value, and institutional image have a positive influence on Bengkulu University student satisfaction.

Abstract

PT Digital Visma Media (DVM) is a creative media company engaged in digital content production and marketing services. With the rise of the hybrid working trend—a combination of remote and in-office work—questions arise regarding its impact on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation and job satisfaction are also crucial factors in determining organizational effectiveness. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the influence of hybrid working and work motivation on employee performa.This study employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 395 employees of PT Digital Visma Media. A purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection, and data were analyzed using SEM-PLS 4.1.0.8 for Windows. The findings indicate that hybrid working and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Additionally, hybrid working positively influences job satisfaction, which in turn enhances employee performan.These findings affirm that an effective implementation of hybrid working, along with improved work motivation, can enhance both employee performance and job satisfaction. Therefore, PT Digital Visma Media needs to develop better policy strategies to optimize the implementation of hybrid working, maintain work motivation levels, and ensure job satisfaction to enhance overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive, with the data collection method utilizing secondary data obtained through documentation of Annual Financial Reports and Annual Sustainability Reports from audited and published commercial banks throughout the period 2019–2023, accessed via the official website www.idx.co.id. The research sample consists of 13 commercial banks categorized under KBMI 3 and KBMI 4. The analytical method applied in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis, using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research results have not yet identified which variables influence the distribution of green credit in the Indonesian banking sector during the 2019–2023 period. The findings indicate that the variables CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), BOPO (Operational Efficiency), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), and NPL (Non-Performing Loans) do not have a significant effect on green credit (GCR) in Indonesia during the research period. On the other hand, for variables influencing bank profitability (ROA – Return on Assets), it was found that CAR, BOPO, LDR, and GCR have a significant influence, while NPL does not significantly affect bank profitability. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that green credit (GCR) has been proven to significantly influence banking profitability in Indonesia during the 2019–2023 period. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends that banks in Indonesia improve the quality of their CAR, BOPO, and LDR ratios, as these factors have the potential to promote increased distribution of green credit, which is currently still relatively low. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to examines the donor attitudes seen from Technology Acceptance Model and the relationship the model with user satisfaction and reused intention in digital payments in zakat, infak and sedekah (ZIS) fundraising. The research conduct is explanatory research, which aims to determine the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The type of research use is quantitative descriptive. The method use is the survey method. The data collection tool use a questionnaire distribute to 200 respondents, namely Indonesian people aged 21 years above who are active in using the digital payment system in ZIS payments. The questionnaire was distribute online via social media Instagram and Whatsapp. The analysis method use is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that the variables study have a significant influence. The variables Perceived of Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a significant influence on Reused Intention, Perceived of Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use also have a significant influence on User Satisfaction, and User Satisfaction has the influence on Reused Intention. In addition, it was also found that User Satisfaction has a role in partially mediating the influence of Perceived of Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Reused Intention through digital payments on ZIS fundraising. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of employee perceptions of Green Management Commitment and Green Intellectual Capital on Environmental Performance, with Green Organizational Culture as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data collected through an online questionnaire. The population of this study was all hospital management officials in Bengkulu City, from top management and middle management to operations management. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, utilizing PLS software version 4.1.0.8. The results of the analysis showed that Green Commitment of Leaders and Green Intellectual Capital did not have a significant positive effect on Environmental Performance. Meanwhile, Green Organizational Culture had a significant positive effect on Environmental Performance. Furthermore, Green Commitment of Leaders and Green Intellectual Capital had a significant positive effect on Green Organizational Culture. In addition, Green Organizational Culture significantly mediates the relationship between Green Commitment of Leaders and Environmental Performance, as well as between Green Intellectual Capital and Environmental Performance. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of the three pillars of sustainability—environmental, economic, and social—on the financial performance of banks in Southeast Asia, as measured by Return on Equity (ROE). As sustainability increasingly becomes an integral component of corporate strategy, this research investigates the extent to which the integration of sustainability dimensions into banking operations influences financial outcomes, particularly profitability. Using a quantitative research approach with panel data regression analysis, the study employs secondary data obtained from the annual and sustainability reports of selected banks across Southeast Asia. The environmental, economic, and social dimensions are assessed based on indicators derived from widely recognized sustainability reporting frameworks. The empirical findings indicate that among the three dimensions, only the social pillar exerts a statistically significant negative influence on ROE, while the environmental and economic dimensions do not exhibit a significant effect. This suggests that social investments, while important, may impose short-term financial burdens on banks, possibly due to high costs or a misalignment with core business strategies. Despite the lack of immediate financial benefits, the study underscores the importance of a balanced and strategic implementation of all three sustainability dimensions to ensure long-term financial resilience. These findings offer valuable insights for banking institutions, regulators, and stakeholders in emerging markets, and highlight the need to develop sustainability strategies that are both socially responsible and financially sustainable. Abstract

Absract: This study aims to analyze the segmentation of religious tourists in seeing the interest of prospective Umrah pilgrims who want to perform worship with the Umrah Plus Package, and identify the motivation of Umrah Plus pilgrims who want to perform worship with that package. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with data collection methods, namely by observation, interviews and documentation. The study was conducted with two parties, the first study was conducted with 5 travel agents as service providers, and 10 people from pilgrims who had departed with Umrah Plus and also pilgrims who had not/would depart for Umrah Plus. The results of this study state that there are 4 segments of religious tourists of Umrah plus pilgrims in Bengkulu: (geographic) segmentation of pilgrims from cities is greater than pilgrims from rural areas. (demographic) segmentation of age range (30-50) years, gender is more female, middle to upper income and social class that has the same economy. (geodemographic) segmentation of pilgrims from Bengkulu city with a background of work, income and higher education. (psychographic) segmentation or lifestyle of pilgrims who have a religious lifestyle supported by physical, financial and high willingness abilities. Based on motivation factor, it is known that there are several factors that determine the congregation or prospective pilgrims want to perform Umrah plus worship namely, spiritual or carrying out worship, increasing knowledge, traveling, culture. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of professional skepticism and time budget pressure on audit quality, with remote audit as a moderating variable, focusing on auditors at the BPK Representative Office in Bengkulu. The research employs a quantitative causal method, collecting data through a closed questionnaire distributed online to 95 auditors. The data was analyzed using SPSS. The findings indicate that professional skepticism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, as auditors with higher skepticism tend to be more thorough in gathering audit evidence, thereby improving audit quality. Time budget pressure, however, does not significantly affect audit quality, suggesting that auditors are able to manage time constraints without compromising their work. Remote audits weaken the relationship between professional skepticism and audit quality due to limited direct access to physical audit evidence as well as barriers in communication that can reduce the auditor's ability to fully implement their skeptical attitude. Overall, the combination of professional skepticism, effective time management, and the use of remote audit technology plays a crucial role in maintaining audit quality. Recommendations include enhancing auditor competencies, better time management, investing in technology to support remote audits, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of remote audits in improving audit processes.
